Ukb 199 Unlimited Korean Bbq

So, we were expecting na di siya ganun ka bongga dahil super affordable siya. Pero in all fairness ang sarap ng bbq nila, some of their staff are not attentive pero we understand naman dahil sa volume ng customer. We’ll be back next time ❤️

[Price] UKB199 offers one of the cheapest Korean Buffet/BBQ here in Quezon City. Others' prices start at Php 299.00. Here at UKB you can enjoy unlimited side dishes, rice and pork for only Php 199.00! If you want to enjoy their beef too, you can do so at Php 299.00.

[Ambiance] UKB is an outdoor Korean BBQ place. It seems that the owner converted a parking lot/open space into a BBQ place. Since there are no binding walls and roof in the area, you will not smell like food and smoke that much, unlike other place that offers Korean BBQ. The place is roomy with enough space in between tables, making it comfortable here as you move to cook, eat or get more food from the buffet.

[Food] They offer a lot of side dishes and meat. They have squid balls, sweet dilis, tocino meat (not the usual tocino), mini-pao and many more. Their lettuce seems fresh and are cut in half. They have steamed rice and some fried/chao-fan rice. They offer desserts, iced tea and soda. Their beef is (too) thinly-sliced and too sweet for me. Their pork, on the other hand is just (disappointingly) fat with a little bit of meat. Compared to other Korean Buffet/BBQ place that I’ve been to, their pork is the most disappointing. They offer one variant of pork, and one variant of beef only. Although they offer cuts of meats as side dishes. I didn’t get the other food packages (?? haha) so I don’t know if they offer other meat like chicken, fish and seafood. But I guess this is what you get with what you pay. Just go get more beef than pork when you get here!

[Staff] Their staff are friendly! They do engage in small talks (we actually asked about the place’s history and Ate obliged). We also asked if they have a time limit (others will allow customers to eat for two hours only), and Ate just said “Hindi naming kayo palalayasin!” :)

[Parking] Since they are adjacent to the road, they have a limited parking space. Better get there earlier if you intend to bring a car!

All in all, for their price, sulit na!

I'd rate this 5/5 for several reasons: 
1. Malapit sa amin yung place which is pwedeng lakarin. 
2. Food is affordable and sulit (300 for unli-pork and beef... SA'N KA PA?). 
3. UKB is self-service as you can get as much as you want. 
4. The crew is accommodating to the guests. Ask for a tong or whatever you need, they will provide you with no hesitation. 
5. Restroom is clean and spacious. 
I recommend this place.
