“Grand” could be an understatement in describing our stay at The Grand Hyatt. A great addition to the world class ambiance is the excellent customer centric service of the entire staff! You could feel the genuine desire for them to make your stay feel at home -- from the casual conversations to going the extra mile to fulfill your every requests. Truly a stay-cation worth your time.

Its like love at first sight �️The moment I stepped in, I knew I found the right place for me. We love hanging out in the lounge with their best desserts and singers. The service is impeccable. Kudos also to Chester for a superb dining experience in 8 China House. Food is highly recommended. Grand Hyatt is the place to be!
