Angel’s Kitchen is a little neighborhood kitchen cafe located around the quieter side of Greenhills. It’s the area’s original Mary Grace where you could find a lot of Fil-Chi aunties hanging out. Try their Ostrich Salpicao!

This small dainty restaurant does not underdeliver on flavor. Must order is the binagoongan! Portions are good for 2. The sauce is good enough paired with steaming hot rice! They have a wide array of dessert selection too! A bit pricey for me. Parking is also sometimes hard.
Breakfast with friends and decided to try the Bangus and Sardines in Olive Oil. The fish was fresh and flavorful! No fishy taste at all. It’s an excellent meal especially if you’re not planning to have an early lunch because it’s filling. The service and ambiance here is good. Nothing much to complain about.

This restaurant in Greenhills was very nice, clean and with server's that serve with smiling faces. We absolutely loved the food as most of their dishes as they served every dish with a twist. We particularly loved their Pinakbet rice and a pasta served with pork and mango bits! Yes, the pasta had mango bits and its not just any mango... It's GREEN MANGO and it's really good!

Having tried weekend breakfast at a # of places in makati, BGC and Ortigas (memorable ones are 1771, Papa Diddy's, Dean & DeLuca, Refinery, Early Breakfast Club) we decided to scout such places in Greenhills. Almost the first resto that came up was Angel's Kitchen, and the place was packed by 7.30am. Luckily we arrived a little earlier and got a table.
We had Wagyu Beef Tapa and Baked Bangus Tinapa. Both came with rice, sunny-side-up egg and atchara. And we had a choice of coffee or orange juice. Beef Tapa was excellent, tender and very well marinated. Bangus Tinapa was very good too.
So make a beeline here on Sunday and reserve your table ahead of time!
The interiors are simple and clean which brightens the small space. The wait staff, including their security guard, is very attentive and amiable.
I ordered the beef pot roast which was tender and its accompanying mushroom sauce was lightly seasoned, enough to accent the beef. I appreciated that there was a carafe of water already placed on the table for our disposal.
I was also able to taste their lengua which was served with a delicate mushroom cream sauce. The meat was melt-in-your-mouth and, i believe, enough to convert any person wary of tongue to try it.
I'm quite particular with comfort rooms, and i'm happy to report that theirs is clean and well-supplied with soap and tissue.
In terms of price, some items are on the more expensive side but the taste and quality of the food makes up for it. This restaurant wouldn't be a place to frequent everyday, but it would be manageable to visit maybe once a week, if you wanted something a little more elevated.
The downside though, was the wait-time for the food which was maybe 20 mins and food of pur party wasn't served all at the same time. Saving grace was the complementary chicken pate and melba toasts served while waiting for the food.
All in all, i would go back in order to try their other offerings which are not the usual fare in other restaurants such as the ostrich salpicao and lamb stew. It was unfortunate that i wasnt able to taste their caked which i hope tastes as good as they look.
Food at Angels Kitchen is delicious. I had the crab salad and the short rib calderetta. Best calderetta I've had in my life! Will definitely come back to try other things on the menu. Would love it if there was a branch in BGC :)
Just along the streets of San Juan is a gem that is ought to be visited by all food lovers. Angel's Kitchen is a classic restaurant that was founded by five angels who love to cook. Truly, Angel's Kitchen speaks for its name as all dishes are heavenly that your taste buds are going to thank you for eating there.
We started the course with Beef Taquitos with Crispy Wantons. It's an innovative way to eat taquitos as compared what we're used to. We love how you get to use your hands to mix and match the different components according to your taste. The crispy wantons made it easier to bite the appetizer without losing its flavor. Unlike your normal taquitos, their version does not have that overpowering smell of cumin (a.k.a. body odor smelling spice).
After the taquitos, we had the Kielbasa Sausage with Onions. This dish far exceeded our expectations and turned out to be really good. The sausage was not too salty and the balance of fat and meat was just right that you would keep on reaching out for more. The onions were also a great compliment to the sausages and they added an extra layer of flavor to the dish.
We love soft shell crab and Angel's Kitchen does it better than most of the ones that we tried. The slices of crab were very crunchy and juicy at the same time without being soggy. The mango dressing was light and it matched very well with the soft shell crab. We could even say that it enhanced and made the flavor of the soft shell crab pop out even more.
From afar, we actually thought that the Lamb Curry was the famous Kare-kare. Only after taking a bite did we find out that this dish was not the Filipino favorite. The meat was tender and the flavor really seeped in well. The apply and raisin chutney it came with added an extra oomph to the dish.
The Lengua Con Olivada perfectly illustrates the definition of "melts in your mouth" tender. The slices of ox tongue were so tender that they disintegrate when they hit your tongue. The play of flavors were also very good in this dish. The flavors of the mushrooms, olives, and sausages were perfectly brought together by the buttery cream sauce.
We thought that the Crispy Boneless Bangus Fritters was deep-fried spareribs at first glance due to its elongated shape and the way they were stacked on the plate. True to its name, the fritters were crunchy but not dry. For an extra burst of flavor, be sure to dip the fritter in sambal oelek sauce to give it a sweet and spicy twist.
The Pinakbet Paella is one of their best sellers. The is a fusion of two dishes, the pinakbet and the paella and was topped with crunchy pork chops. The flavors of the the two dishes didn't overpower one another; in fact they both had a balance of flavor.
Overall, this restaurant took everyday food that we are used to and turned them into something spectacular. If the photos we've shown aren't appetizing enough, then we suggest visiting them to get firsthand experience. We promise you -- it's worth it!

Their wagyu beef tapa with caramelized onion is really, really good! My friend ordered garlicky chicken longanisa and it's also tasteful. For dessert, we had a slice of strawberry shortcake and it is one of the best that I had! Running out of words to describe each element in our table, even their caffe lungo was in full compliment with your set breakfast. Will go back to try the other breakfast dishes.
A change of management has given opened up a chance to eat here and it's definitely a solid restaurant with gourmet food. I should go back and try their other dishes.
