I discovered this cafe while looking for nearby places to treat my mom on Mother's Day. Good thing I did cause, we had an amazing time! Upon entering they immediately assisted us, and provided us with the menu. The place was very beautiful and enchanting! We ordered the carbonara, croissant sandwich,and fried chicken for main. Their fried chicken was juicy, tender and with a very crisp skin. Kinda reminded me of Max's chicken, only better. Lols Their tea was also good. I had the cold raspberry tea which was really refreshing. Plus lava and smores cake which were both heavenly. Everything was delicious. We really had a great time, and to top it off they gave us a free dessert, a peach mango graham slice. What a great way to celebrate Mother's Day! Thanks 4th Street Cafe! 💖💖💖
This place is absolutely stunning. Every corner is instagram-worthy. I had their cold Cafe Mocha and I was happy with it. Their blueberry cheesecake is kind of dry for my liking but the cafe mocha made up for it. The staffs are accommodating and the overall ambiance is pleasant. I will go back to try other items in their menu.
AMBIENCE
It’s put together well even if there’s a lot going on, it’s still pleasing to the eyes. I could stay there all day. You wouldn’t really mind the boggling traffic outside because the interior is cozy enough.
MENU
I didn’t really expect much since the café is not that big but their menu is extensive. From appetizers, to main entrees to a whole wide range of beverages which I find unique, you can find it in their menu. I was able to try their sausage platter and Nachos. It’s good also.
WHAT I ORDERED
I ordered their Raspberry and Basil Iced Tea plus their Blueberry Cheesecake. Both are good actually. The cheesecake is good but the crumbs breaks off easily. The iced tea is delish too. The Basil isn’t overpowering.
I like the type of plate, cups and utensils that they use. It adds up to the lovely feel of the café.
Good food. Cozy ambience. Accomodating staff. What more can I ask for? Be it a quick cup of coffee, a hearty meal or to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings, 4th Street Cafe can serve it all deliciously. They don't just serve meals that fill the tummy, the place itself is a breath of fresh air right at the heart of New Manila. Try their pasta and sandwiches, you won't regret it. 😊
I love the interior of this cafe, very chic and stylish with quiet and cozy ambiance. The perfect comfy place to hang out with friends and family. They have wide selection of food - pasta, rice meals and breakfast (that is served all day) plus great coffee and pastries.
Portions are good and reasonably priced. Service is also great. Definitely on top of my go-to-places list.

Sleep deprived and tired from hospital duty, me and my mom found me this cute little place across mt. Carmel church. It was a much needed comfort from food and place. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. They serve a really good cup of coffee 😀
Comfortable and cozy place. Serving of food is good for one. We have tried their pastas and clubhouse sandwhich, both are satisfactory. Their raspberry and basil iced tea is good. Parking may be difficult especilly for large vehicles such as pickups or SUVs.
I’m glad they added a new menu for pasta and we had pesto, baked penne bolognese and they were very good.

Its a great place to get great coffee, dessert and comfort food. I just felt the food could be taken a notch higher. Invest in a good foreign branded pasta, tastier sausages, richer caesars salad dressing. I think that people eat out to get tastier food and leave the healthy food at home. I love the place and will surely return.

One of the must tries places you've probably have never been to. It's so cozy and the place is beautiful! Glad we discovered this place! 👍🏻❤
