Been coming here since I was in high school. Good vibes, good food, good people. Acoustics became even more amazing after the renovations it's sad though that they removed my favorite snack there(deep fried garlic skin chips) still willing come there for good music, good food, and all the awesome memories and history that made 70s Bistro at it's place!
had so much fun during the yellow room night. just love the ambiance, lighting 👌, and all. clean restrooms 👍great bar. would definitely come back. see you next week. haha 😂
One does not go to 70's Bistro mainly for food, but will be surprised with the quality of food for the price. I had perfectly crispy fries and sisig that did not disappoint.
I went here for Ebe Dancel's Sa Wakas 15th Anniversary gig, and the organizers were great event handlers. The service is also good. My friend fainted and was promptly taken care of by the nice staff at the air conditioned back office.
Btw don't get iced tea.
Went to this bistro for a 3D gig: Danao, Dumas, and Dancel gig which was really a brilliant collaboration by the way. That night, the place was really jumpacked so we reserved a 1,500 peso seat good for atleast 4 pax. And really for nights like that, it is really ideal to reserve seats beforehand.
I just can’t remember how much the entrance fee was. Maybe ‘twas about 250-300 php with a free beer. However, this fee is only meant for standing, you really have to reserve a seat to be able to be more comfortable and at ease while listening to your favourite bands.
The 1,500 peso was consumable and indeed sulit for we were able to order at least 2 buckets and 3 pulutan. But next time, I will surely try the 2,500 peso package to be seated nearer the bands.

This bar has a very nice vibe and crowd. Everybody here for the night was relaxed and enjoying themselves. I also ordered a pizza which was not bad at all.The beer is a reasonable price and nice and cold.
Due to the name of the 70's bistro I was expecting a much more interesting and retro style bar. There was very little I could see that said seventies at all. Considering the seventies was one of the more innovative and flamboyant decades of the 20th century this venue has really missed the mark.
All I could see to celebrate the 70's in this venue was a third rate 70's style mural on the wall behind the band. I counted 6 lack lust 70's lamp shades and a couple of tired posters on the wall of seventies artists.. But really virtually nothing.
Is this a Seventies themed bar? or is it just a name? Confusing .
How about the staff in some seventies retro cloths?
some more seventies decor?
some seventies food on the menu?
Some seventies background music when the band is on a break?
on and on the potential could go.
I will still rate this bar high because it is safe and friendly and really we all go there for the music right?
Visit the 70's bar and bistro... you will have a nice time.
We went here the night Silent Sanc and Hale performed live. The place was VERY crowded, as expected, so we did not get seats and a table immediately. Also, the prices of the drinks here are steep compared to the ones near our campus. If our visit here was not a treat of our friend for her birthday, our individual share of the bill would have been ridiculously expensive.
BUT IT WAS SO. MUCH. FUN.
The place had a very chill vibe to it that I'm sure everyone (who likes live music) will enjoy. It was a bit difficult to talk to each other, though, because of the booming speakers, but heck, just talk to each other afterwards and just enjoy the music for the meantime.
This place is history for OPM bands! Had watch Kamikazee's final/farewell bar gig here. Jampacked but all is worth' RockNRoll! Food? Not really important coz you will be more focused on your beer and the band playing! More power 70's Bistro! Support local Artists!
Claps for 70's bistro for the coolest line of events ;) I'll give this a 5 since it's near from our place.... Don't care about the food coz I would always go here for the music and the beer :) your not allowed to smoke inside though :/ but it's ok.
Been here last friday with my cousins and we really enjoyed the night. Great club, ambiance, music! Most specially when our idol rico blanco showed up already. We're really amazed! This 70s bistro is one of the best bar in quezon city today. :)
Good service, friendly staffs, and good food. A place where you can watch your favorite opm band/singer plus you can have a little chit chat with them after the gig. 💚
