I recommend the barbecue chicken (spicy) and budae chigae. The servings are huge. We only spent 300 pesos per person and we still had some left for takeout. The owner was very welcoming, he even gave us a free Coke.

Highly recommended to barkada/group of KPop fans. I felt like I was in one of those Kdramas street food scene :)
Will be back again soon.
1. Very affordable
2. Serving time around 7mins
3. Free appetizers
4. Friendly crew and hosts (ajuma and ahjussi watching kdrama together)
5. Accepts cash or card ;)

This will always be my go to Korean restaurant in Makati. It has a very hole in the way vibe which makes it even more exciting and makes the place feel more authentic. The owners are Korean and are there to take your order, teach you a thing or two about the dish and make sure you are enjoying your food.

My favorite dish that I always order is their sweet and spicy fried chicken. It beats Bonchon and any other Korean fried chicken I've tried. Their appetizers are also delish especially the sweetened peanuts!

This is so far the only restaurant I have ever been to where you have to pass through the kitchen before you're able to get inside the dining area. Authentic Korean food fare which are reasonably priced. Foods are huge and good for sharing too. The only problem I think is parking. They have very limited parking space.

Legit and delicious korean food for an affordable price. Best for sharing since they provide generous servings. Banchan (side dishes) are yummy as well. This will be a top choice for my korean cravings. Keep it up!

I didn't really dig Korean dishes until last year when I first tried Top Dish. My officemate was raving about this authentic Korean near Burgos and I reluctantly joined him. The place wasn't fancy. It looked like a regular 2-storey house with the first floor converted into a small resto. You'd be reminded of the "karinderyas" in Korean TV shows. But it was cozy, clean, and best of all the owner is accommodating. I especially like their Yangnyoum Chicken and Jeayuk Bogum. You can tell its authentic by how Koreans frequent this place. Will keep coming back. BTW, they're open from 4pm-3am.

Tteokbokki is one of fave dishes here in Top Dish. Not too spicy (although I want it really spicy like the ones in Korea), and not too sweet. Their Ban Chan (side dishes) are also good. Just right for the Filipino palate. The ambiance is also great and restaurant is easy to locate.

One of the first restaurants we went to after our trip to SK, precisely because they're the only ones close enough that serves tteokbokki, one of the most unforgettable street food we had. Although sweeter than its Korean counterpart, it still reminded us of the fun and endless walks we had in Seoul. Definitely a hidden Korean gem within Makati's red light district; if cravings hit you on a K-Drama marathon, Top Dish won't disappoint.
Up: authentic Korean food; even the ambiance is authentic since lots of Koreans frequent the place (as the owners themselves are Koreans, I think)
Down: a bit pricy, but is to be expected since ingredients are mostly imported.
