Love the roast duck ,together with the pork with crispy skin
nice place and the food is great as well. the crews are attending each customers need and are always there to check on customers. food is good as well specially the roasted pork. we love our dining here and we would live to come back again. food will be enjoyed by all ages as the food is cooked very well.
I ordered the roast duck combo rice where I got to choose another protein to pair it with, so I opted for crispy pork. I find the duck well-cooked and delicious, but I'm just not a fan of the said bird. Not because it's gamey, but because it's so bony! I just thought that I'll try Kam's roasted duck for a change, but I still disappointed myself for not having a change of heart. Anyway, I really like the crispy pork. Aside from it being tasty, the meat is very tender and the skin is crispy. I'll order this next time.😊 The waitress suggested that I pair the dish I ordered with their homemade barley. Even if I didn't have a good experience with barley, I trusted the waitress's recommendation and gave it a try. Thank goodness, I did! It's really refreshing and delicious and it doesn't taste like grass or plant.😁

Got really curious about this Michelin Star so I dined and wasn't disappointed for their duck (don't normally eat) was really good with the plum sauce and duck gravy 🤤😍 plus the Crispy Pork was a hit, really crispy and very tasty, Marinated Cucumber is a must try. Staff are very nice and friendly, they're sensitive to guests' needs they initiate what you need just before you tell them so. 👏👏👏Will definitely come back..
Really liked the Jellyfish, it was tender and good flavor. The Toro Asado was tender and tasty. We prefer this one vs the leaner version bec it has more flavor and more tender. The roasted duck noodles had too many bone fragments, you have to be careful when eating it. They should take extra care when chopping the duck.
I will make this short and sweet, this is perhaps the best roasted duck I’ve tasted this side of the world. The crispy skin wraps the sinful subcutaneous fat which then swaddles the juicy duck meat and packs it in one blissful bite. I need to go back . . . Now
We had Kam’s in HK and did enjoy it. We knew there wouldn’t be goose here (as they find a good supplier, I understand) so it took us a while to try it. But finally did.
We had suckling pig, jellyfish, and cucumber (a dish we liked in HK). And we were pleased with everything. Cucumber crisp and flavorful. But that suckling pig was very good. Light, not greasy. And perfectly perfectly crisp.
Will come back for that.

Must try for me would be the pork char siu, either with rice or noodles. And their lechon macau - perfect with the mustard sauce! Too bad I wasn’t able to take a photo of it.
Their soy chicken and roast duck was also good. Best dipping sauce would be sweet and sour for me. Breaks the saltiness of the meat.
Thinking about it now makes me hungry again!
