Great ambiance, unlimited japanese rice, cabbage, and miso soup, great service! Meat was tender and well cooked, and the truffle salt was 😍! (don't get too much though remember that our recommended salt intake per day is less than 2/3 of a teaspoon). Katsu for people who live near scout area!

Had dinner with the partner. Place was clean and bright. We ordered the Fumizen Special California Maki Roll with Salmon, Hire Katsu Set and Gindara Set. Food tasted good. Unli rice, cabbage, and soup gives value for money. Service was very good. Tea cups were always refilled. Pricing is good with unli serving. You have to request for the O.R. Parking is available.
THE BEST MAKIS IN TOWN. Must try: Fumizen Maki and the Salmon Maki. I really love their “food set” almost everything is unlimited! Unli fruits & unli rice, just not sure sa miso soup. Though I think they lack staff, entrees keep on coming one by one. But really the best Jap food I had so far. They also have the best wasabi!!
Food is really good! The price speaks for the quality of food. Truffle salt blends well with your choice of meal. Please do try their Spicy Salmon Aburi Maki Roll! Its realllyyyy goooood!! 😍👌Ambiance is nice also. Though its a new place, its really a must try! ♥️

Went here during lunch, and had their katsudon, and I quite liked it. The initial amount of rice that they put in the bowl is not all that much, but enough for me. Luckily this is refillable so this isn't really a problem, but big rice eaters will want that refill. The amount of meat that they give you feels a little less than their big name competitor, but I do feel like they are a bit more flavorful with their sauce. I did like it and would definitely have it again.
I also had their spicy tuna salad, and this is a bit different than other spicy tuna salads that you might have elsewhere. It's definitely more on the salad part. Usually in other places it's mostly tuna, some bread crumbs, and a cursory piece of lettuce. But here there's more lettuce so it feels more like a salad, I don't know if that's a good thing but it's something to note if you plan on getting it. I don't really like all the breadcrumbs they put around it though as it's way too much and doesn't really add anything anymore.
Newly opened Japanese restaurant that has Katsu as their specialty. 😍 You can park in front of the place or drive up to the driveway where there are more parking slots. The place is clean and very roomy. The staff are very friendly, accommodating and very attentive. The food is freshly made. The service tea is very flavorful. Their Katsu sets come with unlimited rice, cabbage, miso soup and fruit, but the one you should look out for is the truffle salt that comes with your set. A little dab of your katsu and the flavor goes up the scale. It was so good, 😀 I didn't bother using the special sauce, so now I can't tell you anything about it, 😅 except that I'll definitely try it out on my next visit. Better yet, you should go there and try it out yourself. 🤔
