This a place for traditional Filipino food straight out from your Lola's kitchen. The gintaang sitaw, bistek tiyan ng bangus, and the crispy hito with buro dip were beyond comforting. The tofu sisig was fine. The staff was polite and warm. Will definitely visit soon!

We ordered the bulalo, bangus sisig, and holiday starters- 2 small servings each for bibingka and puto bumbong. We went there hungry, and came out fulfilled. Food were served at their best conditions, warm and deliscious - and the cook/chef surely knows how to capture Filipino/ilocano taste!
Will surely be one of our go-to restaurants! Ambiance is also friendly, and staffs are polite and attentive. ☺️
...service is prime in this restaurant, the staff are very accommodating and have a keen sense of the menu selection. given that the location is an open space inside the mall though, talking to family and friends while feasting can be tricky. the food are exquisite. a feast in one's palate
When it comes to Pinoy food, Mangan is up there with 3 other restos we go to for classic Pinoy comfort food.
Sisig, pakbet, bibingka, halo halo etc are favorites...
We had lunch here today and the service is good. The staff are very attentive. The food is good. Pictured here is our fave street food platter. We always come here for the crispy photo, pork sinigang, sizzling Bulalo, lechon kawali to name a few. The price is right on the budget for a group of eight people.
Our lunch order consisted of kinilaw na puso ng saging, kare-kareng buntot ng baka, crispy pork adobo plus chicarong bulaklak and fish balls as appetizers. Everything was good and tasty. Very nice home-cooked feeling that stirred up good memories of my childhood. Ambiance was nice but a bit loud, maybe because the place was packed then. The service crew were also very attentive. Will definitely visit this place again sometime!

Mangan means "eat" in Kapampangan, and eat we did! We had the pleasure of being served:
The Bulalong Baka with Mais (PHP 425) is boiled soup made with bone-in beef shanks, corn and pechay leaves--the perfect dish to eat after a long day.
The Pork Sisig is made with pig head and liver, seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers. Sisig was first mentioned in a Kapampangan dictionary in the 17th Century meaning "to snack on something sour".
The Laing with Dulong (PHP 190) is made with dried taro leaves, coconut milk, shrimp paste and chili peppers, and dried silverfish.
The Sizzling Chicken (PHP 300) is juicy and rich with flavor from their house blend of spices!
The Kare Kare Seafood (PHP 395) is thick with savory peanut sauce! It is made from a variation base of stewed shrimp, mussel, crab, and shrimp--a much healthier version of the original.
The Bibingka at Puto Bumbong is a seasonal treat served all year round at Mangan! It's made with rice flour, coconut milk, and a purple rice cake which is prepared by steaming ground purple rice mixture inside a bamboo tube--totally tubular!
After feasting on Mangan's finest, we washed it all down with refreshing and delicious Cucumber Lime and Watermelon Coolers.
I can say that this weekend is all about food because earlier today, I was invited to attend the soft re-opening of Mangan Restaurant Robinsons Galleria. If you haven’t heard of Mangan, it is a Pampangan restaurant, related to Cabalen Group of Companies. In Ilocos, Pampanga and Pangasinan, “mangan” means “eat.”
Mangan brings you back to the roots of real good Filipino food! It gives you the old fashioned taste of Filipinos. Very Delicious food! A Tasteful experience, indeed! I honestly think that Mangan has a good base for making delicious Filipino food! I especially like their Tofu Sisig and Crispy Pata. Service is fast and price is affordable
