I like their ramen, maybe not my favorite but I would definitely dine here again.
Their rice bowl is very tasty, the gyoza is OK.
Happiness ramen and shoyu pork belly ramen (P445 and P410). Both were good but I prefer their signature happiness ramen. The broth was more flavorful and the meat on top was to die for, seriously. It was oh so tender and tasty. I'd definitely have this happiness ramen again.
Had the full order of The Happiness bowl and it was really comforting.Gyoza and tempura was also good.
Staff was very courteous and mindful.Glad that they have a San Juan branch
Had the pot belly ramen and it's still very good. Also ordered ebi tempura and it's not as big before. Batter got a bit heavy. Noticeable difference.
Place is well lit and can sit plenty. But air conditioning should be improved. It's so warm!

The Signature Happiness Ramen is one HUGE bowl of happy (and sinful) ramen! The soft bone pork rib is super soft that you can easily tear it apart using chopsticks, the shoyu broth is flavorful, and the aji tamago is just perfect. I wasn’t expecting it to be huge cause I ordered a half but I learned from other reviews that the main difference of half and whole is basically the size of the pork rib. Anyway, I say that this is sinful because obviously, it’s a bowl of fat and salt and everything not so healthy but it’s a ramen and that what we expect to get out of it, right?
So I also ordered 4 pcs gyoza add-on which also tastes great; it’s a bit oily but it was cooked well. The place is also very spacious and clean!🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
Mia and I went to watch a movie at Santalon Plaza Cinema for the first tonight. And before watching the latest X-Men offering, we got a quick dinner here at Hanamaruken.
The Salary Man Ramen impressed me the most. The broth was packed with flavor. I can just guess how long it took for the soup to be created. The noodles were also thin and firm, and the bowl came with ample, lean pork shoulder.
I had to order an additional four piece Gyoza because my personal pick, Happiness Rice Bowl came with limited portions of sweet pork ribs. So wasn’t really all smiles with this one.
Anyway, I have more reasons to come back since they serve other kinds of ramen and donburis. And since they have six stores in the Metro, that’s going to be soon.
A really good place to get ramen! For that I recommend their Happiness Ramen . Although, if you're together with friends or family who prefer something with rice, the Drunk Man Rice Bowl would be your best bet! Other things I frequently order are the gyōza and the tempura! This restaurant is a bit on the pricier side, but definitely something I'll always come back to.
Drunk Man rice bowl is 🔥🔥 very good and salty and fatty. Quite scrumptious 👅

To be fair, I did expect greatly of this ramen joint because of the reviews I’ve heard.
Signature Happiness Ramen (590 php, whole serving): The serving size is good enough for 2 people. The only difference between the half and whole serving is the size of meat, which unfortunately had a lot of fat but was tender and flavorful (more on the salty side). The noodles were cooked al dente. For the price, not so sulit. I’ve had better (and cheaper) ramen.
Drunk Man Rice Bowl (340 php): Good. I was actually happier with this than the Happiness Ramen 😅 The pork is also salty but goes very well together with rice and the sunny-side up.
Edamame Stir Fry (180 php): Too oily. I ordered it because it was something new to me. Most of the Japanese restos serve edamame steamed, sometimes with salt. I could see some chili but really only tasted the oil. 😔
Will probably come back for the Drunk Man Rice Bowl and Tempura (wasn’t available during our visit)
