The Smoked Salmon Benedict was superb! hollandaise sauce was just right and balance, I love also the combination of the Buffalo Mac and Cheese, the tangy flavor of the buffalo chicken was perfectly match with the rich flavor of the cheese. Ohhh almost forgot their Asian Chicken which I can describe as a “Grandma Recipe”, Service was good the servers are very attentive and all I can say We had a Great Dinning Experience, Will recommend this Place!

Love everything we ate! Came here today on a Sunday morning, we were the first people to arrived. Service is very nice and fast. There's also a provided alcohol in every table.
Norweigan Salad - Looks and taste good. I love the salmon in this salad.
Trash Can Nachos - I love this so much! It does look like trash but its all the flavors! the nachos are very tasty on its own.
Bacon Carbonara - very creamy and still warm, it has egg, which is my first time having a carbonara with egg.
Angus Salisbury Steak - Very saucy which I love and beef is well cooked. Would love to have this with rice though my bf change it to mixed veggies since he is on a diet. ;P
Tiramisu Pancake - Sadly desserts are not yet available so we ordered pancakes instead. I'm really full at this point but the pancake tiramisu looks really good and yummy. Its so fluffy and thick very filling!
Ambiance - Great ambiance, very IG worthy, it was still early and we were the first customer. Overall, I really loved my visit here and would love to comeback to try their other dishes!

My partner and I tried Flossom for our weekly brunch and we're quite satisfied with what they have delivered. We ordered brocoli cheddar soup, truffle lechon, and big benedict. The fare was filling and nicely presented.
Taste-wise, the food lacks depth of flavor. The soup is bland but has a nice consistency. It paired well when I tried to dip the complimentary breadstick, but when it ran out, it didn't have that much flavor.
Truffle Lechon tastes good, but the highlight of this dish is the lechon, not the pasta. Lechon is light, not too greasy, but crispy.
My partner enjoyed the big benedict. The sides tasted good. Herbed potato wedges are baked well, and the tomatoes are sweet and juicy. Serving size is ample. Food is delivered hot and on time.
Overall, four stars. Everything is great, but they also need to focus on making their food taste-memorable. Will come back the next time.
We ordered the Flossom Breakfast Tapa and Steak and eggs.
Tapa was a bit sweet while the Steak and eggs were sakts Lang but we got really full with our orders. Both meals also comes with a hot choco (which I really liked!) or coffee. Ambiance is really nice and relaxing, the playlist was soothing and the interiors make you feel like you’re in a garden! We’ll come back for the Molten Lava Cake soon! 🌸

What felt like a garden in the middle of the City. Flossom Cafe gives a whole meaning to the titas of manila venue. Try their nachos and spicy shrimp pasta it wont dissapoint i promise. Perfect for an afternoon get together.
It's located in a quite secluded area in San Juan, where roads are narrow and some areas are uphill. There are a few parking spaces available; otherwise you get to park in the street if it's full (hence, 4 stars). The ambience gives a rustic, homey feel. Food is good. Liked the Ultimate English Breakfast & the Trash Can Nachos (shared with my aunt & cousin), as well as the Ube Champorado. Staff were accommodating & nice too. Will come back here when I'm around San Juan.

Excerpt: The Angus Salisbury skillet had a quarter pound Angus patty, mushrooms, gravy and a sunny side up egg. The patty was cooked perfectly and, we liked it in the skillet because it gained a thin crispy bottom. The gravy was savory and not bland, which made eating the dish a happy experience.
The baked meatloaf was described, in their menu, as an embutido with béchamel and mozzarella. The embutido was surprisingly juicy and the sauce plus cheese made us forget to ask for ketchup. The flavors complemented each other very well.
The molten lava cake had a molten chocolate soufflé, dark chocolate ganache and vanilla ice cream on top. Preparing a dessert with these items to achieve a delicious result may seem automatic but for this dessert to be really good, the sweetness has to be balanced. Good thing they prepared this dish wonderfully. It was, as what Thanos would say, perfectly balanced.

Went here with friends last month, would definitely come back!! Their food was well-plated and tasted just as good as it looked. Service was very pleasant and the design of the place was very comfortable. Serving sizes were pretty large too! We were pretty much full after finishing the nachos. Sadly, that meant we had to cut our food trip short as we were just too full to order more. We managed to order from their breakfast and desserts.
As my friend said: "Nachos aren't supposed to taste this good." And it's true! The trash can nachos are truly delightful and unexpectedly delicious!
I shared their Strawberry Cream Pancakes with a friend and we both ended up very full afterwards. The pancakes were very fluffy and the strawberries were perfectly sweet and tart.
Boyfriend ordered the Corned Beef Hash and according to him it was very filling.
Our other friend ordered the Smoked Salmon Benedict (no pics unfortunately). The plating was very pretty and the food itself was exquisite.
Lastly, we ordered the Molten Lava Cake. Initially, I thought it was a little overpriced for such a small cake, but when I tasted it, I was able to forgive the price tag a little bit. It was so rich! And the vanilla ice cream on top was no exception. Since we were already full from our initial meals, it took us a while to finish such a tiny cake. The denseness was no joke! And the molten center sealed the deal.
Overall, we loved everything and we had a very pleasant experience here. We will definitely come back.

We ordered Fluffy Cream Pancake (Tiramisu Cream), Chicken Thin Crust Pizza, Norwegian Salad and Tomato Crab Bisque. First of all, I totally love the place because it’s really instagram worthy, well even the menus!!! Hoping they could also have a branch in South (hopefully in Alabang!)
Their food is great. We had breakfast here once and me and my mom ordered ribeye steak. Lol the funny thing is their breakfast ribeye steak is half a serving i guess so my mom got the upper part and i got the lower part😢. Maybe they can cut it differently next time..

Ate here for lunch, reserving a table was easy and highly advisable especially during lunch rush because people around the area tend to flock it and the place only has a limited amount of tables.
In terms of food, we ordered the:
Ube champarado 6/10: looked IG worthy but it was missing the ube flavor and sweetness usually associated with a champarado plus the fact that the tuyo kinda over-powered the whole dish.
Chicken tender bites:7/10, good, same taste as your typical buffalo wings but minus the bones
Cheeseburger Bolognese:6/10: spaghetti with an American cheese on top.
Truffle lechon pasta:7/10: truffle pasta was good as expected, although the lechon kawali was crispy it lacked seasoning.
Molten lava Burger 6/10: although it was fun to watch the pouring of the cheese and the added flavour it brought, the burger patty itself lacked seasoning and was a bit crumbly to my liking. The bun and chips we're good, it is just the patty was a bit of a deal breaker for me.
Tiramisu 9/10: So far, one of the best in the metro because of its strong coffee taste and overall taste.
Mango creme brulee cake:9/10: not so sweet and a homey taste, surprising.
Overall: food wasnt bad but it wasn't great also but they are consistent except for the desserts which where top notch and great. The whole place was very relaxing and it really makes you want to enjoy your meal.

Flossom welcomes you with peace and light, but leaves you with a heavy satisfying feeling.
The ceiling is filled with plastic leaves that makes it seem like you are having lunch in an enchanted Forest, with the natural light peeking though the sun roof.
Upon the recommendation, we got the mushroom truffle risotto, Mac and cheese buffalo chicken, and buffalo chicken.
The Mac and Cheese immediately hits you with that Blue cheese sauce which really adds life to an otherwise very heavy Mac and cheese. The chicken adds a tang to the whole dish. To avoid the food coma, the macaroni shells weren't too big.
We were mistaken in ordering the buffalo chicken bites because apparently, they were the same topping on the Mac and cheese. The presentation wasn't as beautiful as the other dishes, which made it feel lackluster. So, we were a bit disappointed.
Finally, the risotto was comfort in a bowl. The truffle oil is not too distinct that it would smell of gasoline. There were an array of mushroom, and the cheese binds it all together.
We ordered a bit too much carbs that left us with heavy stomachs, but the taste of the risotto and pasta lingers on our mouths.

TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT. Because it is just too good, you would crave for more! By far one of the new and best Cafes around town. Flossom offers unique and fusion cuisines that varies from traditional Filipino to Italian comfort food. One thing noticeable to Flossoms food is their Blue Pea Flower which gives a touch of their identity
Their Tiramisu is to die for! With just the right bitterness of the coffee, the soft lady fingers, and the sweetness of its mascarpone, gives it a balanced flavour! While their Ube Champorado is a must try because of its unique ube flavour, fused with a light amount of cocoa and macapuno, makes everything go well together. Their 4 Cheese Pizza and Carbonara is also a must try. Not too salty, just the right taste, of course Parmesan cheese is provided if you want more flavour into it!
The staff are incredibly friendly, courteous, and very much attentive! If they see your glass of water is no longer full, they will refill it immediately. The place is well lit, clean, and calming. Best Cafe to do your quick and casual meetings, perhaps intimate dates as well.

The vibe of the place is nice and there’s a lot of items in the menu to choose from. The finishing touch of flowers in the meal was also lovely.
POINTS FOR IMPROVEMENT:
1) The bechamel sauce on my Benedict had WAY too much butter and the marbled potatoes were too hard, literally like eating marbles.
2) Food is already somewhat pricey, so my friend and I decided against getting dessert and additional dishes.
3) We were seated in the corner near the extension area and it was kind of dark. Couldn’t even take a decent pic of our food. Place should add better lighting.
Tip: The place fills up fast during weekend rush shifts so better to come a little earlier to ensure getting a table.
The perfect restaurant for milennials and titas alike! My friends and I came 11am on a Sunday and the place was packed. Good thing we had a reservation. Best to get here by Grabcar or have your driver drop you off as the place is packed but the parking is very limited (like 5 cars can park without double parking?). The place is packed for good reason. They serve good food that look instagrammable and the place itself looks great in photos, which I think is the winning formula of a successful restaurant in this day and age. I ordered the Buffallo Mac and Cheese as my main meal and I wasn't disappointed. Be prepared to shell out upwards of 600 per person (main dish+ 1 hot or cold beverage+ dessert for sharing). Will definitely be back.
This place looks really pretty with flowers everywhere. The food is tastes great that my boyfriend even wanted to buy their homemade jam. Our favorite is the bread with brie and fig jam. Simple but we were surprised they served us the whole brie!
Service crew were accommodating and attentive. Wifi is fast. You can definitely work here. I'd suggest to bring earphones because it gets crowded by lunch time. Parking is sparse - the only thing bad about this place.

Came here for dinner on a Sunday night but was still pretty full from merienda, so I wasn't able to order that much. Sunday evening saw the place pretty packed, so service can get a little slow, but the staff are still very polite.
I do recommend their Ube Champorado (pictured) but don't use as much milk as I did! It was much better without. Their Banana Bread Bites (pictured) is gorgeous as a dish but I didn't like it as much--too crumbly and I was a bit confused as to whether it was supposed to be sosyal turon or fried banana bread. I enjoyed their Custard Fritters (pictured arranged in a square) much better. If you want to be a responsible drinker, they sell mini bottles of wine that can serve two without pushing you past buzzed to tipsy. (I got the Pinot, pictured.)
My friend also ordered an Autumn Salad and an iced tea, but she considered them "just okay." I notice that the dishes we didn't enjoy so much were not "Recommended" by the Chef, so stick with the dishes preceded by a chef's hat and you'll have a much better time here.
I brought a few friends for breakfast one day and it was such a wonderful experience - good food, pleasant service and great atmosphere. We decided to return for lunch a couple of days after. The service was consistently attentive, the food was still good and we enjoyed it. My friends returned the next day for coffee and dessert. I am planning to come back very soon for lunch. I wish there more restaurants run like Flossom.
We dined here last Valentines Day. Without a reservation lol because I like living on the edge . It was just a last minute thing, but oh boy was I not disappointed. It's kinda hard to find tho, and we almost passed by it since it's not on the main road. But the interior and the food more than makes up for it. It was so beautiful! Especially the walls and the upside down garden ceiling. So cool! I ordered the Vegetable Pesto Pasta Salad and the Ube Macapuno Mousse for dessert. The pesto pasta salad was amazing. It was so fresh, and it was so filling. I would love to come back and try their best sellers next time.
My friends and I loved the ambience, very clean and fresh. The food is amazing! I love the Crab Alfredo, very filling and the flavors are just right. I would also recommend the avocado toast!
The food was tasty and big enough, but what I liked the most here were the servers. They were helpful, attentive and friendly. Our server turned the menu rightside up when he took our photos and told the other server to move so he wouldn't be included in the pic. Also, they give a free slice of cake to birthday celebrants. They wont embarrass you with the singing and they'll greet you again by the door before you leave. So sweet.
The place is super pretty! Their cheesy chicken volcano was good. However, the custard fritters was just so-so for me. The service was slow since the place was packed and there were only 2 servers when we were there. It took about 20-30 mins for our food to arrive and another 30 minutes for the dessert. Overall, the place is worth visiting but it would be nicer if they add more waiters.

Do not reserve via facebook because they tend to forget. Went there and found out that our schedule was not endorsed to the waiters. In general the food was great. We ordered lava fries, burger pasta and fried pork belly. The fried pork belly was quite disappointing, i ate the pork belly without the sauce (just to taste if its good) , apparently it was bland. Also the portioning of the pork is not at par with the price. Dessert was ube cake and iced coffee, so good! Service was also good.

Definitely one of our favorite restaurants. We love how small and intimate the place is, which is probably why food, ambiance and service is always great. Food is definitely worth its price. We love the Trash Can Nachos, Molten Lava Burger, Crispy Pork Belly, Porchetta Italiana and Spicy Shrimp Pasta. Its really nice to visit during the day, as its well lit with the outdoor sunlight. Try their Coco Caramel Latte as well if u like your coffee sweet and rich.

What do you do when you have some free space in your compound? Why open a restaurant of course! Flossom Kitchen & owners started this beautiful venture exactly on November 17, 2017. A year later they have garnered a following due to delicious food and the venue’s beautiful and whimsical interiors.
I've been here thrice. You can park in front of the place. Can accommodate around 4 or 5 cars. You can park on the street but it's a little narrow. There is a driveway on the side with a salon but I never tried that, because there were more stairs to climb and my mom doesn't like stairs because of her knees. I always try to arrive early to avoid the crowd and there is literally a crowd, but there are a lot of tables. Wait staff are friendly, accommodating and attentive, but stretched thin when the tables are filled. At a time, there will be 2 or 3 people waiting on tables so you really need to catch their attention if you need something. Food is nice and the kitchen churns them out pretty fast, but again you need to wait if there are many customers to serve. Everything was ok but the Sans Rival was not crisp anymore. I could tell as it was coming because of how the Sans Rival was tilting. When we cut into it, it just flattened, but still it tasted good though 🤗

Forced (yes forced guys) the boyfriend to go to Flossom with me instead of a regular coffee shop. I’ve always wanted to go because of their interesting interiors.
True enough, the interiors bring out the personality of the place. It’s modern and stylish but still very relaxing.
We shared an order of Creme Bruleé which I found really milky sweet. The taste profile has a big resemblance to our usual leche flan but less caramel flavor strength. I didn’t enjoy the slices of sugar on top because it was suuuper sweet. I also got an order of Iced Hazelnut Latte to go with it. First sip and you’ll immediately taste the hazelnut flavor which made it really sweet. I have high tolerance for sweetness in my coffee so this was okay for me.

Another day in Flossom. This place is one of my go-to places whenever I feel like working outside on weekends. I like how the place is so quiet during siesta hours. My work gets done just before the place gets packed with people for dinner. I always try to get the orange couch for my area because I like its homey and nature vibe.
During this particular visit, I was super hungry because I haven’t eaten lunch yet so I got something really filling. I ordered a Truffle Egg Croissant. The server said the croissant wasn’t available so they asked if I want it served on white bread or wheat bread. I chose the latter. The truffle egg “croissant” was good. It had the same creaminess as the regular egg salad but its more flavor is a notch higher because of the truffle oil. The truffle egg salad’s mixture was definitely a notch higher than any other egg salad sandwich. I also found it heavy, literally. Because of its density, the mixture made the bread a lot softer and hard to hold. If only they toasted the bread or used a “harder” bread, this would be avoided.
I learned of this place thru people’s instagram post. The place was difficult to find and parking was on the difficult side. Once inside the ambiance was good, it was cool, and the ornaments were a mix of real and plastic plants. We ordered breakfast, which came out to be a huge serving, it tasted great except the pancakes were too thick! I also got some tomato brisque, it was great until i started to chew on crab shell... but all is well with their good coffee, which you can choose to be either a strong brew or a milder one

I first learned about this cafe in San Juan when they were featured in the show Good News. Aside from their signatire dishes, the cafe is soo cozy and ig-worthy. They also have a basement where you can buy imported phalaenopsis (moth orchids). We also met the owners during the Toast bridal fair back in June. They offer good deals for events/reservation.
I am giving this resto a perfect 5 coz I was blown away by their Ube Champorado. Their Ube Champorado has the right balance of everything. From the Ube, Rice, Milk, Tuyo and sweetened Macapuno. It's not too sweet that's why I find it perfect. I was telling my husband during dinner "let's watch our SDE while eating dessert" yet we were on our last spoon when we realized we forgot to play it.
We also tried their Spicy Shrimp Pasta and Crispy Pork Belly. For the pasta, they're generous with shrimps. The dish is a little bland but manageable with salt, pepper and parmesan. Crispy Pork Belly is yum too and the skin is really crispy. On my next visit, I would prolly request them to separate the bbq sauce from the pork belly as I am usually not fond of sweet viands.
Servers are very attentive too.
Lovely cafe in San Juan serving good coffee and spirits along with great food. Very cozy and cool ambiance and friendly service.
Since it was late evening in a Sunday, we decided to share a half bottle of Zonin Prosecco.
Truffle Egg Croissant is an insta worthy and tasty dish. Truffle bits, egg salad, fish roe and bacon in flaky croissant served with yummy potato chips.
Buffalo Mac n cheese us yummy too. Chicken in yummy buffalo sauce served with macaroni with a hint of blue cheese.
A meal at Flossom is always an enjoyable one. The food has always been great here. There’s always something to fulfill the cravings. I love their Cappuccino. It’s strong and bold with the right amount of milk. The Chorizo and Shrimp blends well together. The smokiness from the Chorizo and the sweetness of the Shrimp is divine. Ended the meal with the Ube Macapuno Mousse and that was heaven on a plate. Yum!

Me and friends decided to go here for dinner, I'm too excited to try this cafe since I've been seeing this on my feed. The place is very instagramable, and well ventilate.
I ordered the Cafe Mocha, Nothing really amazed me. really taste like chocolate with milk.
Lava Cheese Fries. potato wedges, chili beef, melted grilled cheese, Onions, Tomato, bell peppers, cilantro, and Cream onions. It taste like nachos.Margherita. It has tomato, Basil, garlic tomato sauce, and mozzarella.
The ambiance is amazing. I recommend going on a sunny Saturday or a Sunday afternoon to fully enjoy the experience. The value for money is spot on. I personally love the Cheeseburger Bolagnese. I recommend their pasta dishes because of the creativity and unique taste. Point for improvement: getting the servers to be more aware, took 5 mins before we got to order.
Ambience and food expectation is really good. Super chill vibes as well. Service is really good. If you want to relax after work, this is the place to be.
I first read about Flossom Kitchen on Spot. One Sunday morning, we decided to have breakfast here. At first, I had trouble finding the place as its hidden along one of San Juan's side streets. The place is pretty nice, with the air conditioning working really well. I ordered the pumpkin soup and the buttermilk fried chicken. The soup was okay but it was too cheesy to my liking. The buttermilk was just alright (meat was a bit dry). What I really liked is the vibes and the service of their staff. I will definitely be back!
Ube Champorado – if you want Ube Champorado, you’re better off at Manam. The one they serve here in Flossom tasted sooooo bland!!! It also did not taste of ube! Fail.
Nachos – they will pour the melted cheese on the nacho chips in front of you. Prepare to capture this moment via Boomerang! This is my favourite item from the menu. Personally, I think the nachos taste better without the meat, especially because the corned beef taste kinda odd with the other stuff.
Other good dishes: mushroom risotto w/ grilled salmon, shrimp pasta.
It's a rainy Saturday morning which calls for our weekly outdoor breakfast. We're happy to be the first customers of the day as we have taken good pictures of the place. See and feel the ambiance of a small and private cafe. The staffs are courteous and attentive. We ordered beef tapa and ultimate english breakfast. Both are well presented. Beef Tapa is good however it's not that tender. Ultimate English Breakfast offers a big plate for a big tummy. No need for sharing if you bring a legit hungry buddy haha. The price is fair for the food serving. Before leaving, the tables are almost occupied so it's a good idea to come early.
I’ve been to Flossom a couple of times before for afternoon meetings over coffee. This time, I came alone early in the morning to experience breakfast there. It was 8:10am, I thought I was too early though the staff were quick to wait and serve orders. I got to enjoy some me time as I was their first customer that day before other customers arrived one by one. I ordered their mushroom soup and boneless bangus Flossom breakfast. I love how creamy their soup was, just how I like it. It came with garlic bread that complimented the soup very well. I enjoyed the boneless bangus. It was flavorful, not overcooked. What I fell in love with the most is their vinegar which I forgot to ask the waiter about 😂. It also had fresh salad on the side. Their breakfast meals come with a free Americano from 8 to 10am which is great! The ambience of the place is amazing. It’s cozy, perfect to visit with friends, a date or to spend some alone time.
Flossom was really good, enjoyed almost everything I ordered, big thumbs up to the onion sauce that came with the asian chicken. The risotto was cooked perfectly. The tenders were tenders, nothing more to say. The crab alfredo tasted reaaalllyyyy good, the buttermilk fried chicken as well. The fries for me was really plain except for the presentation. The cookie skillet was okay too. The servers were really attentive and were really nice. The only thing that was hassle here was the parking, but other than that, we really enjoyed the experience and would definitely come back.

🧀 Buffalo Mac n Cheese: this childhood macaroni dish gets an upgrade with the addition of spiciness in the gooey cheese sauce. Not to be outdone, the Mac n cheese comes topped with bits of sour-spicy buffalo chicken, and finished off with a drizzle of blue cheese sauce... which I requested to be set aside because Gorgonzola can be overpowering.

🍄 Mushroom Truffle Risotto: this heartwarming dish is a lovely mix of different mushrooms— shiitake, button and shimeji. The base includes fluffy risotto and creamy truffle sauce, which is topped off with a light sprinkling of Parmesan cheese for an added smokiness that blends well with strong truffle flavors.

🥚 Egg Tartufata: yet another truffle dish— our favorite! Unlike the risotto, this pasta relies heavily on the egg for creaminess, which makes the egg flavor stand out here! It also makes use of a cream sauce and truffle flavors mixed in with al dente linguine, with the addition of bacon for your meaty fix.
From the ambience to their food, it was very instagram worthy! 😊 I love the way they present/serve their food! Their Molten Lava Burger was the main highlight! So glorious! Servers were very hospitable and attentive to our needs as well! I can stay there and work the whole day because of its refreshing and relaxing ambience, their fast wifi connection, and their plugs around the restaurant! Will absolutely go back! 😊

Wide menu selection, impeccable service, ambiance is flawless, cleanliness is superb and presentation is spot on. I can only comment on the taste.
The potato wedge were nothing short of spectucular, except for that wow moment when they put in the cheese.
The risotto was overdone and quite bland.
The mushroom soup was acceptable but the tomato soup needs improvement.
The crispy pork is average, but for the price of the meal, we expected a good quality of rice to go along with - not buhaghag rice.
The shrimp with chorizo wouldve been good, except the serving size is too small.
It's a good thing the cookie skillet dessert was a redeeming factor. I say that one is a must order!
The interiors were very pretty & tranquil. The waiters & staff were accommodating, friendly, and always wore smiles on their faces.
We ordered their Buttermilk Chicken, Salmon Pasta, 4-Cheese Pizza, Pan-grilled Salmon, Lava Cheese Fries, & Molten Lava Cake. Everything was delicious and nakakabusog :)
