Shakey’s

Went here for lunch with my team, where we ordered their bunch of lunch combo and the angus burger pizza.

Bunch of lunch- this came with soup, salad, chicken, 2 slices of hawaiian pizza and spaghetti. You can choose the part of chicken you like, they were very accommodating. The soup was also quite impressive with varying textures and flavors.

Angus Burger Pizza- i like angus beef burgers and pizza but the combination didnt work for me. The burger tasted like the meat pieces in the shakeys special.

Overall it was a nice experience and will be back.

We like to frequent Shakey's in BGC Stopover since it's just a block away from where we live. From the time that we were young, they have certainly come a long way, especially when it comes to innovative flavors!

On one of our visits, we agreed not to get our usual chicken and mojos. So we had their latest flavor, the Cali Kani Pizza! It's definitely something that people should try. It basically has California Maki ingredients on a pizza crust. Everyone that I know who had a bite (including me), came back for seconds because of its odd, intriguing, yet flavorful taste. The fruity sweetness of the peaches and the salty flavors of kani, roe, and nori, were surprisingly a great combination.

Another unexpected treat was the Cheesy Chick´N! It has Quorn™ Chicken Pieces, some bell peppers, cheddar cheese, drizzled with cheese sauce. Quorn™ is basically faux chicken meat created from Mycoprotein. It’s a healthy meat-free source of protein and fiber, low in saturated fats, and zero cholesterol. Before checking out what Quorn™ was, I wouldn’t be able to tell that it wasn’t really chicken. It’s really good to know that Shakey’s has a healthier pizza option that’s quite appetizing!

Also, if you like old-fashioned milkshakes try the Chocolate and Strawberry Super Shakes to pair with your hearty meal! 

As for the service, the staff in BGC Stopover were delightful. Unlike other pizza places, Shakey’s had seemed to realize the critical importance of customer service. We've tried some of their other branches, like the one in Lagro QC, and Buting in Pasig. The consistency of good service is noteworthy. Definitely a big plus for a fast food chain!

5 minute walk from my office so location is a plus, staff are accommodating, store is neat and no hassle waiting for your order because it's just gonna take them a few minutes to serve it regardless of the number of people dining. Mojos, Hawaiian pizza, Manager's choice and Root beer are my personal faves. Spent approximately 1200.00 for 3 persons.

Shakey's! Famous for their thin crust pizza!

During my visit to this specific branch, my friend was craving for their normal crust pizza. I couldn't quite wrap my head around the idea of Shakey's having any other kind of crust aside from their thin crust.

Apparently, they do have a hand-tossed crust! Hahahaha! It was alright. I still prefer their thin crust pizza. Of course, their mojos are absolutely awesome.

The place can quickly get full, especially during lunch time, since there are many offices in the area.

Service was fast. They also accommodated our request to turn down the music a bit since we were eating a meeting.
