My pre mothers day celebration was good. I must say the cuchinillo was exceptional and the paella negra a happy treat. I suggest ordering food 30 mins in advance before the guest arrive so they don't get hungry and make sure yr order is taken by a seasoned waiter. In my case, I did the ordering fr a trainee who delivered my food (paella negra) 1 hour after I ordered it. The cheese/embutido platter appetizer is also good and highly recommended. Make yr reservations early so you can get the best table in the house (the square one) so no slouching and big space for all the food yr ordering. I commend the Manager for saving the day with his magic tricks for my grandson. Remember to say what time you want all the food to be served!
The food and drinks were a bit pricey, but well worth it. The ambience was just right to give the place a cozy atmosphere where you could carry on a conversation and enjoy the good food. We had the paella mariscos, gambas al ajillo and some kind of croquet, the name of which escapes me right now. Everything was good. I'd recommend this place to my friends
We celebrated our anniversary here. I liked the Solomillo de Ternera the most. The steak was really delicious. Next to that, i love the taste of Ensalada de Salmon. The salmon has a bit strong taste which is a good one for me. I like the ambiance of this restaurant too. Nice music and interior. Very cozy. A bit pricey but worth a try. The staff are all pleasant too.🌹❤️
Had a great Valentine's Day dinner with my wife. Homely setup, accommodating staff. Ensalada de Salmon was delicious and the octopus in the Paella Pulpo was very soft; the Bocadito con Anchoas and the Trio de Chorizos were on the saltier side of things.
Las Flores is known to serve modern Spanish tapas, that won’t break your bank and leaving you extremely satisfied. My recommended dishes would be trying one of their paellas, and definitely ordering their “conos de tartar de salmon” – not only was this dish presented in a fun way, but the cones exploded with delicious salmon, white truffle oil, hint of wasabi mayo and kimchi mayo… drool.

For a good 8 months, Las Flores to me was like Narnia, enchanting, sought after yet far fetch and inaccessible, I’ve always wanted to go there since I’ve heard so much about it, but my main problem was I had no idea where to park (1st world problem in a 3rd world, sorry) until I finally found the wardrobe, a small desk I constantly overlooked that has a small printed sign which says “Valet”.
Alas, The tales of lore were true, they do serve superb Spanish cuisine. I went all in and ordered their US tenderloin and risotto paella. Their tenderloin steak are like strips of marbled paradise melting within seconds of contact with your palate. Their risotto truffle mushroom paella was so flavorful and rich that the truffle scented whiff of the dish would reverberate right to your very tastebuds. The only qualm I have is the meager serving size of the paella and steak, which when you think about it was purposely done to make you want more.
You might reach the conclusion that Food in Las Flores is unreasonably priced, but not everything in life is supposed to make sense like love, or why we get grades A, B, C, and F but not E.
My friend told me its the closest to authentic Spanish cuisine that we could have here in the Metro. I was impressed by their tapas and definitely the paella. The only let down is the saltiness in the baby squid and the churros. They also have a wide selection of wines and our waiter sure knows every bit and taste of them. I will come back here to try the other delicious food on the menu.
Food is good but restaurant atmosphere and ambiance is not commensurate to its pricey menu. Even two small pieces of extra bread was the cost of a loaf of bread in a bakery. Had lunch there with a friend and, although the waitress tried her best to serve us properly, they seemed to be short staffed. I also expected Spanish or Spanish-type background music but they had loud music for millennials instead.
I loved everything about the place: the food, music, ambiance, service. The only thing that I didn't like was that mosquitos were snacking on our legs while we were eating dinner 😅
One of the institutions when it comes to Spanish cuisine. Great food, amazing value, good portions, and food quality is consistent all the way.
I love the food and customer service experience except for the Sangria that they served it in mason jar which I did not think it was appropriate. Nonetheless, I will definitely go back!
This fancy spanish place deserves my 5-star rating! Very pricey but worth it.
The salmon & salmon air baguettes, angus and foie minis, and sangria were all a must try! The explosion of flavors in my mouth was just intensely delicious!!!! Ordered churros for dessert to cap off the night! ❤️7️⃣
