One word to describe this store? "Sulit" sana po wala na pong mag bago sa sistema niyo, maliban lang kung dadagdagan yung mayo HAHAHAHA jk, sobrang sarap po lahat ng pagkain
This one had street food type of vibe since it was just a food stall with some tables where you can enjoy this japanese delicacy! If only our weather was cool year round, this would have been perfect.
Hidden gem. Even tho it's basically just a stall, (the Kapasigan one) it gives off an authentic feel. The staff are very friendly and one of the reasons it's my favorite spot. They greet you in Japanese, and they thank you as you leave. Also when I ordered ramen for the first time and asked for the bestsellers, staff told me it was tonkotsu and was honest enough to tell me that shoyu isn't ordered much because it's a bit salty. I appreciate that a lot.
Everything I tried so far is soooo good. What I recommend if you wanna try are:
Takoyaki 🐙 (such quality for cheap price)
Okonomiyaki (my comfort food!)
Mango yuki 🍧
Tonkotsu ramen 🍜
Gyudon
Gyoza 🥟
I just hope they add more dessert items tho, I did suggest to them to add crepe, I hope they do add it.
