Service: parang medyo unapproachable yung staff, di tuloy kami nakapagpapicture. Selfie na lang 😅
Food: okay naman, not the best Japanese restaurant and medyo pricey. Their makis are great. Their rice bowls are 3.5/5. For the tempura, medyo konti tapos mahal pa. Beef rice bowl na lang siguro orderin para mas sulit yung binayad
It has been a few years since I haven't been to the place, but it was very, very nice that Teriyaki Boy has kept up with its distinctive taste, texture and very apt portions of the miso soup and yakimeshi for an early dinner. Very high marks indeed and truly your value's worth :-) Light and hearty is the way you can enjoy and best describe these fare, plus staff friendly and helpful; when I was told that it would take 15 minutes to prepare, my orders were served 12 minutes, ahead of schedule--super prompt! Place kept very clean, atmosphere hushed and discreet with J-pop played softly as background music. It was also a delight to have the soy sauce and chili oil (which I enjoy putting over yakimeshi) in those aesthetically cute little black and gold band jugs. Once again, domo arigato gozaimasu, Teriyaki Boy Gateway, and keep up the very great work :-)

Menu is easy to read, and the food taste doesn’t disappoint. The chicken is also not fatty and the sauce complements the overall dish. Food is not overpriced, but the place can be a bit cleaner. We arrived nearing the closing hours so that was somehow expected.
Their Chicken Teriyaki was really yummy. Hubby didn’t love their Beef Strips Teriyaki since he said it was like eating Tapa and not Japanese food. Loved their California Maki, Tuna and Salmon Sashimis. Kani Salad’s serving was huge.
Service was great, they were very attentive and accommodating.
since this is near my place + i like japanese food, i tend to eat here a lot. i usually get the tuna tartare + teriyaki lunch bento. the most affordable amongst the japanese food shops in the area (unless i count the ones from ali mall and farmers).
their tuna tartare, teriyaki chicken, egg roll and katsu curry are very good :)
staff is usually friendly, but serving time/service tend to suffer during peak hours. it might also be my terrible luck (or that i usually am here during lunch/afternoon), but the place tends to be pretty sweltering. A/C please?
Big serving so. It is just right for the price. Recommended:all their makis 👍
Rice bowls are big and enough for. One person. ambience os okay as well
Very polite and attentive staff. Food is superb and served hot. I intend to come back to try the other dishes in their menu. Highly recommended for your japanese food cravings.

After walking for nearly three hours with a few short breaks, happy I can finally have my late lunch/early dinner here. Food served promptly and glad restaurant is provides complimentary hot barley tea. I can remember afternoon spent with high school friends at their Katipunan branch ten years ago and brings a lot of memories!
Was starving and I can be super matakaw so I finished all of it in just a few minutes. Thanks to Manager Glads for being very accommodating and for the efficient service. I had a few gift certificates with me so it also helped in paying my bill. FYI, food ordered is just for one, so not bad considering total bill charged is only P761 for all of it.
Highly recommending their tuna tartare + yakimeshi combo. Will definitely be back to try their sushi rolls soon!
Service is great. Place and ambience - very good. Now let's talk food.
Cheezy Gyoza - I'm a cheese lover. I'll die for this
Sushi - love them
Ramen - better than fast food. Chashu is tender.
Ju - they're good. Meat is seasoned well
Value for money - it's pricey. Don't make it an everyday meal.
We ordered Gyuniku Ramen and Sukiyaki for the cold night. I was supposed to have Chashu Ramen but it was not availablr though.
Unfortunately, only the bowl of Gyuniku Ramen is smoking hot while the soup is not that hot.
Still, I prefer Gyuniku Ramen over Sukiyaki because the meat in Sukiyaki tasted so sweet.
Anyway, I think Rob Galleria branch is better.
