Clan Maison Cafe Manila

The family and I had this unspoken agreement of trying out restaurants we've never been to before whenver there's an occasion (birthdays, parents' wedding anniversary, etc). So for my birthday last week, I chose for us to go here.

Ambiance: 4
- The resto was small, cozy, quaint, and quiet. Cons is that it's small enough to distract you, because while we were waiting for our food there was a group who came in who were so noisy and loud it became a bit annoying. 😑

Service: 5
- Servers were all smiles, quick to provide whatever you need, and are very polite (wish we have had their names to properly thank them, though, they did not have name tags on their uniform). 😊

Food: 5
- We ordered fried chicken, baby back ribs, half-pound burger, and the mushroom pizza. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOOODD! Especially the pizza! The mushroom, chicken, sauce, and cheese complemented each other so well it made this one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. 😍
The ribs was easy to eat, it was so tender, as in fall-of-the-bone, no-need-for-knives kind of tender, and it has the right amount of sweetness and tanginess. My parents and my brother commented that the burger and fried chicken were good as well.

My family enjoyed everything (except the other guests' noise 😝) so there is a huge chance of us going back here. 😁
