Last week after our weekend bonding over massage, foot spa and pedi, we had to give in to our craving of Pancake House all time favorites...

My go to place for comfort food. Did I already mention that I love their pancakes better than the two international brands here in the country? 😉
If you go there at 7am, you can enter the compound thru Gate 2. That will also be your exit when you're done. There are parking spaces in front of the store.
The servers are fast and attentive. Kitchen is also fast. The food is still good as always. The tables at ground level are limited but they do have a more spacious 2nd level unless your old nemesis are stairs. 😱 This is my fourth visit and so far I haven't been disappointed. 😁

Unshakable Foodie

I would have given it 5 Stars. This batch of Chicken they served us were either overcooked or leftovers. We love Pan chicken so much that we hope this won't happen again and may I mention the service was fast even when we came in (almost 20pax) all at once two Sundays ago.

This is probably the newest Pancake House branch in the metro. It took up the old spot of Scarsdale in the S&R "compound". Thus the place went from rustic to a bit of diner feels. Hehe. In the first floor, just below the stairs was a round table and five comfy-looking chairs. The corner gave me the impression that this is a good spot for a "tita" get-together.

My mom got the potato salad and I got their classic salisbury steak. The potato salad was good! The potatoes were soft and the bacon bits on top gave it a good variety in my taste palette. The lettuce was fresh, too. I only had a taste of it but it'll likely be my go-to light meal in Pancake House. My salisbury steak is thick like the usual and the gravy sauce on top will always be my favorite. It went well with the meat. It also had bacon bits on top but it's no dealbreaker.
