It will help to have more knowledgeable staff. Especially on their menu selections. The placed is not that packed so there should be time for that. Please also enhance the taste of your ramen. Japanese ramen is famous for it's rich taste.
Nice place and great staff..
Serving a little small for the price, taste is 2points, 1 point for presentation, gave additional point for the ambiance and crew.
I am so happy to know that this cafe is pet-friendly. We’ve dined to dozens of restos in BGC and Makati. Our biggest struggle is to find one with outdoor seating so we can bring Ollie, our 3-month old Shih tzu. Guess what, they don’t have but they let our baby dog come in. Not only that, the guy from the counter welcomed us and even carried our dog in his arms like it is his own pet. He even walked him for a while! Food is great. There’s a vegan option. Prices are affordable. We and Ollie are definitely going back!
Matcha Heaven Indeed! The rice bowls were good it's just that the desserts is a stand out. FYI, I love matcha. That matcha fantasy is definitely a fantasy came true! The creamy layer of goodness topped with that earthy matcha powder. Everything just complements.
The matcha cheesecake was also good. The mango sago as well; creamy and the mango is perfectly ripe.

i nominate @nomicafe as the matcha place for you! tbh, me not bowling over this earthy flavour of sunog na dahon, but this place is promising, boasts of purpose and tasty food that ‘matcha’ just change my mind.
verdict?! dati i say a ‘matic NO when matcha is offered to me. now that i’ve tasted what NOMI has to offer, im like “ok let’s try it”. yes, andoon pa din un lingering earthiness of nature in the matcha 😹 but if your chefs know what complements it, then wala na tayong pag-uusapan, hehe.
my faves were the dessert, yet the chicken peato bowl was my favored mains. the pesto was packed w/ flavor and the chicken breasts strips were tender. it may look like it may not fill you but the jap rice will make sure it does.
the mango sago, omFg! they didnt use coconut milk, rather condensed milk. sweet and creamy great amidst the tangy magoes and the consistency of the sago was good too! their matcha cheesecake was less of the matchness then the red bean whipped cream added a daintyly delish complement to that cake. yum!
With all the stress this fast-paced world that we live in nowadays it’s easy for us to veer towards a sedentary lifestyle. One would rather laze around than do physical activity or choose eating food that give us comfort rather than proper nutrition. Stress eating? Tell me about it! I know that thing all too well! As much as I want to counter or address what’s causing me stress, I love food way too much haha! I’d rather me looking for healthy food that are still tasty.

Nomi's ambiance is so cozy! One of the best interior I've seen around BGC. I love their menu, there's a lot of healthy choices. I ordered Chicken Tonkatsu salad, superb!!!
It’s my second time visiting the restaurant. First visit, we only had the matcha fantasy and two latte drinks. Second visit, we had the Oyakodon, Chicken Yum Yum Karaage, Berry Power Up, Mango Madness, Mango Matcha Miracle, Pork Katsu Curry and Katsudon (last two are not in the picture). All have been satisfactory and presentation wise, I would give 5 stars. The aesthetic of the cafe is also quite pleasant.

Being a foodie, I find that when given a choice between what is flavorful and what is healthy, I would usually go for flavor. For me, eating is not just something I do to nourish my body; it is also something I do to calm my mind, soothe my soul or warm my heart.
The thing is: sometimes, there doesn’t have to be a line between flavor and health.
At Nomi Cafe, for instance, Japanese food are prepared using fresh produce and premium ingredients to present diners with a meal that whets their appetite while helping them keep themselves healthy.
Went mid afternoon and had the Salmon Aburi for a snack. Light serving but tasty. Probably need to order a couple of dishes if going for a meal. Attentive servers.
