My top 2 brown sugar milk tea! The taste of milk and tea balances well, you can also taste the brown sugar in the boba and it’s chewy.

Tried the following:

1. Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea with Cheese Brulee

2. Brown Sugar Dark Chocolate Pearl Milktea

3. Sea Salt Caramel Milk Tea Latte With Pearl

4. Purple Yam with Custard Pudding and Pearl

The Alley has the best Brown Sugar Milk tea series among all the milktea in BGC. It's creamy, milky and super tasty. My fave is Brown Sugar Pearl Milk Tea with Cheese Brulee. Will try their Fruit tea in the next days :)

Ordered Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cheese Brulee for P120.00 (medium sized with pearls). It was sweet, milky, and creamy. I was satisfied with my order. The pearls were sweet as well. Definitely will try other flavors too. Servers were easy to assist customers.

IMO, Brown Sugar Boba Milk with Cheese Brulee = Best. Milk. Tea. Ever. This is like a cross between Tiger Sugar's Brown Sugar Boba series and Macao Imperial's Cheesecake and Pearl Milk Tea. Couldn't stop drooling over this the night when I first tried it so I had to buy another one the next day right away... yes, it's THAT good.

Tried the brown sugar boba milk tea at "Alishan at the alley". I suggest to order it with zero or less sugar because the boba itself is sweet already. I like the milk tea taste and the boba is cooked just right. The place is like a side street booth only. Will try the other drinks soon like the cheese milktea and fruit tea

The brown sugar milk tea with cream is super yummy! It’s super sweet though compared to other brown sugar milk tea (brands). They transact fast as well compared to other milk tea stores

Not a fan of brown sugar milk tea but glad I did get out of my comfort zone this time. Tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Cheese Brûlée and boyyyy we loved it. I don’t always crave for milk tea but I think this is “the one”. Excited to try their other products.

By far THE BEST brown sugar milk drink I have ever had. No need to worry about sugar level as they don't ask it anymore because the already have the right measurements. Pearls are also well cooked and soft. Very tasty and creamy, worth the wait.

One of the best milk tea shops when looking for Brown Sugar Milk/Tea in Manila as of the moment.

Location is in the middle of BGC which is very accessible. The shade could be improved though.
