It is located beside Uncle Cheffy Prima. The interiors were elegant. It was Instagram-worthy in a classy way. You'll see several wine bottles on every part of the cafe. It may seem intimidating for me because I don't usually drink alcoholic beverages. Imagine a non-drinker entering a store or a cafe with brandy-infused menu inside, though it's something I want to try. Upon entering the cafe, I found out they're not just selling Fundador/brandy but they are also serving different spiked beverages, cupcakes, and gelatos. Please inform the staff if you are allergic to alcohol.
The staff was welcoming and assisting. He even let me took pictures of the cafe, and even let me write my name on the barrel for picture taking. I'm still full so I bought a scoop of Amara's Dark Chocolate (P95.00). This gelato is infused of Harvey's Bristol Cream so there's a slight kick on every chew. With the Dark Chocolate on its name, I'm expecting it to be more bitter. The bitterness was mild, it was bittersweet. You can put candy or white chocolate sprinkles on top of it. I put some white chocolate sprinkles, so as I taste the gelato, it doesn't just flow into my tongue, but also the white chocolate sprinkles gives another taste to it. I like that there's something you can chew while tasting it. It can be pricey but I guess it was reasonable. I will come back here and try other food/beverages. Thank you for giving me Buy 1, Share 1 coupons.
