This is an open place near the food court, it may not be a closed restaurant but the food is great for its price. Currently, the best ramen that I had.
If you need a quick fix about your Japanese craving for an affordable price, you'll surely love Ukokkei Japan by Menzo in SM Megamall! Their flavors will definitely hit the spot for your Ramen cravings 👍🏼
Great tasting ramen for it's price, one of my to go restaurants when craving for ramen. Price is worth it for the quality. They occupy a small space only so most if not all of their seats are outside the store so its not really a great place for intimate dinner dates.
Great budget ramen as long as you manage your expectations regarding taste and service. Regular ramen costs P400 or more so when you see a P250 ramen, please do not assume its quality will be the same as the authentic ramen.
This tsukemen was prepared the way it is supposed to be. Broth was rich, noodles were firm and cold, and the pork was tender. Perfect in my standards.
Food was great! For that price, very satisfied! Staff was very attentive din. Must try!
This place has been in my bookmarks for too long. I have finally tried eating here and I visited more than once already.
In general, the ramen has thick and flavorful broth, the noodles became soggy after a while, some of the ramen served were not piping hot.
Pork Special Ramen is more expensive and it has a very thick 2 slabs of melts-in-your-mouth chashu, good to try even once.
Gyoza is small and it has more vegetables than pork inside.
The karaage that was served to me is made from chicken breast which made it dry and unflavorful.
My favorite quick ramen fix in megamall. Been dining here a lot of times for my ramen cravings. Staff is nice and attentive. I usually order their spicy Aka ramen. Love it.
Igo to this place at least once a month!!! OMG. Serving size smaller compared to Nagi.. but still.. its cheaper hahahaha. I like it here the price. Location staff all goooood.
1st time to dine here. Okay naman yung place, hindi crowded and no long wait time to be served. I ordered special shiro chashu ramen. Yun yung classic ramen nila na pork and salt based yung broth. Masarap naman sya para sa price nya. Rich yung broth, firm yung noodles. I would prefer it to be thinner. 😅
Apart from ramen, we ordered tori karaage. Panalo lasa nya for me.
My sister naman ordered gyudon. Average. Parang level ng beef rice bowl ng yoshinoya.
Will i come back? Yes, willing pa naman ako bumalik to try their other dishes. Madami pa sila ibang ramen at rice meals. 😂
Been here mutiple times, always loved their Kuro ramens and their green salad. One thing that saddened me though is that they used to have Earl Grey Tea on their menu, now it has been replaced with green tea.
It’s easy for me to give a 5 star rating if I really enjoyed the food which I did here in Ukokkei. I’m a big fan of spicy food so my order is Aka Chasu Ramen. What I love about it is the meat is soft/tender. It’s easy to bite. I also love adding more chili oil to the already flavorful broth. I’ve been here twice and will definitely go back for the ramen. I also love their iced tea! The noodles is just right for me, not too soft nor hard. One of the places I would always want to go to when I’m craving for ramen.
