I'd like to recommend Anne for assisting and accomodating us. She delivered an excellent service towards us. She keeps on smiling and very approachable. Good job to Shane as well for serving our clubhouse on time.
Spot on ambiance all the time, although service will always need to improve, ALWAYS.
Typical working afternoon with a couple of friends, had this strawberry dessert which was very pleasant and of course to top it all of with a light coffee & tea set,
And the set was definitely the highlight, although the cookies were sweet, that's the only off thing there, the scones were spot on, there was sushi, foie gras, something that had lobster in it and even chawan mushi which is 1 of my fave japanese appetizers,
Overall, pleasant experience and will always be back because of the ambiance, I hope they do something about the service attentiveness,

Had the Tuna Melt, it was good in flavor but definitely not the price for it although understanding that it's served in a hotel cafe, it was fine.
Wow. This place is amazing. The qinuoa carrot salad is spectacular. The coffee cake with crumbles and strawberries whipped cream is wonderful as well. Flavours are great, cake was pretty light in good way. Service is professional and accommodating. Every small detail is counted
After a long day of enjoying the weekend, we decided to go here at the #HighStreetLounge at #ShangriLaAtTheFort. Truly a fine place to unwind after a long day of family bonding. With the combination of a nice Saturday evening and with the soft melodies of the music sang by excellent singers, and with their wonderful Earl Grey tea, my experience was a joyous yet wonderful experience. Recommend to visit again.
This has always been our go to place during the weekends or weekdays if we want to relax and wind down, especially if I want to study. My husband and I totally love this place - the music, the ambience, the coffee, the people, and the desserts. Even some of the servers know us already because of the regular visits. Definitely, worth it over cafes with loud conversations and close tables. I wouldn’t trade those places over HS Lounge ❤️
I usually expect good pasta and desserts on hotel restos and this one reached my expectations. They serve simple dishes but they go beyond expectations in terms of the taste. I also love how they cooked the chicken and seafood, The chicken is tender and flavorful while the seafood goes cheesy, these flavors usually excites me, I initially thought it won't really complement one another but it did. The dessert was good but I find the strawberry a little bit unripe.

This is one of our go to places for some coffee and tea-o clock with cute pastries 🥮. Good service here of course and should be because it is a five star hotel. Good ambience and way better to have work done than having it in a coffeeshop filled with students. Haha!
😘🙂Discovered this cozy place at @shangrilafort lounge. We had cafe latte and cappuccino with prices competitive on a par with the leading coffeeshop, has excellent service and nice ambiance too. 😍My daughter loved the over-sized pillow and comfy lounge seats not to mention the high ceiling and sweet serenade at the background. The place is prefect for chill out place, friendship meet-ups or simply a place where you can relax and have a nice cup of coffee, tea and more:) Can't wait for our next visit!:) 🙂
The best thing to be paired when you want to unwind is the Gin and Tonic from High Street Lounge. There are lots of labels to choose from and Faith did not hesitate to make reccomendations. She asked me what was my mood at the moment. She was carefully listening as I told her what was my mood then and she just made the right thing. Nothing beats a classic Gin and Tonic using Hendricks. It made my night better.
Ambiance: 5/5, loving the fancy vibes, jazz music while raining outside, comfy sofa chair plus the pillows. i can sleep here. lol.
Food: 5/5, me and my friend tried the Western Tea set, ( only available between 2pm-6pm) it did not dissapoint us. loved the cake, lobed the coffee and everything in it. highly recommend it. :)
Service: 5/5, they always have the smile in their face. best service, some may think its fancy, part of their job blah blah blah.. these people doesnt discrimate you what you wear, looks etc. they treat everyone uqually. 👊
