My boyfriend is a sucker for anything cheap and with a big serving so when he wanted us to try this dessert, I'm very surprised. Php290 for an apple? He won't buy it. But this time we did and it's totally worth it.
First off, it's good for sharing, you can ask the lady manning the stall to slice the apple for you.
On to the taste- I loved how the apple hasn't lost its crunch, and was well coated with the caramel and then the chocolate layer which doesn't quickly melt. This dessert is full of surprises. It's also a good balance of flavors that came out by using green apples instead of red ones.
Their spread looks so enticing, but we chose one to the cheaper end. A great choice if you're in for an absolute treat from time to time!
PS Also, my boyfriend admitted he "discovered" caramel apples in anime, so there's that.
Finally got to try this famous dessert. I was always intimidated by the price, as their special apple desserts are sold at P395 per piece; causing me to shy away from earlier encounters with this shop. The dessert spread was very enticing, as if silently whispering "try me". And I wasn't disappointed, the apple was juicy and blended well with the caramel and chocolate coating. If the prices weren't that steep, this could have been a more frequent dessert choice.
Have ordered Cheesecake Apple twice and from the very first time I tasted it, I've loved it already. Always so satisfying to eat. ๐
The Granny Smith apples used are on the right amount of sweetness ๐ Good for sharing also if on a budget!
Surprised that I liked their products. The chocolate was good as it was rich and it was not too sweet! From the way it coated the marshmallows and how the shell held up without losing the crunch, as well as its not melting immediately despite the change in temperature (from the chiller to the counter and beyond lol), yiu could tell that the chocolate was tempered correctly. If not for the steep price, I'd give this place a 5.0.
I haven't tried the caramel apples and chocolate barks but my cousin recently purchased two sprinkled chocolate covered marshmallows for me. It tasted ordinary just like the ones I make at home. It's just really overpriced and not all can afford the caramel apples so I hope rocky mountain ph can do something about it. The service was fine.

Tried their tiger butter apple worth 270 pesos. I did not get a chance to finish eating this apple inside the mall coz it is getting late so i have decided to take it home na lang so I let my grandma to try to taste it too and im glad that she liked it. She is a very picky eater in every aspect of food but this one she said she loves it. Well i loved it too. I know it was too pricey for an apple but it is definitely worth a try. And because of this, im starting to crave for green apples huhu

Apple Cheesecake (Php 290) was simply delightful. As you open it up, you'll see a strong green color also on its insides, all the way to its core. On the bite, there was consistent sourness that paired well with the sugary sweetness of caramel and salty touch from the cheese.
Mint Truffle (Php 170) was a ball wonder. Every bite created a lingering taste for awhile. Expect a blow of refreshing cool from its mint and tingling sweetness from the combination of milk chocolate and truffle.
Tried cheesecake apple. Yes, the price is expensive for an apple but then, all in all, apple, caramel and chocolate are best combined. (270 php) i even bought marshmallow chocolate dip (90 php) and it is way way better, it even hit the spot so thumbs up for that.
