The place is great. Very preserved. You will enjoy a glass of wine in this restaurant and much more of the food. Wide variety of wines. It's a hidden treasure, simple but elegant!
Had dinner at Galileo Enoteca Deli. A truly authentic Italian Restaurant. Their Cheese Buffet is a must try and the Truffle Pasta winner. If you are looking for authentic Italian food this is the place. Gives you the feeling you are in Italy.Make sure you make a reservation cuz it gets full. And the service is perfect.very friendly and attentive staff. I give it a 5 star.
I went here on Feb 15, a Saturday, and the place truly had a romantic ambience. I ordered their famous truffle pasta but was disappointed that it did not come in a cheese wheel. I don’t remember seeing it on the menu, and the couple seated beside us requested for it to the waiter so I’m not sure if that’s how it’s really done.
Nonetheless, the pasta was one of the best, perfectly al dente with the right amount of saucea and serving. The neapolitan pizza was also good, not a stand-out.
I wanted to try out their wines but I was told that I can only get them per bottle, not per glass, so that was also quite a let-down.

Galileo Enoteca Deli is one of those Hole-in-a-Wall restaurants that has been around for 20 years. They have been known as a great place for intimate weddings or even proposals. They are also known to be one of the most romantic places where you should celebrate Valentine's Day or special occasions. And from Friday to Sunday, they have a Cheese Wheel Weekend wherein you could experience mixing your pasta at their Cheese Wheel.
Anyway, my favorites and my recommendations for food are as follows:
PASTA - Pasta Tartufata (Truffle Pasta) and Carbonara
Their Pasta Tartufata has an excellent creaminess and at the same time the truffle oil they used is strong but not overpowering other ingredients. While you can have your Carbonara egg-based or cream based in terms of the sauce they will use. The pasta they use is well-cooked and over-all big serving.
PIZZA - Quattro Formaggi, Pesto Genovese with Shrimps and Margherita
Their Pizzas do have thin crust and is oven baked. Pretty generous with the toppings and very flavorful
MAINS - Pan Seared Salmone and Chicken Piccata
Their Pan Seared Salmon is perfect if you are eating alone and at the same time, conscious with your diet. The Salmon is well-prepared (no lansa at all) and generous in terms of the size of serving. The Spinach is prepared well and does not look pale. While the Chicken Piccata is pretty flavorful (because of the marinate) but unlike your other chicken dishes, the taste of the marinate even resonates on the inside. Also the salad and mashed potato on the side is generous.
Do not forget to get a glass of wine or cold cuts + some cheese too
The place was amazing... The food was so good... The ambience was great... During the time we ate here it was our wedding anniversary.. thank you Nathan and Jayson for your great service.. we will recommend Galileo Enoteca to our friends and we will surely come back here... Great food experience..
Restaurants ambiance was beautiful, service was excellent and staff very kind and accommodating. Chicken and Salmon were very good. Not cheap but well worth it. Location is hidden but worth the find

I really loved the design and ambiance of Galileo Enoteca. It has a really unique interior that gives off a very cozy and intimate vibe, and can also be described as quaint and cute.
We tried their Pasta Tartufata (truffle pasta in cream sauce) and their Formaggi and Salumi Misti (asstd cold cuts and cheese. The truffle pasta was good and had a perfect amount of serving. What I liked most was the purple/violet cheese which had different herbs like oregano mixed with it.
This is a place definitely worth going back to.
Tucked within an unlikely area in Mandaluyong, it is easy not to notice this place. I have heard of this resto before, so one random afternoon, me and the bf decided to eat here. We searched it via Waze and was really surprised that is located in a street I always pass by.
As for the food, it was above average but not exceptional. We had their white truffle pasta in the cheese wheel, it was good but I've tasted better at other places. We also had the baked salmon, I liked that it was cooked perfectly but it lacked a little bit of seasoning (for my taste at least) so I dunked them salmon pieces in the pasta sauce and they turned out heavenly!
Will I return? Oh yes!

Came here for our anniversary dinner last October and we fell in love with the place. The ambience was romantic and intimate; perfect for date nights or even quiet wine nights with friends.
For dinner, we had their cheese pasta and some steak (forgot the actual name of the dish) as well as a bottle of lambrusco (my favorite!). Dining here was quite an amusing experience as they let you mix your own pasta in the cheese wheel. I had the shrimp alfredo and my boyfriend ordered the truffle one. We were both pleased although I must admit that there wasn't anything that remarkable in the pasta, flavor-wise. To us, the highlight was really the experience itself. As for the steak, my boyfriend really liked it. I, on the other hand, really enjoyed the wine and I'm glad the server persuaded us to get a bottle instead of ordering by the glass as we got to take some of the wine home. 🙂
Another star of this place was the service. Our server was very attentive and really made sure that we were taken care of. I don't even remember asking for wine or water refill as our server was so quick to refill our glasses as needed.
Over-all, we really enjoyed our experience here and I'm excited to come back for some wine and cheese! 💖
Very nice ambience and service. We ordered the osso bucco, rissotto, and truffle pasta, all of which would make an italian visitor happy. The downside was the dessert though, the tiramisu was good, but they shouldn't have added the chocolate syrup, it murked the creamy dessert.
