How will this main quality or advantage edge your (so many) existing competitors? - Japan's authentic recipes and noodles made with the same recipe for 30 years - Menu management with Korean characteristics (Kimchi Udon, Nabe tonkasu, Albob(spawn rice)) - 30 years of proven store operation know-how (kitchen operation / hall operation method) - Various Japanese menu operation (Sushi, Udon, tonkasu, Topping rice , Ramen and also roll maki) * Based on Japanese food, we developed a menu using the advantages of Korean / Western style. We will emphasize differentiation from existing companies * Scientific analysis to develop Philippine menu that appeals to Filipino locals * Provide appropriate service to customers with reasonable personnel
