We had 'to go' orders of sweet and sour pork, and sharksfin siomai. They cook fast, food is delicious as always, and value for money because their servings are big. Their 'small' is good for two people. :)
I think we paid a hefty price for the food but everything was suprisingly very yummy? Most especially the sweet and sour soup, fried pork spare ribs, and salted egg shrimp. Service was also incredible!
Our Chinese go-to place! Best food and service! Fresh seaweed, steamed lapu lapu, and sarap na duck! Kudos to Cap Roque for the superb service ❤️❤️❤️

Attentive Staff, Good food. Meat was perfectly chewy, juicy and tasty. Seafood was succulent. The place was great. A lot of parking space. Very convenient.
The service was very good. Waiters were very attentive and water was quickly refilled. Food was also consistent with other branches. It was very flavorful especially the chicken and asparagus soup.

I have dinner with my family last week in Gloria Maris Eastwood Mall. The dining area is wide and the restau looks clean inside. The food was delicious and so yummy, specially seafood are very fresh, thier fried spareribs with salt and pepper , spinach with two kinds of eggs and yang chow fried rice are so good as well. Our orders came fast, i really recommend this branch to my friends and relatives.
Thumbs up to all in the restau.
I have to say the food was not bad at all in comparison to the original location in greenhills. We ordered a ton of food from the crispy seafood noodles, dried scallop fried rice, Chinese beef tenderloin, shrimp and broccoli, seafood spinach soup and salt&pepper pork chops. I would however have to say that the bean curd rolls were subpar and wasn't as good as I expected it to be.
On another note, the service wasn't pleasant. With the amount of money we spent I would've expected the service to be a bit more attentive. Refills on drinks should not be asked, table maintenance should be automatic but non of this happened so I would suggest they get better exposure to proper service standards.
Been here last Sunday with the whole family. Ambience is great, family rooms are available. We ordered hakaw, chicken n corn soup, birthday noodles, roast combination, beef with brocoli, sweet n sour lapu lapu, yangchow, etc. Orders arrived within 20 to 40 minutes. All are good traditional chinese food. Nothing stands out, except probably their dimsum especially the hakaw. No wifi. But would come back if budget permits. Price is on the high side but you get to eat authentic chinese food.
My favorite quality Chinese restaurant of all time. I super duper love their crispy squid, sweet and sour pork, yangchow and their dimsum platter.
Events has become an avenue for me to review restaurants. Beside getting it complimentary, another major upside is getting to try a variety of dishes. I just need to explain why am taking awhile to shoot.
Lauriat is one of the ways Chinese food is served to guests. They say this manner of feasting started centuries ago. The whole set-up may take 3 hours as you get served a minimum of 8 to a maximum of 15 dishes.
It usually starts with cold and roasted appetizers. Our version included two types of chicken, two types of pork- asado and fried pork belly. It is also joined ny usual seaweeds for slimy texture and century eggs. This platter aims to ready you for more to come.
I always save room and anticipate the Steamed Lapu Lapu. Fortunately, Gloria Maris served a hefty piece with its meat falling off the bone for its freshness. The sauce was perfectly light and thus can be consumed by its own.
Surprisingly, I enjoyed their Fried Chicken. This seemingly roasted meat was too tasty to its core. Usually the seasoning is all locked in on its skin. I suggest pouring some of their spice vinegar for a kung fu kick.
Yang Chow Fried Rice could be the 'unhealthiest' dish in the set and I couldn't help getting more as theirs was made more flavorful. Part of the reason was a generous serving of Chinese Chorizo.
The Beef with Broccoli could have been better if the meat was not chewy and hard to swallow. The vegetable though was well cooked with its crisp crunchy texture.
A bowl of Almond Jelly with Lychee was a nice signature ending to this sweet journey. Too bad we couldn't have more.
