I love the new interior! It's homey and cozy. It's the perfect place for dinner with my friends and family.
I highly recommend the Vietnamese Garlic Spaghetti with Shirmp, Spaghetti with Pesto and Angus Roast Beef Belly. For dessert, my favorite was the Keyline Pie. It was the perfect blend of sweet and tartness.
The service staff was friendly and attentive.
I would definitely go back again to try their other dishes, cakes and coffee.
New Interior was good and they put holy basil for each table. It smells so good we even asked owner where he bought it. And we enjoyed their food it was worth it better than before
On the day I first ate at Brown's Gourmet, the experience was so bad I wanted to eat somewhere else immediately, so I ended up walking to TOSH Cafe, which served excellent cake and wonderfully tender roast beef belly to cheer me up and eliminate all traces of Brown's Gourmet from my mind, body, and soul. I really think, given the pleasant lighting and the delicious food, you get your money's worth here.
First time to dine here and I wasn't disappointed.
We ordered their Vietnamese style slow roasted pork belly with pineapple rice, pesto pasta with chicken, and a fudge brownie.
We enjoyed everything. The meats were cooked perfectly. My companion specifically loved the pineapple rice. Meanwhile, I have a major sweet tooth so I really loved the brownie—so chocolate-y and moist.
They have free WiFi and the ambience is cozy and inviting. Also, plus points for the pretty and spotless restroom.
Would I come back? Definitely! 😊
P.S. This branch is by the road. They have a limited number of parking slots.
Dining at Tosh Cafe in Katipunan feels like you're dining in a hip library. I enjoyed the ambience as I went there to finish my book. Outlets were available for gadgets, music was loud enough for conversations to be still heard. I ordered one of their all day breakfast - spinach omelette... Enjoyed it though the serving was wanting. I enjoyed the salted mocha on ice 😁 and their choc mouse had just the right sweetness. Prices may be a little steep given their servings but I would definitely go back to taste their pastas.
TOSH is Italian comfort food at a very affordable price. The variety of dishes in their menu is just right. Servings are also generous. Ambience is great! Well-lit, layout not too crowded, plugs everywhere for laptops, big clean restroom. Service is also very efficient. Everyone who works here seems nice.
Fail-safe orders: 4 cheese or margherita pizza, pomodoro, carbonara, pesto with chicken, angus roast beef belly and bacon (from the breakfast menu) + flat white. Yum.
We actually eat at the ayala feliz branch (which is not here is zomato). Food was great, service was very nice and price wise okay. We love the food we ordered except for the garlic pasta (food was swimming in grease/oil) but the croquettes are the best 😘😘.
Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken with Salsa Verde and Mashed Potato: 4/5 - I ordered this because I wanted something not too filling. The chicken and mashed potato tasted good, there was enough seasoning in them. Even the Salsa Verde was pretty ok. The salad was a bit underwhelming, though. I expected a “happier” version of the salad on the side.
But will definitely be back to try their other pasta dishes.

It's our first time here. Although the place wasn't that big, the ambiance doesn't give a cramped feeling. We came here for breakfast and chose Organic Bacon, Egg and Garlic Rice for me and Homemade Bangus Sardine, Egg and Rice for my wife. We specified that the egg should be over hard and they complied with our request. My wife enjoyed her breakfast saying that the sardines tasted delicious and didn't have the fishy taste. On the other hand, my bacon, although very crispy, did not have the saltiness that I had expected. All in all it was a delightful experience, the service being efficient. The reason for the less than perfect rating was that they have parking space for only two cars.
By the way, TOSH stands for The Old Spaghetti House. Does that mean their most popular item in the menu is TOSH bread? Just trying to be punny. :)
it’s been a while (years!) since i visited a tosh cafe. their name then was the old spaghetti house. surprised about the make over — the look, the brand, the menu. i loved the pancake! the cakes were good. and the pasta is still superb. looks like i will return and visit more tosh cafe than before. kudos!
You can really tell the improvement of The Old Spaghetti House dishes in the all new TOSH Cafe. I love the plating, the flavor, and the ambience of the place. Also great for students for studying. I love their new dishes, which you won’t find in other restaurants. Their coffee is perfect for a sleepy and lazy afternoon in Katipunan. Service is also great. Great job.
Great food. Try their vietnamese pasta with shrimp! Great service. The staff were friendly. Serving size could be improved. They also accommodated us despite our number. Since the place is newly renovated, the facilities are all new and clean. Lunch date here would be ideal.
