While I was running errands near my office, I came across this cafe along Tomas Morato called Black Scoop Cafe. Founded on love for coffee, tea and ice cream, Black Scoop Cafe combines the choicest ingredients, technology and know-how to come up with fresh takes on drinks and desserts.

Tried cheesecake milktea and it was good. No sugar added yet the taste is balanced from the cheesecake and tea. The place is neat and accommodating staffs

I love this one. I love the salty taste combined in chocolate flavor drink for only 120 pesos. The place is nice and relaxing. Although the staffs are a little bit snobbish. Maybe they're just tired or whatever. Anyway, black scoop cafe is okay.
