[Late review]
Ate here because of Citibank’s 50% off promo on saturdays. It was a really good deal so I brought my sisters here.
Instead of a group meal, we have all different meals. Since it was first time here, we are very surprised on their very large servings. I’m a big eater and I can easily finish 1/2 - 2/3 pound burger of zarks and big better burger but this time I’m no match.
No complains about the taste and the ambience. We even plan to go back here. But with group meals instead.
Had a quick chit chat with my friend here. Maaga kami nagpunta so dipa masyado matao. At first, I thought it was a bit pricy pero madami naman pala ang serving and masarap. I had to take out some of it.
Had a quick bonding session with a close friend here and shared a serving of Chicken Fingers and Cajun Shrimp and Chicken Pasta. We loved the food and were so full after! I think we ordered for 3 people, but we finished the food anyway. 😅
I used to think a fanciful meal in Fridays always had to break the bank but I was wrong! On lunchtimes there are some dishes you can get for 300+, and their Country Fried Chicken was one such beautiful discovery. Still a hefty price, yes, but delightfully delicious! The sauce....it was exotic and good! The rice was so flavorful. The whole dish was just oozing with flavor. I finally understood why this place is held in so much veneration. You do pay a lot, but the experience is heavenly.
Ordered Jack Daniel's Country Ribs and Shrimp and 1lb buffalo wings. Ribs was suprisingly tender, you know, the bone-falling-from-the-meat kind. A little underseasoned ung shrimp but was fine when paired with coleslaw. If you're on #keto, the wings is something u can order, i dont think it has breading kase. 🙂
This TGIF has produced higher quality food for us than the TGIF in BGC. BGC TGIF overcooks the food but they are also a lot busier.
Good: Burgers. Salmon. Calamari.
Okay: Service a bit slow even when not busy. Portion sizes.
Bad: Hot Wings. JD Pork Chops.
If you are going to be here more than a month, get The Bistro Card for the discounts. Otherwise don't let them sell it to you - it's a ripoff if you don't use it a lot.
Good food just like in the States. Staff are friendly. They’re loyalty card is a must have. I wish it were available in the states :-) I love the burgers, pastas and the fajitas!
Thanks to my Bistro Frequent Foodie card, I got great food with great deals. Appetite fully satisfied starting with caesar salad then with pizza and filling up with the humongous rib slab with shrimps and fries on the side. BFF card plus good food - let’s make everyday a Friday at TGI Fridays
One of my favorite resto in eastwood :) amazing and delicious food. Friendly and very welcoming staff Promise ill be back to this place and invite more friends to dine :)
Weekend rush and we wanted something a bit light, well, we thought it was light! So we tried TGIFriday in Eastwood Citywalk. I just ordered the Calypso Calamari Salad with unlimited Strawberry Iced Tea and the combination was divine! The sweet taste of the iced tea goes well with the flavor of the salad, which is well balanced with the crisp & savory squid. It was sort of a not so heavy dinner that a dieter would go for. The place was filled to capacity & we had to wait for quite some time but it was okay. Will be back to try out other eats to review.
