My pre mothers day celebration was good. I must say the cuchinillo was exceptional and the paella negra a happy treat. I suggest ordering food 30 mins in advance before the guest arrive so they don't get hungry and make sure yr order is taken by a seasoned waiter. In my case, I did the ordering fr a trainee who delivered my food (paella negra) 1 hour after I ordered it. The cheese/embutido platter appetizer is also good and highly recommended. Make yr reservations early so you can get the best table in the house (the square one) so no slouching and big space for all the food yr ordering. I commend the Manager for saving the day with his magic tricks for my grandson. Remember to say what time you want all the food to be served!
The food and drinks were a bit pricey, but well worth it. The ambience was just right to give the place a cozy atmosphere where you could carry on a conversation and enjoy the good food. We had the paella mariscos, gambas al ajillo and some kind of croquet, the name of which escapes me right now. Everything was good. I'd recommend this place to my friends
This is for Las Flores Podium - This by far is the best Traditional Spanish Restaurant in the Ortigas Area, I would defintely recomend anyone who would come here to try the Gambas Ajillo, Paella Negra and their Gin and Tonic. And if you are a Cheese Cake lover you should try their version. I love everything from the service, food down to the ambiance and music. If you love food you should go to this place.
Hi All, after 3 years living in manila I know why I always come back here. Really good food ,service and it really feels like home. I can't rate this place high enough. Enjoy Michelle xxx
Very good food, stylish with good character. I have tried many Spanish cuisine but the concept and preparations especially the taste is far beyond better than others! The staff are also good and knowledgeable about what they're serving. Keep up the good work.
My family and I had the best time at Las Flores. The Paella Negra was to-die-for! Everyone loved the cuchinillo -tender and tasty. Of course, the sangria made everything even better. Service is AMAZING! We are definitely coming back! Thank you for an awesome time.
Perfect place
We love this place very nice food very good service very friendly staff just excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Super Sarap (Delicious)! Service is great with very attentive staff. I like it when they ask if they can change my plate so I can pause from digging into their paellas and gambas plates like crazy!
I love Las Flores! I love the food (the best gambas), decor, and the staff.
Food and Service are top notch and you can't go wrong with Las Flores for small, memorable and intimate celebrations oh and the gin and tonic selection is love!

we spent our christmas eve at las flores, thank you las flores for the food very delicious , but it took so long to served .... and the white wine was good, we like the services of the bartender....will be back soon...
Best sangria blanca and paella negra! Croquettas Pollo also masarap!
We celebrated our anniversary here. I liked the Solomillo de Ternera the most. The steak was really delicious. Next to that, i love the taste of Ensalada de Salmon. The salmon has a bit strong taste which is a good one for me. I like the ambiance of this restaurant too. Nice music and interior. Very cozy. A bit pricey but worth a try. The staff are all pleasant too.🌹❤️
Had a great Valentine's Day dinner with my wife. Homely setup, accommodating staff. Ensalada de Salmon was delicious and the octopus in the Paella Pulpo was very soft; the Bocadito con Anchoas and the Trio de Chorizos were on the saltier side of things.
Las Flores is known to serve modern Spanish tapas, that won’t break your bank and leaving you extremely satisfied. My recommended dishes would be trying one of their paellas, and definitely ordering their “conos de tartar de salmon” – not only was this dish presented in a fun way, but the cones exploded with delicious salmon, white truffle oil, hint of wasabi mayo and kimchi mayo… drool.

For a good 8 months, Las Flores to me was like Narnia, enchanting, sought after yet far fetch and inaccessible, I’ve always wanted to go there since I’ve heard so much about it, but my main problem was I had no idea where to park (1st world problem in a 3rd world, sorry) until I finally found the wardrobe, a small desk I constantly overlooked that has a small printed sign which says “Valet”.
Alas, The tales of lore were true, they do serve superb Spanish cuisine. I went all in and ordered their US tenderloin and risotto paella. Their tenderloin steak are like strips of marbled paradise melting within seconds of contact with your palate. Their risotto truffle mushroom paella was so flavorful and rich that the truffle scented whiff of the dish would reverberate right to your very tastebuds. The only qualm I have is the meager serving size of the paella and steak, which when you think about it was purposely done to make you want more.
You might reach the conclusion that Food in Las Flores is unreasonably priced, but not everything in life is supposed to make sense like love, or why we get grades A, B, C, and F but not E.
My friend told me its the closest to authentic Spanish cuisine that we could have here in the Metro. I was impressed by their tapas and definitely the paella. The only let down is the saltiness in the baby squid and the churros. They also have a wide selection of wines and our waiter sure knows every bit and taste of them. I will come back here to try the other delicious food on the menu.
Food is good but restaurant atmosphere and ambiance is not commensurate to its pricey menu. Even two small pieces of extra bread was the cost of a loaf of bread in a bakery. Had lunch there with a friend and, although the waitress tried her best to serve us properly, they seemed to be short staffed. I also expected Spanish or Spanish-type background music but they had loud music for millennials instead.
I loved everything about the place: the food, music, ambiance, service. The only thing that I didn't like was that mosquitos were snacking on our legs while we were eating dinner 😅
One of the institutions when it comes to Spanish cuisine. Great food, amazing value, good portions, and food quality is consistent all the way.
I love the food and customer service experience except for the Sangria that they served it in mason jar which I did not think it was appropriate. Nonetheless, I will definitely go back!
This fancy spanish place deserves my 5-star rating! Very pricey but worth it.
The salmon & salmon air baguettes, angus and foie minis, and sangria were all a must try! The explosion of flavors in my mouth was just intensely delicious!!!! Ordered churros for dessert to cap off the night! ❤️7️⃣
One of the oldest places I go to. All the time! I might have been here a thousand times. Food is good and the ambiance is nice! Nice spot for dinner w friends or for date.
Fish tartar is fine, goat cheese paella is super, salmon is ok, octopus and shrimps are Amazing. The staff are very professional. Fine fine dining.
Its interior is very sophisticated and classy. It has an ancestral home feel, great for dates and family gathering. We ordered three kinds of their paella what i like best was the paella negra. The Chorizo was good but was a bit salty. I love sangrias, so we had two rounds of it paired with their cheese platter. Its a bit pricey here but with great interior and background music its all worth it.

One of the best spanish restaurant! Loved their tuna tartare, also salmon tartare (was not able to take a picture of it since all of us got excited to eat it haha). Totally worth coming back for. Also their paella is good. If you have eaten in Rambla, same feels here too at Las Flores. Everything worth it!!!
This place is totally cool! I love their Churros and it has taken my ♥!! Very nice ambience and friendly staffs.
The place is a bit crowded in evenings. We weren't really hungry but went with more on appetizers and drinks. The wine selection and Gin and tonic was excellent. Mango shake was OK, not too sweet.
las flores is a staple in bgc. bacalao was amazing. lamb shank was tender but nothing special. dessert is choix pastry with filling? similar to beard papa
Lovely atmosphere and food was fantastic. The menu is focused on strong spanish cuisine and the drinks selection is appropriate with the food offering.

I celebrated my birthday there yesterday, made reservations a few days ago and was surprised there was no corkage fee to bringing your own cake! Service was so prompt when we arrived and they even took care of lighting the cake and bringing it to the table when it was time. The La Nostra sangria is one of the best I’ve had, tapas and paella were so good! The Canelloni is a must try!
You pay for the quality of food. Ambiance of the restaurant is very spanish and classy. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming you feel you are treated really nice. Food are cooked really well. Same quality of the spanish food I tried in Spain. The seafood that we order are cooked nicely, the pasta is al dente, the vegetables are roasted to perfection. I came here to do a bit of work and try the restaurant, the wifi is not good enough for working. But overall great restaurant!
Love this place! My go-to for Spanish cuisine. I must've already ordered everything on the menu and all of them are great! I especially love the churros here. (I do have a sweet tooth)
Good place for dates, get-togethers, and unhurried dining.
Ordered pulpo, roasted lamb shank, seafood paella, and cheesecake to end. All four food items didn’t disappoint.
Las flores has an 'ancestral home' look and feel which makes the ambience more appropriate with the food selection. It has a similar vibe with anothe resto in bgc especially the salmon bomb which is very good as well... the paella is what i liked. The place is a bit pricey but i guess thats what you will expect in restos in bgc.
It's always a treat dining at this place.
Upon entering, you're greeted with warm smiles and welcomes from its cheery staff and owners. The vibe of the place is homey and classy.
We got Croquetas de Queso de Cabra, Angus and Foei Minis Tapas, Salmon and Salmon Tapas, Paella Negra, and a pitcher of Rose Sangria for drinks.
The Croquetas was a nice appetizer. The flavor wasnt overpowering, and it wasn't too filling.
The Angus and Foei Tapas was a delight. The Angus is juicy, and the Foei adds an extra kick that makes the dish special. My only problem with this dish is that the Angus is too chewy.
The Salmon and Salmon Tapas was delectable. Everything just works; the Smoked Salmon, the Caviar, and honey enhances the flavor of each of the ingredients.
The Paella Negra's the best one I had in Manila. It's flavorful, the servings adequate, hindi siya nakakaumay at all. It's only good for 2-3 people.
The Rose Sangria's good as well.
Would definitely go back to this place.
Cheers
posh, polished and perfection in their food, ambiance and service were what i’ve observed dining at this spanish resto in BGC.
expensive, yes, that’s why i dont dine here w/o my senior citizen father or when i acquire a sweet deal from my fave food app, but each penny paid is utterly worth it.
you can never go wrong w/ tapas and paella - just like ulam at kanin sa pinoy - we got the 3-kinds of chorizo and gambas + the chicken and ribs paella. all were scrumptious! the 3-kinds of chorizos had distint flavors to them, the gambas was mildy spiced and the shrimps were juicy, the roasted chicken atop the paella was OMG fall off the bone soft yet flaky while the ribs were tasty charred and the rice was fluffy sticky.
one thought though: they were all drowning in all that after consuming these, i felt like my tummy needed something concentrated to cleanse it and i was left burping and feeling a lil uneasy w/ all of that oil. prolly next time, id veer from getting viands that mention it being bathed in oil when served. but dont get me wrong, i enjoyed each mouthful, sans the oil.
Yo habla español? Wanting to try Spanish? This is the place to eat. I will definitelt dine here again. Classy place too 👌 Great job guys! 👏 #foisgrasLover
One of my favorite Spanish restaurant in Manila !!! The paella they have monthly special ,its definitely worth to come here once a month to have a drink with it. My another favorite dish is the angus &foie mini ,they price is a bit high ,but it definitely worth to try!!!! With the delightful ambience and the friendly staffs, you won’t regret to visit it !!!as you see how many pictures I have taken you would know how many times I have visit !!!
Authentic spanish food. Very good paella and tapas. Ordered the pulpo and chorizo.. so good!
Salmon and beef foie gras tapas must try also! Yummmz 😊
Quiet and classy ambiance, very tasteful interiors. The place offers a wide array of food choices that are all as equally impressive on the palate. Great customer service.
How can I resist their Paella Negra? Everytime I visit it would always be on the table. The foie gras is also to-die for.
This place is perfect for business meetings or for celebrating simple to big wins! I’d also recommend this for date nights. The ambience is always on-point.
I am okay with the service but there are points of improvement on servers being attentive. Still wouldn’t stop me from coming back.
Food is amazing, as always. Between Paella Negra and Marisco, I choose Marisco. The gambas is always a good starter of all. The wagyu-stuffed potatoes did not disappoint. I hope service improves though because when the place is full, we constant to constantly follow up for refills and other orders.
Nice location, beautiful ambience. The staff were friendly. The food is exquisitely rich. The croquettes were crunchy and tasty. The calamari is a winner. The sucking pig paella is very savory even as you scratch the leftovers from the pan. The baked chicken was tender and tasty. The dessert is also yummy. The sangria was sweet and light. A fancy place to dine in.
Although Las Flores is known for its impressive line up of Modern Spanish cuisine, my cousin's and I went here just for their roster of desserts. They have quite a number, almost 10. We got around 6 over coffee.
I couldn't recall all we have as we got in to get me this and that spree. But I do remember two particular sweets that were truly amazing. So don't forget to have their Las Flores Signature Cheesecake (Php 275), it is creme brulee style with whipped cream and the collection of crisp and delectable Churros con Chocolate (Php 195).
Please do note they have different listings of desserts. So some of the ones of posting here via photos are not in their menu.
¡Muchas gracias a Las Flores! This place is perfect for a romantic dinner and my experience was wonderful.
You should try a paella definitely!
Most of all, all the foods were great specially the Tartar de atun(Tuna tartar). It’s fresh and has jelly-like texture that goes perfect with arugula and the mayo. They also make one mean sangria. The serving time was pretty quick and they have a valet service.
The taste of the food is great, fair presentation. Ambiance is fine. Staffs are accommodating as well. Make sure to book a reservation, it’s too busy every night i guess.
We ordered a bottle of machoman. It was recommended by our waitress, Camille, who is the sweetest. We got salmon and salmon. Very light dish with salmon on top of a baguette. Also got trio de chorizos. That was a bowl of sinful (for people on diet) goodness. Very straight forward. Nothing really fancy about it. Ordered the mini hamburguesas de wagyu con foie gras. Basically just really small burgers with foie gras in it. It was good . The foie gras elevated the taste and price. Ended our meal with a bottle of vinas del vero and chicken liver patte. That patte came with unlimited toasted bread. Dope. It’s a good place to sit down and have hours of conversation. I love the setting and the food. It’s just pricey but you get what you pay for.
My boyfriend brought me here to formally ask me to be his girl. Everything went smooth and I loved everything he ordered. Some of my favorites were the salmon and salmon, paella negra, gambas and the dessert platter! The burrata salad was also nice. I also liked that they gave us a complimentary chocolate cake because they thought it was our “monthsary”. They also have a nice selction of wines and I heard the cocktails and sangrias are also a hit. Can’t wait to go back and try more of their food and cocktails. Definitely a restaurant to remember 😊
One of the busiest restaurant in BGC so if you guys are planning to visit, make sure to give them a ring to reserve a table.
The ambiance is great! Plus the toilet is really clean!
For the drink, I tried the Thor but since I am not a fan of alcohol I am not going to rate it. But this alcohol is quite strong 😬
The service is so-so well they do attend our needs when we arrived until after we ordered our food but during our meal, we got really cold it was freezing then we noticed one of the waitress keep on changing the temp of the aircon making it colder, we requested if they can change the temp a bit since we were seated by the aircon and we are really getting cold, but they never did even if they said yes.
The food was Good! We love their paella with katsuobushi as it compliments the flavor of the paella.
The steak was cooked perfectly! Cheese platter was awesome (i love cheese 🧀) Even the steak tartare that I thought I wouldn’t like, was great! I only have one item that i didn’t like, well it was okay but i find it salty but knowing that chorizo’s are really salty it was forgiven. Overall the food experience was Good!
Ohhh i forgot to mention i love the churros!!
Everything tastes so good most especially the Paella de Cochinillo :)
I will definitely come back soon with my fam!
ambiance- 5/5
food- 5/5
service- 5/5
When we found out we were gonna dine here, I worried about parking. Luckily, they have valet parking when you eat at the restaurant. Everything from the ambiance to the service and excellent food were spot on. The chorizo, the paella, the angus foie minis and solomillo were to die for. Definitely a bit more premium in their price point but its really a quality dining experience.
The Filipinos had been a Spanish colony for over 300 years, over that time, we have grown fond of their food that a lot of their influence can be seen in Filipino dishes. In present day, most Filipinos has grown to love authentic Spanish food, and that’s why were here today. Las Flores, is known to serve one of the best Spanish food in the city.
Paella de cochinillo was my favorite, not a fan of lechon but this dish got me. my kids loved the chipirones andaluza. Gambas al ajillo, paella negra and croquetas de chorizo were delicious too! ambience is great.staff are attentive to your needs. i love that they have kids menu which made it easier to decide what to order for the kids. good restaurant for occassions. they have valet service for parking too.
I loved everything about this place—the ambiance, the service, the FOOD!!! Everything I’ve tried so far tasted good, from appetizers to dessert. I especially loved their Paella Negra!! Serving sizes were pretty generous as well and the prices aren’t so bad. You get what you pay for. :)
It's been a while, Las Flores!🙌🏻
I have almost forgotten how much I love their paella de cochinillo!😍 But, don't worry I remember now... 🤪
I had dinner and drinks here with friends last week. We had our fill of wine, jamon & cheese before carbo-loading with paella. I'm not much of a paella negra girl myself; I much prefer the one with crispy suckling pig skin...😅 Gambas were okay. Patatas bravas were good (they attacked before I took a pic).
Great ambience, relatively quiet on a weeknight... So coming back for the cochinillo! Naman!😍
Las Flores is a Spanish restaurant tucked in the heart of BGC. Although it is a little pricey, the dishes tasted really authentic. Plus, if you get the unlimited Paella and get to eat a lot, then it would be worth it. Las Flores is a restaurant you dine for experience. The only downside is that you have to wait for a long time for food to get ready. (Especially the unlimited paella that they cook by batches) We ate a lot so we finished the entire thing in minutes. (We waited for an hour for the next batch of paella) nonetheless, food is really good.
We were the first ones there when we arrived around 11:30am. They quickly assigned us to a table we reserved days before.
It’s quite open and lots of natural light.
I would recommend ordering the paella first as it takes time. (Squid ink or the seafood one is great). Shrimp al ajillo is amazing, a little bit spicy but it’s a good kick. Croquetas and patatas bravas are also a good app to share.
A nice chillout place for drinks & spanish food. The place looks elegant and perfect for quiet dinner. The design of the place looks like it was transported from Europe, so it adds to the feel. You can see mismatched chairs and accents of modern chandeliers and empty wine bottles.
Food was superb. Must try icludes : Paella Negra, Roasted Vegetable, Churros and Pan Con Tomato. Every dish we ordered was delicious, tasty and well presented.
Waiters are attentive and efficient. Meals are a bit pricey but something very satisfying to the tastebuds. There's also valet parking for P50 so it isn't bad. Overall, I would go back here and I would
definitely recommend this restaurant!
Las Flores always hits the spot for authentic Spanish food. Everything we ordered was delicious and the servings were just right. My favorites were definitely the Paella Negra (so good I forgot to take a photo) and the Chorizo. I ordered extra bread to dip into the Chorizo oil — the best way to make the most out of the dish. We also got Gambas al Ajillo, Croquetas de Jamon Iberico, Croquetas de Chorizo, Calamares, Salmon & Salmon and the Cochinillo Paella. My family and I aren’t big on desserts either so the platter with a trio of desserts was just enough for us.
Legit Spanish food. Take your lady/boy toy here! Get yo freak on with the black paella, octopus and croquetas. Seriously. Also best Moscow Mule in MNL.
Ever since I fell in love with the paella negra being sold at those weekend markets, I've made it a point to try it when the resto offers one. For a while, only Titto's paella negra could compete. Now, I have a 3rd contender! Las Flores' negra is creamy and tasty. For some reason though, it didn't come with lemon or lime wedges and I had to ask for it. Their mussels were also good and complemented the paella. We also had the angus beef appetizer with foie gras and the salmon. I have yet to grow an appreciation of foie gras. And salmon to me is always salmon, i've yet to taste a salmon recipe that is extraordinary. So those 2 is didn't make it to the top of my list. The cocktails were too strong for me. We realized too late that it would've been better if we had wine instead. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our dinner. The ambiance was romantic and the person I was with was enough 😍
@Las flores
Went on a Monday night for my birthday dinner. I'd say the place was not too crowded. We we're seated right away despite having no reservations. The ambiance is very "homey-chic" and their decors were very well thought of and sophisticated.
Gambas Al Ajillo - (4/5) Comes with free bread. This was delicious but I think paying for 6pcs of shrimp for 400+ pesos is too much.
Paella Negra - (5/5) Loved every bit of it. The balance of flavors is just right. Good for 2-3 people.
Brie de Meaux/Chorizo Iberico (Selection of Cheese & Cold Cuts) - (5/5) YUM!
Churros con Chocolate - (3/5) Served with hot chocolate fondue and vanilla ice cream. It was just okay. Nothing striking about this dessert.
The staff were attentive and professional, restrooms were nice and clean (no bidet). Would love to go back here and try out their Brunch specials.
Can't believe it's been nearly 3 years since my first visit to this restaurant. They started growing and now we have Rambla and Tomatito, which of the latter part I have yet to try. Special mention to Maria for being accommodating. You are naturally a superstar and keep doing what you do best.

Try it because it feels great to be rewarded after a hard day's work. 👌🏻
Ordered:
Croquettas - this was a win. I have nothing else to say except MORE!
Gambas - i didn't enjoy this very much. While it tasted good, it doesn't match up to other restaurants at that price.
Calamari - while not exceptional, was still good. Theyre thinly sliced but not to the point where all you can taste is the breading.
Paella negra - it took a while to be served, but was worth the wait. Very rich and creamy, and interesting to see the flakes while its hot. ❤️
Churros - this was a cross between dulcinea and la lola. The ice cream that came with it was icing on the cake. A treat for churro lovers.
I love the ambience of this place. It was cozy and quiet on a weekday. It also has vallet parking for P50 which we appreciated. Will definitely come back!
Las Flores is a favorite and my husband and I go often! Since Maria is at Tomatito now, the management and service has gone downhill a little, but it is still well-worth going to. The food is excellent. A few of my favorites: tartar de atun, angus & foie minis, the quesos and jams iberico platters, and the paella negra. The cava brunch is also always fun!

Highly recommended place not only for couples, business meetings but also for family and friends. Apart from the very classy and nice ambiance, the quality and taste of the food is excellent! Don't miss ordering the trio de chorizos, tuna tartar, pulpo ala gallega (potato gratin with octopus), gambas and of course paella negra. if you still have more space, churros con chocolate is a must too!
Last September 2016, a few weeks after my birthday, we decided to have dinner to celebrate my 33rd year in this planet.
We chose Las Flores because we've been hearing a lot of great feedback from friends and social media. We made no reservations for Sunday dinner. When we arrived, we were seated right away. Not many customers at that time; crowd is a mix of family, expats, and young professionals.
The restaurant is dimly lit with a cozy ambience. It was not too crowded and service staff were attentive.
This restaurant serves authentic Spanish food and delicacies and offers a wide selection of cocktails and wine.
We ordered 2 tapas calientes. First, the gambas al ajillo followed by pulpo a la gallega. The prawns in olive oil were flavorful. You can taste garlic and olive oil in the fresh and tender prawns. On the other hand, boiled octopus was very tender. Cooked to perfection. Seasoned very well with Maldon salt and paprika. It also goes well with potatoes and it is my favorite tapas.
For the main entree, we decided to order paella negra. This paella was simply amazing. It was well seasoned, not salty, and not too creamy. The squid flavor lingers in your mouth. Alioli and katsuobushi flakes adds flavor to the dish, making you eat more of it.
We had very satisfied tummies after dinner. The food was amazing. Looking forward to visiting this restaurant again. Kudos to the chefs!
A hidden authentic Spanish tapas haven!
Thankful to my colleague who introduced this fine dining resto to us. You will need to make reservations as they're most of the time full house with their loyal clients.
We sampled most of their best-selling dishes. Their salmon salad, foie gras, cheese and ham platter, red wine--verdict...blown away! Paella Negra, fried squid, chorizo croquettes and beef carapaccio were just gastronomic! Capping it off with their dessert platter that transcended us to cloud 9!
I had my birthday dinner here with my boyfriend and it was PERFECTION. The romantic ambiance was good, although it was too cold and at times too dark. But the dishes are to rave about.
Gambas Al Ajillo: Great, great shrimp. Generous servings with big shrimp, and they do not skimp on the sauce. Very flavourful and you would really finish it to the last drop. Rating: 5
Croquetas De Chorizo: Love croquetas, and this one is really good. Love the flavour of the chorizo and the balance of the cheese was perfect. 5-6 medium sized balls was worth it for the price. Rating: 5
Calamares A La Andaluza: My boyfriend ordered this last minute and I was so happy he did! They are SO TINY but they make the perfect appetiser. You just can't get enough! The sauce is amazing too, even if I generally do not like mayo. Rating: 5
Paella Negra: When it arrived, we thought it was not enough for two, but surprisingly, it was more than enough! The plate is huge but it is low, so the rice was spread out. The Katsuobushi flakes add a nice touch, but by the second bite, you cannot taste it anymore. I don't know if they put truffle oil in it, but something about it is nakakaumay, which is why I did not eat too much anymore after the second serving, so my boyfriend finished it. Still worth it though. Rating: 4
Would definitely come back to try their other dishes. So good!
Went here for lunch with a friend and ordered the Pasta Salad, Roasted Chicken, and Chocolate Fondant. I'm not usually a fan of thick pasta, but I appreciated the al dente consistency of the farfalle and the light seasoning of the vinaigrette. Even the roasted chicken, which is reminiscent of adobo, was juicy and salted just right. Dessert took a while longer to arrive, but the moist decadence of it made it worth the wait. I appreciate how the subtlety of the tastes was consistent throughout all three courses of the meal. Not overwhelming nor overindulgent. Lovely interiors as well!
I can't believe that Las Flores is my top 1 restaurant in BGC and have been many times yet I haven't taken a single photo of any of their food! I guess that's a clear indication of how much you just want to gorge on their plates once they were served on the table.
Absolutely love this place! It just works perfectly for me. Great food, nice atmosphere, beautiful happy crowd - a good place to bring and entertain clients or friends. Just a tiny bit of concern from the last time I visited about two weeks ago though, the service is lacking attentiveness (Lucia, come back) but we were willing to overlook that - so I played maitre'd for our table instead. (Lol)
My go-to dishes in this resto are:
1) Gambas Al Ajillo
2) Trio de Chorizos
3) Tartar de Atun
4) Paella Negra
5) White Sangria
They have a good selection of Spanish wines. You can also skip the heavy dinner and go straight for the cocktails while nibbling on the tapas. Really happy that this place is just around the corner - definitely a must-try in Manila.
We were very happy with the food and service here. Staff were very attentive to our food sensitivities (between four of us, one vegetarian, allergies to wheat, egg, nuts) and even steamed some veggies for our 11 mth son. Seafood paella was smaller than expected, but tasty and enough for two of us to share. Caesar salad really good. And the beer jared margarita knocked me on my feet (you can taste the alcohol in it!). Overall, great food, if you can afford it.
Las Flores houses authentic Spanish dishes and curated drinks/cocktails. Loved their Paella Negra, Chorizo and desserts! The place is also quite sophisticated hence, food is significantly priced high.
Stopped in for Saturday brunch and practically had the place to ourselves. The food was solid and atmosphere was cool. Didn't try it, but the create your own gin and tonic looked awesome. They also offer a few all you can drink options - maybe I'll give those a try next time ;)
I cannot stress this enough: call for a reservation before coming. They are almost always fully booked.
The ambiance is great, the host was very gracious! We felt very much at home with her ministrations despite coming here without a reservation.
Would recommend Angus and Foie Minis (favourite!!), Trio de Chorizos, and Gambas for tapas. The Paella we had was of the seafood variety and it was very good. Stay away from the Veal Ravioli. It was very unappetizing and the taste/texture wasn't very impressive. The Churros was decent.
Would come back to try other dishes.
Albeit being a little on the expensive side, Las Flores certainly makes it worth it. (at least for me) dined here a few times and i've gotta say, it's easily a favorite in the BGC area. i love the cheese plates and the paella. The paella is quite pricey but really tasty. The ambiance is cozy too whether you go in for lunch or dinner.
Everything about this restaurant was arranged tastefully - the menu, the interiors, the seating layout, and the music. I was impressed by their service, which, under Lucia's lead, made for an awesome gathering with friends. Lucia was nothing short of warm, and she was proactive about our experience all throughout.
A visit may seem like a dent on the pocket if one cares only for the taste of food. This has to be one of the best places to gather with friends. The place presents itself with subdued style and refinement, and there is this feeling of warmth and easiness that's hard not to notice. We came on a Sunday and started at 8 p.m. We stayed until the restaurant closed shop at 1 a.m.
The Tapeo Menu had an adequate amount of food choices to make for a light to moderate dinner. The Las Flores Salad was fresh and simple, starting off our meal with a sweet and vinegary note. The Salmon and Salmon was bland and I felt unsure if the fish was as fresh as it could have been. The Beef Carpaccio had a neutral flavor and nothing in it quite stood out. The Chipirones A La Andaluza acted as a filler and only started to taste interesting with a generous squeeze of lemon juice (they served more than enough portions of the Chipirones which seemed unnecessary). Croquetas of Chorizo had a mild flavor yet I could not get enough of the balls whose texture was the perfect union of gentle crisp, soft yield, and inner mush. The Gambas Al Ajillo wasn't as savory as I expected; it needed more spices and herbs. The Butifarra Catalana had an intriguing mix of flavors; it's a dish worth trying, though, one I wouldn't covet. I was pleased about the Paella Negra which wasn't drowned in too many toppings; it was easy to appreciate the flavor of the rice, squid, and bonito flakes with the paella's simplicity. The Paella Del Pollo Rustido was more flavorful yet more delicate in taste. The Churros Con Chocolate wasn't exceptional.
We went for additional orders that included glasses of red wine - we selected a full-bodied and smooth wine that was quite delicious, but I forget the name. Friends thought that the Sangria reminded them of cough syrup. Beers were served cold, and poured into properly chilled glasses. The Cochinillo is the most flavorful and juiciest suckling pig I have tried. This was a stand out.
The way these dishes worked out for me, despite their generally mild profiles, is the fact that they were incorporated into a group set menu (except for the additional items). Ordered a la carte over several visits, I would have felt unfulfilled by their individual tastes.
I look forward to another visit where I might consider their lunch set.

Lunch sets are adequate for a light meal. The Las Flores Salad tasted the way it did when we first had it, but this time, it lacked dressing. The Tuna Tartar was fresh and deliciously light on the palate. The Paella Negra was surprisingly more flavorful as a single serving than when we had it for a large group. The Breaded Pork was a disaster with overly-cooked breading and tough meat.
Service felt more 'loose' and less friendly, and food quality seemed lacking in consistency across visits. There's a sense that we were especially attended to last time when we came as a big group and when Lucia was around, than when my friend and I dined recently.
We'd still come back to try other menu offerings.
awesome, awesome place to hang out, meet new and/or old friends, or even work. great service, reasonable prices and the food is excellent! can't wait to be back here again!
They have lunch meals which aren't expensive for what you'd get. For me, at least. It alreay has an appetizer, a glass of wine and a main course. Last time I went here was both an escape and a reward from stress. I enjoyed my paella. Glad that this is just a block away from work.
We ordered the Trio of Chorizo, Jamon Serrano and Paella with Suckling Pig, and Rose Sangria. Chorizo was just perfect! I wanted to ask for more bread to dip in the oil. Or order a second one. Jamon Serrano was better than expected as well. Paella was good, though not really to my personal taste. I will go back to try the other Paella variations for sure. And order more of the chorizo. :) My friend also left his phone at the restaurant, and they were very good to keep it safe for him till he could go back for it. Awesome service all around!
Excellent service, awesome food, amazing place. Perfect for a more relaxed dinner-and-drinks night. The place is more casual than I thought. Dressy, yes, but not fine dining at all, it really is just high-end.
Rose Sangria is highly recommended!
Very good selection of Spanish food, specially Tapas to choose from. This is one of the happening places in BGC right now. The level of food and service is of "fine dining" and the prices too I guess, but the overall atmosphere is more relaxed and casual. The place gets noisy with chatter and music - and that is actually good.
Food was great. I ordered a steak and it was awesome. The Tapas were perfect as well. Service was prompt and efficient.
Parking is not available nearby but they have efficient valet service and costs 50 bucks, which is the usual parking cost in the area and hence the valet service actually becomes free.
This is a popular place and full on weekends. It is better to book in advance.
Food is so great! Manager is awesome.
Parking is not available but they have valet parking for only P50.00. I love their gambas. We will definitely come back, Delefinitely!
Las Flores is beautiful. Simple, not too opulent, but warm and welcoming. I love the decor, especially the pendant lights and other chandeliers. The lighting is a bit dim but adds to the ambience. It is a bit noisy though, especially on a Friday night, so don't go expecting a particularly romantic evening. (I did, and was a little disappointed.)
They have a full bar, with a decent selection of liquor, something you would not know from reading their menus on Zomato or MunchPunch. Good thing I called to ask; otherwise we would have gone elsewhere.
The food is delicious; we loved every bite. The Ensalada Las Flores is their signature salad, and it's a great choice. A good portion, perfect for sharing, especially if you order a few other tapas. The Tortilla Trampo was a little oily but it had the yummiest chorizo inside, with potatoes and allioli. The Paella de Cochinillo was delicious, with big chunks of meat that you could bite into and savor with a shiver, along with the perfectly-seasoned rice; there was just enough of it for you to feel full but not disgusted with yourself. My only regret was not having the Churros with hot chocolate and vanilla ice cream for dessert; we wandered over to Farmacy for ice cream instead.
The only thing I did not like was the valet parking. Las Flores does not have its own parking lot, so they park your car at the nearby Fort Strip. Though it's only a few blocks away, traffic can make for quite a wait.
Other than that, I would come back for the croquetas alone. Those are next on my to-do list.
Good restauarant with good food!
Paella Negra is so flavorful. Other were gppd too but it was the Paella Negra that stood out for me. I'm definitely coming back for more!!!
I've always been a lover of Spanish food specially their tapas. As my recent search for the Spanish tapa spot I was eyeing with my Australian buddy failed (they've closed shop), I was timely informed a week or two later by a colleague of this place.
The restaurant is conveniently near, if you are coming via McKinley road Forbes Park. The moment you enter the restaurant, you would immediately get the vibe of good food, wine and company.
For starters, we took on their tapas calientes (hot); tried out their Trio de Chorizos, an assorted mix of chorizos cooked in white wine & olive oil - we just had to order two more as it was heavenly 😋. We also had two orders of the Botifarra Catalana which had Catalan (northeastern side of Spain) Sausage, made love by shiitake mushrooms, marbled potatoes and caramelized onions. They were good, but I'd pick the chorizo's any time of the day haha! We had a red wine pairing as suggested by the owner, a lovely, pleasant and very accommodating Spanish lady. My only disappointment though was the absence of my other favorite tapa; Boquerones which is made of fresh anchovies, marinated in vinegar, olive oil, garlic & parsley ....OMG!!!!!! Makes me salavate!!!!! 😂😂😂
For mains, we had Paella de Marisco (seafood paella) and Paella Negra (black paella) which had cuttlefish, allioli & katsuobushi flakes - a good enough fusion. We had one order each as the servings were not quite enough for two to share. The Paella Negra was good but nothing special, modesty aside, I reckon my version is way better 😜 The seafood paella was even less impressive, again, it was just ok.
Overall, considering the very accommodating owner, very nice ambiance and my bias for Spanish food, I'll give it a fair enough rating and will continue visiting.
Great overall experience. The restaurant is relaxed, modern but cozy.
The food is excellent - flavourful, fresh- and serving sizes are moderate.
We came for a weekday lunch so the prix fixe is a great option if you want to try several different things without breaking the bank.
For P 595 you get an appetizer and a main. Between four of us dining, we had eight dishes between us which was great.
For dessert, the Vanilla Cream is my top pick-milky and sweet.
For mains, the paella negra and the wagyu burger.
For appetizers, beef carpaccio and tuna tartare.
Had the pleasure of dining here on Sunday evening. A superb restaurant in terms of food, cozy interiors and fantastic service. What more can one ask for!
We were 4 and decided to make a full meal out of their Tapas Calientes (meaning hot tapas). Every one of their Tapas was excellent :
Gambas al Ajillo - the best in the city. Floating in loads of olive oil!
Angus and Foie Minis - tender cubes of Australian Angus beef complemented perfectly by rich foie gras
Trio de Chorizos - chorizos in white wine and olive oil. A tad salty but yummy!
Fricando - excellent Angus beef stew.
Tortilla Trampo - chorizo and potato omelette with aioli - after the strong tastes of the other appetizers, this one was bland.
Washed this down with an excellent Cabernet Sauvignon - Finca Antigua - from their excellent wine selection.
Had their Cheesecake Las Flores - with yogurt foam and raspberry. Quite delicious. Had a glass of another Spanish wine - Hito Tinto - which had distinct notes of dark chocolate.
Had a wonderful time!
The ambiance of the place is enough to make me want to go back! I came to Las Flores with some hesitation but left it happy and wanting more. Every little dish we tried was very good. No stand outs but having 5 amazing dishes out of 5 is a feat on its own.
