Will always love their coffee. In all their branches, the taste of their coffee is very consistent. And i never get tired of the taste also i always purchase their 1Kg wooloomoolu (not sure of the spelling) but yes they have the best coffee beans. The taste is just so right. Also, their brownies are really good especially when heated up again, you will feel that melt in your mouth!
If you are truly passionate about coffee then the third wave fits you. It has been going on for a while and Toby's is the current go-to for specialized and artisanal coffee in the country.
On this trip, I got my favorite cup here, Mocha. It's warm and smooth, with a good balance of coffee and chocolate. I paired it with their filling and tasty Aussie Sausage Wrap. It was a good value for a Php 100.
Now Toby's Estate got Apple Pie too and they also actively sell their coffee beans for us to take home.
To be honest, the soup was far from being good. It was so thick, definitely not enough stock. The coffee was great though and the service was great. Might come back to try their roast chicken and beef sandwiches. You can practically smell the thyme, rosemary, and caramelized onions from the outside...

Sophie Says Toby's Estate serves real coffee.
One thing and most probably the defining item on the menu for Toby's is the flat white. You can never go wrong with their flat white. As a matter of fact, they can continue their operations simply with just their flat white... exaggeration?
The rest of the items on the menu are simply priced way too high, good enough to eat but not enough to make me commit that mistake and spend that much again.
Their Pistachio Pie is priced at more than 200bucks a slice - it tasted ok, nothing special about it.
They do have a selection of brownies and cakes which are tasty. They should, however be paired with coffee because you will get a sugar rush.
Now back to the coffee - the flat white is just lip smacking.
You can taste the coffee - which is not burnt - you really can taste actual coffee with a soft microfoam that complements the coffee taste. It's just amazing how it melds together. No need for sugar or any other add ons, it is pawrfect just as it is.
Also watch out for their cold brews - these are budget friendly offers which do not sacrifice the quality. I am just not sure if these would be staples as they go for 100 bucks a cup - or they will be folded into the regular menu with an adjusted price. Hope they retain the same price.
Generally, Toby's is not for the budget conscious - you can stick to the regular mermaid brand which would work just fine. But my opinion is, they have the best coffee in town.

Drop by for a flat white or bucky's and cream. Quiet space to work on your laptop or have a quick catch up with friends by the al fresco. Just wish they had more vegetarian items on their lunch/dinner menu.

I share some of the best mornings with Toby's Estate in EcoTower! With all the coffee shops popping up here and there, I could safely say that the espresso-based beverages from Toby's are the best.
I frequently have Flat White or Long Black, and always in a Woolly blend. The Woolly beans have a heavy body, a very rich, spiced dark chocolate flavor, and an oh-so-intoxicating smell of thick caramel. Most of the time, I have the lovely baristas add one spoon of brown sugar in my drink. Some fellas might judge me for putting sugar in my coffee, but I wouldn't want my cup in any other way.
The only time that I do not ask them for sugar, is whenever I get a Long Black with any one of their buckies because that pairing is truly heavenly.
They also serve to-go breakfast goodies. I previously had their cream cheese bagel (try the Jalapeño flavor!), tuna bun, sausage roll and another really tasty bread that had some egg inside (can't recall, sorry).
The downside of this branch is that it's always packed with people lining up for their to-go cups. They also do not have cakes here, only the stores carry it. Their busiest hours are around 8:30-10AM.
Love their Pistachio Cheesecake!!! Best paired (for me) with their hot chocolate, and/or flat white. Love their service as the crew will attend to you quickly. I have to try their sandwiches and pastries soon. Make sure to dine alfresco at night for the cool breeze.
When I want coffee, I immediately think "large iced flat white with sugar syrup from Toby's". I love the consistent quality and how the staff usually remembers your orders when you're a frequent customer.
One comment though: I ordered a Dark Chocolate cookie this morning and they forgot to give it. Only realized it when I was already far away from the cafe. :(

Per usual, a very nice experience (like you'd get at any of the Toby's locations). The staff is friendly and the coffee is tasty. I really enjoy the ambiance of this Toby's location. Will be back for sure!
