Gangnam Wings

FOOD is great! Chance upon this joint on one of my usual malling with freinds last Tuesday evening. We were supposed to have some coffee while waiting for traffic to subside. But when I saw Gangnam Wings beside SB I insisted that we give it try since we were all hungry anyway. Generally the staff was courteous and the one who took our orders really knows how to explain what each dish is all about. Although wait time might take longer since we are having several items on the menu- it was explained to us that each dish is prepared fresh by a Korean chef meaning we all gonna enjoy authentic Korean food. So just be patient since it is worth the wait. We ordered the seafood pancake- since my freinds said that they only saw this dish on the Korean soaps that they watch. Anyway, the pancake is truly awesome. I tried Korean pancake before in other high-end restaurants but Gangnam's got it perfect. The pancake here is thick, filled generously and very tasty. We also ordered the 3 kinds of wings: sweet, combination and the soya but among these 3 my favorite is the sweet and spicy. I totally fell in love with their wings- it's juicy, seasoned well and big- unlike those wings in popular Korean fastfood chain. We also tried the Kimchi fries and spicy red noodles- they were good too. Desserts are spectacular too- love the Oreo choco bingsu- it was overloaded with goodness. After that we chill a bit and had some watremelon soju and an extra soju for an added kick. Our Korean dinner went so well and we did not have to pay so much for excellent Korean food. Glad we discovered this place, now we have a place where we can enjoy authentic Korean dishes and chill afterwards. By the way they are open until past midnight which is really great. Kudos to the Korean chef and good service. We will be back for more.

The best Korean Restaurant in the town. Ay mali.. in the COUNTRY pala. Been to a lot of Korean Resto in the Philippies puro grilled meat with bibimbap lang natitikman ko and jabchae. It's the first time ever I tried authentic Korean food, sobrang melts in your mouth ang chicken, and seafood pancake, napaka linamnam. Favorite ko din yung spicy noodles maanghang pero tolerable naman, sobrang creamy and flavorful. Bulgogi fries is the best fries I've ever tried in my whole life... parang complete meal na sya in one, mabubusog ka talaga. isa pang the best ang yangpa bomb... may konting anghang pero swak lang!!!!!! First time I ever tasted OREO BINGSU... hinahanap hanap ko na... hindi ko akalain pwedeng gawing halo halo ang oreo... sobrang sarap at iba ang yelo na ginamit nila... and ambience ng resto okay din, hindi mainit, friendly and staff... highly recommended ko ang Gangnam Wings!
