One of, if not the best takoyaki I've ever had!
It's like gourmet food that's brought down to the comfort of a food stall. The original has just the right amount of crisp to the outer layer, while the inside is also well cooked and balanced. This beautiful texture comes with a price though, and I'm not talking about it being expensive or something. I mean that, for these perfectly shaped balls to come into existence, you have to wait a little longer as compared with the usual takoyaki stalls stationed all over the country. But in the end, it's well worth the wait. As they do take their time, making sure that the takoyaki is perfectly shaped, and perfectly cooked inside and out. Beauty does come with some sacrifice.
With the 2 cheese, I have to say that it's all I loved about the original option, plus more! It's like the cheese creates an extra layer of softness, while not adding too much flavor. It's like biting into a little ball of heaven.
Hopefully the quality won't diminish as time goes by. Keep up the good work and please have more branches all over the country!
