Food exactly what I had before during my trips to Japan. A bit pricey but well worth the taste and experience.
The best curry house in the philippines mabilis yung service nila sa robinson manila :)
Always bundat after every Coco Ichibanya visit. This time I tried the Level 2 spice and I think it’s just right for me 🤤
I tried their tonkatsu omurice curry with potatoes and carrots! Love everything about it! But I was not able to finish everything because it was too heavy for me. 😅
This is the ideal branch if you want to get a quick fix for your Japanese curry cravings. Literally this is located inside the car park building and you can be in the restaurant seat from your car seat in a minute or less. We ordered Fried chicken curry, Eggplant and spinach curry rice gratin and their famous Pork cutlet omelet curry. Among the three I liked most the Fried chicken curry. The chicken pieces were crunchy outside but juicy and salty inside. It reminded me of karaage but this one is smothered in curry sauce. The pork cutlet selling point is the omelet rice. It was creamy and thick a perfect contrast against the crunchy lightly breaded pork meat. The gratin was not a disappointment also. The melted cheese on top covered the entire rice serving and was very flavorful. Giving this visit a nice 5 rating!
A bit pricey but the food is definitely tasty 😋
One word: Currrrrryyyy. Great food and ambience. We will definitely come back here and try other level of spiciness.
Our go-to restaurant at greenhills area will always be coco ichibanya! Their authentic curry is one of the best that I've tasted and definitely similar to curries you can find in Japan. I love how fast and polite the staffs here are. The food here never disappoints which makes our every visit here worth it.
Can I just say that my experience here was SUPERB! I'm a big fan of Japanese curry and Coco Ichibanya definitely did not disappoint, especially since it was my first time here. Kudos to the crew as well for being so polite and nice! Don't forget to fill out their survey form and give a thumbs up to your assigned waiter (ours was Joaquin)!
My go to comfort restaurant in Greenhills. Amazing food and customer service. Try their curry with an extra serving of cheese, it's the best!
Mia and I were craving Japanese, and we stumbled at Coco Ichibanya yesterday for an early dinner stint.
This successful international franchise is big in Japan. In the Philippines, they are getting there with currently eight stores, just in the greater Manila area.
Everything in Coco Ichibanya’s menu has curry! And since I love that spice, I will definitely keep coming back. I may have been sniffing from the heat as I ate my Vegetable Omelette, but I took pleasure doing so.
I do recommend getting any of this store’s salad. Our tuna was only at Php 130, a steal deal to kick off your meal.
Mia finished her cheesy Shrimp Gratin. She even ordered an extra bowl of Japanese curry. Coco does have up to ten levels of spice, something worth exploring on your visit.
