We ate here for my birthday. It was our first time and we did not know what to order. The service staff (who was so nice) told us abt their buy one take one promo for only 989. With 989 we had 2 quarter ribs, 4 sides, breadsss, soup and their best-selling onion rings appetizer! also, their racks card club. Also, we ordered separately the blueberry/raspberry cheese cake which was 2 types of cheesecake for 235. On top of that, we had less 20% for our bill, I was surprised 🤗. AND we were very impressed with the service staff, we gave her a tip. wIll definitely come back again.

So on my visit here I got a savory feast for four hungry people, I only got it for Php 976! This is what I had- Two orders of Pork Ribs with four sides of my choice, half crispy and tasty Fried Chicken with biscuits, chunky Clam Chowder, super-sized, Onion Brick and two cups of garlic fried rice.
I must have saved around Php 700! In theory, I got back my investment almost two times over in one transaction.

We had the southern fried chicken and baby back ribs. As always, food is very good! Chicken is crispy and juicy and the baby back ribs is divine(falls off the ribs). However, service is awful! Had to make 3 follow ups for a regular coke. 3 follow ups for a glass of water but to no avail- i went to the counter myself to pour water to my glass and the manager had no reaction whatsoever. Good food but very poor service.
Last weekend, we went to Greenhills because I wanted to sell my old phone while it still held some value. We decided to have lunch at Racks and try some of their new dishes.
The main items in the new summer menu are the Butterfly Spring Chickens. They are cooked 3 ways: Smoked, Grilled and Fried. These are whole spring chickens, and are served accompanied by sides.
- Hickory Smoked Spring Chicken with any large side
- Chimichurri Fried Spring Chicken with Fried French Beans
- Lemon-Garlic Grilled Spring Chicken with Curry Rice
Our server told me that they also have a la carte versions on weekdays.

Onion Brick + Blue Plate Chicken = BUSOG BUSOG :) . Excellent quality of Foods. Highly Recommended ;) The quality of Service is undeniable and the ambiance is really good. Bang for you money. Better to try for your assurance :) It's my first time eating here and we are not dissapointed. We will be leaving with full tummies and happy tastebuds. Thanks to the Manager "Angelito" who takes our order because he recommend Blue Plate, the manager is very helpful and polite. And also the staff very prompt in service :) This store deserve 5 star. Keep it up!
I’ve been here several times and they always deliver! They always have good service, always respectful and patient. They have the best ribs I tasted, better than Friday’s, better than Chili’s, at least in my opinion. Would definitely go back here!

Two words from a Brit - ‘bloody delicious’. As one who appreciates product quality, this one certainly delivered. With the vast multitude of places to eat in Manila, Racks sets itself apart. Even the iced tea was bang on. Very impressed indeed. Special mention to Joy and Ann for being so hospitable and entertaining. 10/10.
