This a place for traditional Filipino food straight out from your Lola's kitchen. The gintaang sitaw, bistek tiyan ng bangus, and the crispy hito with buro dip were beyond comforting. The tofu sisig was fine. The staff was polite and warm. Will definitely visit soon!

We ordered the bulalo, bangus sisig, and holiday starters- 2 small servings each for bibingka and puto bumbong. We went there hungry, and came out fulfilled. Food were served at their best conditions, warm and deliscious - and the cook/chef surely knows how to capture Filipino/ilocano taste!
Will surely be one of our go-to restaurants! Ambiance is also friendly, and staffs are polite and attentive. ☺️
...service is prime in this restaurant, the staff are very accommodating and have a keen sense of the menu selection. given that the location is an open space inside the mall though, talking to family and friends while feasting can be tricky. the food are exquisite. a feast in one's palate
When it comes to Pinoy food, Mangan is up there with 3 other restos we go to for classic Pinoy comfort food.
Sisig, pakbet, bibingka, halo halo etc are favorites...
We had lunch here today and the service is good. The staff are very attentive. The food is good. Pictured here is our fave street food platter. We always come here for the crispy photo, pork sinigang, sizzling Bulalo, lechon kawali to name a few. The price is right on the budget for a group of eight people.
Our lunch order consisted of kinilaw na puso ng saging, kare-kareng buntot ng baka, crispy pork adobo plus chicarong bulaklak and fish balls as appetizers. Everything was good and tasty. Very nice home-cooked feeling that stirred up good memories of my childhood. Ambiance was nice but a bit loud, maybe because the place was packed then. The service crew were also very attentive. Will definitely visit this place again sometime!

Mangan means "eat" in Kapampangan, and eat we did! We had the pleasure of being served:
The Bulalong Baka with Mais (PHP 425) is boiled soup made with bone-in beef shanks, corn and pechay leaves--the perfect dish to eat after a long day.
The Pork Sisig is made with pig head and liver, seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers. Sisig was first mentioned in a Kapampangan dictionary in the 17th Century meaning "to snack on something sour".
The Laing with Dulong (PHP 190) is made with dried taro leaves, coconut milk, shrimp paste and chili peppers, and dried silverfish.
The Sizzling Chicken (PHP 300) is juicy and rich with flavor from their house blend of spices!
The Kare Kare Seafood (PHP 395) is thick with savory peanut sauce! It is made from a variation base of stewed shrimp, mussel, crab, and shrimp--a much healthier version of the original.
The Bibingka at Puto Bumbong is a seasonal treat served all year round at Mangan! It's made with rice flour, coconut milk, and a purple rice cake which is prepared by steaming ground purple rice mixture inside a bamboo tube--totally tubular!
After feasting on Mangan's finest, we washed it all down with refreshing and delicious Cucumber Lime and Watermelon Coolers.
I can say that this weekend is all about food because earlier today, I was invited to attend the soft re-opening of Mangan Restaurant Robinsons Galleria. If you haven’t heard of Mangan, it is a Pampangan restaurant, related to Cabalen Group of Companies. In Ilocos, Pampanga and Pangasinan, “mangan” means “eat.”
Mangan brings you back to the roots of real good Filipino food! It gives you the old fashioned taste of Filipinos. Very Delicious food! A Tasteful experience, indeed! I honestly think that Mangan has a good base for making delicious Filipino food! I especially like their Tofu Sisig and Crispy Pata. Service is fast and price is affordable
One of the few restaurants left to review in Robinson's Galleria. I've been here 4 times before and I usually recommend it to friends when they ask- what's a good Filipino place?
To start they have a nice ambiance- simple but creatively done for a small space. Their menu follows with not so many choices filled with mostly quality dishes.
On this trip I went for their Ginataang Sigarilyas Php 120. I was eyeing Ampalaya but was craving for something coconut. This dish had a powerful gata taste matched with alamang. It was great combination.
Their best selling fish- Salmon Belly Sinigang. I would've raved about it if it had more 'meat'. For Php 280 it wasn't as sulit. The soup though was sour just right but could use more spice.
I had their Adobo, Kare Kare, Ginataang Sitaw at Kalabasa and I found them well worthy of your Filipino palate.

Been craving lengua for a week now. And the nearest and most convenient place for me to get my beefy tongue fix is Mangan located at Robinsons Galleria. Once again, I had the Lengua with Mushroom for lunch today. The meat is consistently tender, and the mushroom sauce flavorful. I wish this dish were served with a side of root vegetables e.g. carrots, potatoes, zucchini.
Some things never change. The last time I ate here was 2006. We happened to drop by after sunday service and it was close to closing time but the very nice staff was there to accommodate us. As always I love their burong hipon to go along with pinakbet and bistig bangus belly. Drop by and have their crispy hito with buro and mongo soup.
Their menu was similar to Abe restaurant's food line-up.
The experience was just okay because the service was too slow.
We ordered Mely's sisig, paksiw na bangus, bagoong rice and tocino.
I loved their sisig , it's a must try!
everything was good. Wow services.. they are so courteous and accommodating :) wow factor talaga. because the way they serve the food was so funny . they are all smile ")
i love the ambiance and their foods are good also.. ang sarap grabe,,

IT'SN VERRY GOOD TASTING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS..

I just wanna share my experience in mangan :)... I will never forget their food Sampler.. its so affordable and delicious.. and the presentation of it was so good. :)
Mangan serves Filipino food at its finest. The vintage theme makes me feel at home and what I like about Mangan is their "satisfying to the soul" meals.
Mangan Restaurant celebrate it's 14th anniversary and they have their anniversary promo: trip to El Pinoy Batangas, Altaroca Antipolo and overnight stay at Resorts World ! :)
The service crews are pleasant and quick in service. they have good food like kare-kare, Lengua Mushroom, Bulalong Baka w/ Mais. They have a lot of freebies. see you there!!:))
A valuable place to dine with family and friends. They cook traditional Filipino dish at good price. The place is space with appealing interior.
Mangan is a Kapampangan word for eat. And what else do we do in a restaurant but eat! Mangan Restaurant is another brand of Cabalen Restaurant, a Kapampangan term for kababayan (fellow Kampampangan). It is a common knowledge that Kapampangans are good cooks. I've been to Cabalen's eat all you can but it's only my first time at Mangan.
The ambience of the restaurant is very enticing. I love the ceiling and the lights the most. Me and hubby were seated at the corner. I found myself sipping a refreshing glass of gulaman at sago with a painting of the late Jaime Cardinal Sin watching over me.
We opted for Bagoong Rice instead of the usual plain rice. I love their version because the taste is not overwhelming thus making it ideal to pair with any viand. A great food discovery is the Sisig ni Mely. A "must order" when you dine at Mangan Restaurant. The most delicious sisig I've tasted so far. I ordered okoy, a shrimp and papaya fritter. I was surprised by the generous serving. Perfect with a spicy vinegar dipping sauce.
There are other viands on the menu that I wanted to try.. Lengua in Mushroom Sauce, Gatang Tilapia with Mustasa and of course Kare-Kare.

This place has an artistic classic ambiance because if the artsy Pinoy decors that adorns the place..from the framed painted pictures of Pres. Cory, Lea Salonga, Dolphy & an autographed painting of Alvin Patrimonio..for the food we love their seafood platter, sinigang na babi, lagat ampalaya, crispy hito among others..if you're here for meryenda they also have meryenda platters that carry our fave delicacies - puto, kutsinta, sapin-sapin, ginataang mais to name a few...for coolers try their sago't gulaman..their fresh fruit shakes are good as well..☺
Good food and price was reasonable. Quantity was good for sharing. Typical filipino food. Love their puto bumbong and seafood bilao :) plus halo halo and puto!

Great tasting food. Price is surprisingly reasonable and affordable. Waiters are very competent. Excellent service. Mangan will now be my top option whenever i crave for Filipino dishes.
Mangan ( kapampangan food ).. 2nd time to eat here. I love their kare kare -tender ox tail and beef meat sauteed and cooked in creamy peanut sauce, served with bagoong alamang on side. We also ordered Crispy Pata and Bistig Bangus Belly. For this summer they have BEAT THE HEAT fruit cooler range: orange melon juice, triple green mixed and lemon apple juice. Pitcher for 150 or get all 3 flavors in 330ml for 225.
They also have 130 per set available from 2-6pm only. Each set includes okoy, mini bibingka, puto bumbong and iced tea plus with different choices of food.
Must try MANGAN!
