I loved the ambience and the friendly chef.
The margherita pizza is superb! I loved the the parmesan wings it's well done! And ofcourse the bulul beer 🍻 Kudos to the staff! Will be back next weekend 🍻

It was delish. Would have been better if there were more choices on the menu tho. But the pizzas are excellent! Ordered the Mushroom and Bacon Pizza and the Prosciutto Arugula Pizza with Squid Ink on the Crust. Ingredients were fresh, presentation was great, will definitely come back here.

The Pizza parlor I've been craving to try since we discovered Carousel Creamery downstairs and became regular customers there. Last Monday we were searching for a place to eat and I suggested to my gf we try Pizza Grigiliata and at first she is hesitant but to my luck they have 50% off on 3pm on Eatigo and we booked it. We were not that hungry at that time, we ordered just 2 dishes, Carbonara and Fried Garlic Parmesan Chicken. The Chicken is normal but the dips and veggies on the side is the stand-out and made the main dish special. The Carbonara is a revelation too, it resembles iHop's because of the egg but Grigliata's is flowing once touched and made the pasta more creamy and flavor well balanced. It doesn't have the egg white I think, I can't tell it because it is under some toppings.

Ambiance is a 4/5 for me, almost perfect, the only thing we are not ok is their couch and table. They are definitely for 6 footers and for us, we had a hard time finding a comfortable position while eating. But it's not a bad thing that ruined our whole dine-in experience here, in fact we definitely had a great time here. Looking forward to our repeat visit.

We love Pizza Grigliata for its innovative flavors and ultra-thin crust pizzas. All the ingredients used are obviously of quality while the greens are really fresh. To top it all, they serve it with a warm honey chili sauce which puts a twist to the already flavorful pizza. We honestly find it delicious that we embarrassingly found ourselves consuming at least twenty slices of it. So next time we visit, we will make sure that we get one order of pizza for each of us or better yet, we bring our family or friends.

Given the surmounting food choices around, an establishment today needs a distinct identity to stand out. A certain brand needs to be recognized for a particular product positioning.

Pizza Grigliatta which means grilled pizza has a hashtag #pizzamadesexy. They believe and deliver your Italian favorite with less of the carbs and more of the flavor. You are made to feel and savor the toppings even further.

To jumpstart this full-on afternoon snack we had one of two selections of Soup, Pumpkin with Truffle. And then a colorful and fruity salad, Pizza Grigliata’s take on Caprese- Signature Salad.

We were just a group of 4 but we gulped down almost all 5 pizzas we ordered. That’s how good it was! My personal favorite was their Prosciutto Arugula Pizza, a dynamic piece of pie using squid’s black ink on dough topped with the ideal tandem of salty and fresh, prosciutto and arugula.

Our table also had spiced up Tequila Lime Chicken which didn’t have any traditional tomato and cheese in it. Filipino inspired, Vigan Longaniza, a healthier alternative, Spinach and Pesto in Squash Dough, and Spanish Sardines in Beetroot Dough wrap up our all-star line up of grilled pizzas.

Our team also had a tandem of pasta dishes. We had the Pomodoro (tomatoes, anchovies, Hungarian sausage, and focaccia bread) and creamy Carbonara (cream, mushroom, bacon, milk, truffle oil, and focaccia bread).

For drinks, I suggest having either their Mocha if caffeine is your thing or the refreshing glass of Mojito Lemonade.

This isn't my first time here. Was introduced here by a very special kumare and bff. The prosciutto is indeed not salty, as what I know of others and loved the generous amount of arugula on top. The other pizza Mhargerita is equally sumptuous and loved the basil pesto and the tomato sauce. Crust are both crispy. They do have the black crust which has squid ink, but I'm not that adventurous at this time to try it. Will definitely come back again 😊

I have dined in Pizza Grigliata twice and I always leave happy every time. I have sampled quite a bit from their menu and nothing missed!

I tried their pumpkin soup. The consistency and flavor is very good. The truffle oil is a perfect compliment to the flavor.

Next one I tried was the standard salad. It came in a nicely arranged presentation of oranges, tomato, cottage cheese and pesto vinaigrette. The combination is divine! It's fresh and cleanses the palette and very light.

I ordered the carbonara as well. The premium ingredients created a well balanced flavor and texture.

I also was able to sample 3 of their pizzas. The Quattro formaggo, prosciutto arugula and the squash crust with cottage cheese and alfalfa.

Easily, the Quattro formaggo is well liked. But the other two are also good. I really loved them with chili honey drizzled on my pizza.

It's not brick oven kind of pizza and the crust is very thin, much like a double pita bread. But it works!

This is a great dating place as the ambiance is not intimidating plus it serves great food and wine.

Will definitely be back for more!

I'm not a fan of thin crust pizza and I am still not a fan of it, but with Pizza Grigliata, it made my experience eating something I am not really into to something memorable. Tasty is the relative word that I can describe about their pizza. I love their honey dip glazed in the pizzas, it makes them tastier. Their unique representation as well as ingredients is also what got me. I admit, I find the price just a little bit steep from other pizza houses out there, but then, the ingredients they use are sourced from different places because they believe in supporting the local farmers by sourcing products with them. Anyway, my favorite in all of the dishes that we tasted is the Signature Salad. I can't believe how delicious it was. The flavors exploded in my mouth.

Also, I love their place. It's cozy and the rustic theme is also something to look forward to.

Awesome artisan pizzas! At first I thought they were overcooked in fire but learned they were black doughs. We love the arugula with honey! This is a great place to be pn a date or with artsy friends.

I love thin crust pizzas and they serve one of the best ones I think 👍 I enjoyed their tomato curry with apple soup, ordered the spinach- arugula pizza...the pizza was so good but since I'm alone I had to take out half of their 12 inch pizza 😂 I also like the rustic ambiance of the place and they serve craft beer 😁

Something new in GH. Food taste do not disappoint but it could have been better if they add more food choices.

Price is on the expensive side considering its serving size.

Will probably come back in the next few months.

They have the bestt 4cheese pizza!! This place is a must try! Only one size of pizza and the price ranges from 280-350pesos. Kind of small pizza but its worth it. Will definitely go back with friends amd family of course.

Pizza Grigliata Manila may be one of the many pizza concepts to hit the Philippines, but it is the first of its own to introduce the grill-and-torch method of preparing their pizzas. This innovative edge is the reason behind the name Grigliata, which comes from the Italian word for “grilled".

They use a Brevelle Grill for all their cooking, which has a height adjustment option, and can go up to 420 degrees of heat to melt cheese. The result is pizza that tastes like it was slow cooked in the oven Pugon-style— even though it just takes 5 minutes to cook!

Pizzas may be what they’re known for, but there’s more to it than just that. Their extensive menu includes a variety of salads, pastas and even chicken—all of which are made with locally-sourced ingredients, which allows the restaurant to support sustainable farming, and ensures fresh ingredients for top-quality dishes.

🍕 Must-try Pizzas 🍕

1. Quattro Formaggi Pizza with Truffle Oil (PHP320)- VEGETARIAN
This pizza is as cheesy as it gets! It’s made with a two-cheese sauce plus a mix of Mozzarella, Gorgonzola and Parmesan cheeses. A light drizzle of truffle oil is added in to give the pizza an earthy flavor. The top is then torched to make it gooey and addicting!

2. Prosciutto Arugula Pizza (PHP400)
If you’re looking for some meat to fill you up, this prosciutto and arugula pizza will do the trick. It features a squid ink dough topped with the quintessential tomato sauce and cheese tandem, plus thinly sliced salty bits of prosciutto and crisp peppery arugula leaves. Although dramatic in appearance, the flavors of the squid ink are subtle—it adds a slight briny taste but does not overpower the dish at all.

3. Tequila Lime Chicken Pizza (PHP300)
This is a “Naked Pizza” in the sense that it doesn’t have any sauce or cheese. It merely comes with aromatic garlic oil and flavorful toppings of spiced chicken, pickled onions, green chili for a bit of heat, plus bitter cilantro. This is one of their many fusion options, which takes inspiration from the Mexican taco.

4. Margherita (PHP280)- VEGETARIAN
Margherita is an Italian classic featuring layers of Pesto and Tomato sauce, stringy cheese, basil and slices of tomato. It’s a refreshing pizza that is summery by nature, with a touch of earthy Herb flavors that blend well with the tartness of the tomatoes.

5. Kani Mango Pizza (PHP400)
This pizza takes inspiration from the East this time, with a mix of Japanese and Chinese ingredients. The Hong Kong-style Hoisin Sauce gives a dramatic look to the pizza and adds sour-salty flavors. Cheese makes its appearance to add a bit of creaminess, along with Japanese salad essentials: Kani, Mango, Leeks and Japanese Mayo. The overall flavor profile is diverse and complex—a unique experience you can find only in Pizza Grigliata.

1. Spicy Garlic Sardines Pasta: Pasta, fish and spiciness... the perfect combination in any dish! This pescetarian option comes loaded with tons of garlic (vampires beware) plus local elements of shredded Spanish sardines, juicy diced tomatoes, and some salty Kesong Puti (goat's cheese)— all mixed together with some al dente spaghetti noodles, topped with fresh cilantro. A slice of focaccia bread is served along with the pasta dish to soak up the additional flavors. I find that the pasta could use a bit more heat, but that's nothing some chili flakes can't handle. 😉

Hot Tip: Spritz some lemon over the pasta to give a refreshing tart flavor that cuts through the rich flavors of the fish and oil. ❤️

Went here 2x in just a week.. A friend brought me and we got the Margherita and Caesar Salad.. I love thin crust pizzas and this one surely didn't disappoint.. Tasty topping and sauce, yum! Their salad was a good version too, especially loved the way the egg was made, somewhat poached to near boiled, and placed on top. 2nd time around, brought some friends, and tried out their pasta, we got their Spicy Garlic sardines and it was sooo good that all of us decided to do our version at home. Cooked just right ,not too much with the sardines unlike some others iv tasted.. Tried their iced mocha, but I didn't finish it, too sweet for me, I'll just try the hot one next time :)

From what I know, Pizza Grigliata would only be found in bazaars and alike before it attracted many food experts. After garnering awards, they were eventually able to put up a restaurant in Missouri, Greenhills.

I wouldn’t normally go out of my way and go to a restaurant just to order pizza since pizza is usually filling and I like trying a lot of dishes. However, I saw that the pizza here was really thin crusted, thus emphasizing on the toppings rather than the dough. I read as well that they had beetroot, carrot, and squash dough. All these convinced me to dine in the new establishment right away. As soon as my dad got home, I dragged him to Pizza Grigliata to have dinner with me.

We first ordered the Proscuitto Arugula Pizza in black ink dough and the award-winning Quattro Formaggi pizza with Truffle Oil on white dough. The order took longer than how long we were told, but it was expected, given that the place was newly opened. Besides, the chef who served us took time to converse with us as we waited so it was worthwhile.

Proscuitto Arugula Pizza (PHP 400) was delicious. I loved the combination of the ingredients and the texture of the pizza as a whole. The seasoning was just right, not too salty. The black ink dough was the perfect base to it all.

Quattro Formaggi pizza with Truffle Oil (PHP 320) was less impressive, but it was still enjoyable. We already smelled the Truffle Oil right when the order arrived. Personally, after finishing a slice, I wasn’t satisfied with the cheeses used. It was also “nakakaumay”, or i’d be tired of it if I had to finish the whole pizza by myself. I’ve tried a lot of better four cheese pizzas, yet the one they serve here is still one of a kind.

I would also like to add how well the pizza tasted like with the Spicy Honey condiment!

Fried Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings (PHP 380) was our follow-up order to finish off. I really really loved this dish. It was tender and flavorsome. Also, unlike the chicken wings from other restaurants, the chicken in Pizza Grigliata didn’t have a lot of fat beneath the skin so I didn’t feel bad eating it. The only problem is that the serving size was small. It had only 3 whole wings. Nevertheless, I’d order it again.

At the end of the night, my dad and I were satiated with 2 pizzas and an order of chicken wings.
