The thickness and tenderness of the katsu keeps us coming back. And also the unli shredded cabbage! It’s fresh and delish with their goma sauce. Also, love how the staffs attending to the customers. Great service indeed! 👌🏻
Yabu Alabang town center has always been packed - long lines and unbelievable mixed crowds. This branch gave me a top-notch experience. Because of that, i've been recommending the place - the food and I kept coming back not only at ATC branch but in any other branch that I can see a YABU. Thank you for that experience. The food was nothing to me but the service was a lot.
Please make sure that miso soup is piping hot before serving to customers.
Loved the fries! Service is really good. We were seated outside because we had our pet dog with us. The servers were really friendly with our pet and accommodated our requests quickly.
Food is great. You get unlimited lettuce, rice, and soup here. It feels a bit cramp though but oh well. Price is a bit high but very worth it.

Our go-to place for tonkatsu.
We've been to this Yabu branch more than a dozen times. If you haven't been, it's a bit confusing to get to. The restaurant is in one of those restaurant areas that doesn't get much foot traffic. Even so, this place is almost always busy. Not surprising as it's a great place to dine. The service is great, though they do get overwhelmed sometimes during the busy hours.
Yabu is similar to tonkatsu restaurant in Japan in that they also provide unlimited rice, cabbage salads, miso soup, and fruits. The food is quite delicious and the prices are reasonable for what you're getting. Everything we've had so far is good but our favorites are the hire katsu and the menchi katsu.
Katsu Curry is what I usually order. Yummy sauce with a little kick of spiciness👅 Always worth the price because of the serving. Another favorite is the Menchi Katsu👅

So far, this if my all time favorite restaurant! I’ve been here a couple of times and I am so happy and satisfied on every visit I do in Yabu. I love how tender their Katsu meals are plus you can have unli rice, vegetables and soup all you want. Here are some of my recommendations for you to try: Premium Kurobuta Katsu Sets, Menchi Katsu Sets and Korokke Tamago.
