My friend and I went here on April 15 which is Sunday, the staffs were nice. The place is really cozy great for freelance workers. But, as for me and my friend we went there to get a nap after we attended the fun run in Ateneo. The place is so quiet that it's a bit awkward for us to talk. But overall I'm giving them 4 stars since my bestfriend was able to sleep and I didn't. Hahahaha! (kidding) kudos to the owner and staffs!
PS: for improvement... I hope you can work on maintaining the interior designs in the cafe. It's a big plus these days... #Instagramable
Hindi pa ata officially open ang Diligence Cafe, gustong gusto ko na talaga pumunta. Kaso may kalayuan from my place at hindi ganun ka accessible for commute yung sa Katipunan. Pero sobrang sulit rin naman dayuhin, dahil yung worth 350php ay unli stay na. Hindi ka mahihiya na may ibang waiting sa seat, or nakakahiya na ang tagal mo na nagstay kaya need mo na umorder ulit. At dahil lahat ng pumupunta dito ay busy, ang tahimik ng lugar. Hindi ka maiistorbo. Ang best part yung pwede ka mag nap ng legal. 😂 Mabait rin mga crew, approachable. Sana magkaroon pa ng ibang branches like sa Ortigas Center. 😂

If you want a very conducive place for work or study, no one compares to Diligence Cafe. Situated in Katipunan, this unique store offers a strrrronnng (make that a capital S)wi-fi connection at such a reasonable price you would think it is not possible.
Yes, it is possible. For all the cafes and restaurants that I have visited, this one tops it all! I have downloaded a lot in such a short time; so fast it so unbelievable. You’d think I exaggerated on this. I never exaggerate.
The food, well, yes, the tuna omellete could have been better, but then again, I did not come to this place to eat and expect something fancy anyway. The only thing that spoiled my dinner was the woman who kept on blowing her nose. I did not mind sharing the table, which was encouraged by the cafe, but did she have to blow almost each time that I was to open my mouth to get a spoonful of my omelette?! I partly understood that the place was really cool, almost chilly in my opinion( I was lucky to bring my hoodie at the last moment), but good manners dictate that you at least be considerate and rush to the restroom and blow until all the blood vessels in your nose burst. She was a rough diamond, a needle in a haystack. Not the positive meanings mind you. Exactly the opposite. Because everyone behaved accordingly. She must be depressed; or abused; or an alien for that matter.
The staff who assisted me was very accomodating, and soft spoken. A pleasant girl. She gave me what I thought as a routine info given to customers: coffe and juice are unlimited. Well, I can not vouch for that since I don’t drink those stuff. There was a soft music, a jazzy one playing in the background; it was not distracting in anyway but added to the relaxing ambience.
There were sockets everywhere! O MY!
The restroom was clean when I checked.
The tables were nice and comfy. I particularly liked the chairs in my table; they were like director’s chairs. Cool.
On one side was a napping area, would you believe that.

I work home based and this is our place to go to when me and my friends want to work together.. The crew are so kind and the ambiance is perfect to work with.. The food and drinks are perfect but it would be nice if you will add more on your menu.
Great place for productivity! With the unlimited Internet, coffee, brain food, locker rental, napping and shower services, Diligence Cafe is the top productivity cafe for students and professionals.
My go-to cafe whenever I'm remote at work or just need a quiet place to focus and study. Their whole day rate is P350 which is already WORTH IT specially when you stay the whole day! During your stay you can avail their lockers, shower room, onsite meals and drinks, plus you get unlimited juice or coffee inclusively!
My only problem is that it's not publicly accessible to transportation. You either need to own a car, Uber/Grab your way, or go to UP Town Center for a tricycle.
Their WiFi is average speed, however during my 1st stay, their other network is painfully slow. Might just be a case to case basis or infrequent scenario.
Perfect coffee shop / lounge for students who wants to review and get high grades. This place is so quiet, cool, and has wifi. And the best part is unli drinks. (Coffee, juices, lemonade, water) Excellent service!
Best place to have a very productive day of school work. Your money is worth it! Coffee lovers/addicts will definitely enjoy the unlimited coffee, like I did. But if your not a coffee person no worries, they have an array of unlimited juices too (ie. mango, ice tea, lemonade) definitely love the lemonade. And if you had enough of your coffee you can switch to unli juice.
PS. Personally the best spot is at the corner by the window! Either way if your spot is not well lit for your taste you can always borrow a lamp from the counter 👩🏻💻👩🏻⚕️
Perfect place to study, I swear. If you're here, I dont think you have any more excuse to be unproductive. Me and my friend stayed here for straight 12 hours, and we really enjoyed our experience.
For 350, you have unlimited drinks and the staff were really attentive. They even have pillows and lampshade if you need it.
The ambiance was good, it was really a place for people who has work to coexist. The food was okay, as well; haven't tried there cakes tho.

Place was almost full when I visited. The overall ambiance of the place will really motivate you to focus on your acads/work.
I ordered the corned beef and it was really great, not just your typical argentina or 555 corned beef.
The napping area was well-maintained. You just have to ask for a pillow at the counter and they will give you a napping coupon of some sort in case you want the staff to wake you up at a certain time.
