One of the regular places we eat in. Kanin Club is consistent in terms of service and good quality food.
Excellent value for money. Had my celebratory bday lunch here with my family earlier & nabusog kami. My metikulosong Dad enjoyed the crispy pata & veggie delight. Loved the sinigang rice, bagoong rice (the cilantro did it for me 🤩) & crispy dinuguan. & we were so hungry we forgot to take photos of the 1st set of orders (LOL). Service was swift & attentive even during the ultra busy lunch hour. Will definitely come back!
We loved the experience at Kanin Club! True to its name, the kanin here are soo good! We ordered tinapa rice, bagoong fried rice, and sinigang fried rice. All of these were sooo good! We loved their crispy pata - very crunchy yet filling! The crispy dinuguan was a surprise, it seems like they cooked it to a crisp before adding the dinuguan sauce. In terms of portion size - seems like an order is good for 3 people, so we had to order rice again as it wasn’t enough. Service was good, not too fast not too slow. Although this might be because we went around lunch time. The crew was busy but still attentive, always checks in with us if we need water or something. Will probably go back.
Delicious Filipino food! 😋👌
Good place for Filipino food with a twist.
It's a good restaurant to go for some delicious Filipino food. But their menu isn't like any Filipino restaurant. They offer things like Crispy Diniguan and Sinangag na Sinigang; a twist on Filipinos favorite classics.
The restaurant itself feels a little cramped but not too. cramped that it's uncomfortable.
Overall though, it's a nice restaurant to go to.
A taste of home!! Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. We also had Kare-Kare, didn’t get a chance to take a pic because it was ordered much later than the three we had. Quite a putok-batok meal for us tho hahahaha. Everything’s delicious and savory. Serving is also good for sharing so it’s much better dining in with your family and friends.
They have an upstairs dining but it was closed when we went. The design was like an actual house. It was a bit crammed but it was cozy.
Had to come back and try other stuff here! It’s like you can never go wrong with whatever you order. I’m keeping an eye out on the Crispy Pata. 👀
Nothing beats Filipino cuisine. Our first time here was great and guess what are my faveshere??? It’s the crispy pata, hototay soup and the chopsuey.
Me and my boyfriend celebrated our 2nd anniversary here.
What we ordered:
Crispy Dinuguan - 5/5
Sinigang na Hipon - 5/5
Aligue Rice - 5/5
We were super satisfied with our orders. Crispy dinuguan was very different. My boyfie liked it because he loooves dinuguan. I, however, loves sinigang. It only has a few shrimp but its ok. And the Aligue Rice.. TO DIE FOR! Everything was great! The place, serving, food and service! Before I thought the price was OA, but now I realized that the price is not bad at all!!!
We went there on a weekday lunch, the place wasn't that busy, attendant is there to greet you and show you to your table. We loved it that the food didn't take too long to come yet all were served hot. The sinangag na sinigang was such as surprise, it really does taste like sinigang :) though i'm not a fan of the liempo. The crispy dinuguan was a hit, we loved the asim factor and crispiness of the meat. Laing was simple yet flavorful. The beef was also great, especially the sauce, it's just that the beef portion was quite big! :)
Overall would love to come back and dine at Kanin Club. Tables and utensils were clean :)
When will you remove the silantro on the ensaladang mangga when told not to put it? Every time I ask, you always seem to forget. :) other than that, Kanin club is yummy and amazing! 😍
