My friends and I enjoyed the food. The pomelo salad was good as well as the crab chowder. We loved the crabs, the way it was prepared and the concept of eating without a plate was a new experience for all of us. The staff were very attentive. We will definitely go back and dine again.

Ordered their specialty Cajun Shrimp and it was deliciously garlicky. We tried the lemon garlic butter too but the other really stood out. The shrimp was fresh, and the sauce isn't too salty (like at Bag o' Shrimps 😋)

I'd recommend ordering a lot of rice because you'd want to keep eating that sauce with something. I, however, find their mussels to be overpriced compared to other restaurants.

Still a great place to go to if you're craving shrimp.

Ordered garlic lemon butter crab and it was very very good. Especially delicious when eaten with rice as u can taste the savory richness of the sauce along with the sweet fresh crab. Was disappointed with their new dish salted egg shrimp thou it didn’t have the wet salted egg taste that I was looking for nonetheless its still a good place to dine

this place originated in Davao. sambal shrimp 🦐 was the best for me. never miss their sinuglaw; the greenapples and onions mixed really well with the vinegar. the price and serving are both very reasonable. i will definitely recommend this place.

Blue Posts is the only seafood place accessible in Greenhills that has shrimps (since Shrimp Bucket closed down over a year ago I think)so I guess I was stuck with this place... except damn was it good shrimp. The Garlic Lemon butter sauce is my favorite so far, and it's easy to satisfy my shrimp cravings at this place. Sometimes though, a bit rare but some of the shrimps in the bag gets overcooked compared to the rest, but i guess it can't be helped. The place is pretty nice too.

Still dreaming about the meaty crabs and tasty shrimps from our visit the other day. Takes me back to my visit in their Davao branch a few years back. I recommend the lemon butter shrimp and blue post flavor for the crab. The lapu lapu was so tasty too!
Truly impressed with the temperature of our meals too. Its was really cooked fresh and served extremely hot!

A seafood lover's haven, Blue Posts Boiling Crabs & Shrimps has you covered when you are in the mood for a solid spot serving freshly cooked seafood. We had dinner here last weekend and this restaurant has become one of our new favorites. Large shrimps and crabs are the specialty, but mussels and fish entrees are also appropriate moves. Don’t sleep on pork and chicken dishes either; these are a nice change of pace. Mixing some poultry or meat in with your seafood is never a bad idea.

For our appetizer, we had Kinilaw (PhP 179)—chilled cubed fresh tuna mixed with native vinegar and calamansi. It's tossed with green apple and spring onions which provided an offsetting zestiness and a great job rounding out the dish. In short, this starter was a mish-mash of straightforwardly satisfying flavors and textures in one. The tuna was so fresh! A must try. :)

The Garlic Pork Riblets (PhP 499), too, were laudable with a gratifying meatiness to it. This consisted of pork riblets marinated in native vinegar, salt, and freshly ground black pepper sauteed in butter with lots of garlic. The description on the menu alone looked appetizing and tempting! I guess this will totally work when eaten with garlicky fried rice.

Shrimp and butter have always been the ultimate combo, but the additions of garlic paired with zesty lemon pack this dish with more delicious flavor. Shrimps in Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce (PhP 1600) were superb, made with sweet and tangy shrimps that burst with a decisive snap in your mouth. The super tasty sauce begs to be mopped up with crusty bread. You won't even need a plate for this one, just dig right in with bare hands (wear gloves for hygiene) or fork them up.

The Crispy Fried Crablets (PhP 345) were crisp and hearty, accented by the aromatics of three types of vinegar as accompanying condiments. Can't go wrong with this!

A new favorite for the family: had calamares, kilawin, kamote fried and shrimps in lemon butter sauce and liempo - all very good. Service was adequate considering how busy the place was during lunch on a Sunday.

What I love about this restaurant is the staff!!! They are very accommodating, friendly and polite. VERY. Whilst, the food is quite expensive for a bag of crabs and 3 bags of shrimp good for only 4 pax. And food is ok. Dampa is still the best place to go to when you’re craving seafoods, but nevertheless, their service is excellent!!! Great work!! Keep it up!!!

We celebrated my pre-birthday here because I love seafoods, and we got stranded because of the rain so we thought “ Why not let time pass by celebrating my birthday a day earlier?”

I love the theme and ambiance of this place.

The food is a little bit pricey but it is definitely worth it!! ❤️
We ordered the ff:
- Blue Posts Boiled Crabs 5/5
- Garlic Fried Shrimp 5/5

⚡️ Would I come back here to eat?
DEFINITELY!! TRY IT TO BELIEVE IT! I went out of this place very full. The staff is also very friendly.

Good food and good ambience. The place doesn’t smell like a seafood place. The crab and shrimps were seasoned well. I don’t really eat seafood but this made me love it. Definitely coming back!

During our visit, the restaurant held a shrimp-eating contest where pairs of foodies had to eat six buckets of shrimps each! And though our KTG representatives, Gio and Nines, didn't win the contest, we still got to enjoy an afternoon of unlimited shrimps together, and that's still a win in my book!

Here, shrimps are served in plastic bags and refilled once empty. Eat them using your hands in real kamay-kainan fashion! In this case, it's definitely more fun to be messy! ;)

You can request for plastic gloves or just have at it using your bare hands. Personally, I thought the best way to eat the shrimps was to use a spoon in one hand and use your other hand as a fork, so you can grab as much sauce as you can in every spoonful!

Our tactic was to have them put all the rice in the center of the table, where food-grade wax paper is laid out. Then, instead of refilling the bags, we had them put the shrimps on top of the rice so it can absorb all the sauce!

Blue Posts' 911 Shrimp Fever Promo gives you the most bang for your buck. Php911 gets you and a friend unlimited shrimp in three flavors - Boiled, Sambal, and Garlic Lemon Butter.

My favorite of the three was the Garlic Lemon Butter, really fresh and flavorful, and perfect with rice or bread. I also liked their Crab Burger, you could really taste the crab meat.

This place also gets a thumbs up for their service -- the waiters were super attentive, constantly refilling our drinks even before we could ask for more.

A well-known food institution in Davao, Blue Posts Boiling Crabs & Shrimps are set in letting you taste the treasures of the sea with its great servings of seafood. Today will be the grand launch of their promo, the #911ShrimpFever. Unlimited servings of shrimp for only 911.00 php! Interested? Here's the lowdown:

• Promo's good for two only for 911.00 php
• Valid for dine-in only
• The guest will be served three different types of sauce (Sambal, Boiled, and Garlic Lemon Butter).
• The three sauces will be served at once. Refill will only be allowed until it is fully consumed. Refill with the preferred sauce will be served one a time.
• Sharing is not allowed
• Excess shrimps will not be valid for takeout
• Available on from 10AM to 2PM (first batch) and 2PM to 5PM (2nd batch), Monday to Friday only.
• Promo runs from October 30, 2017 to December 8, 2017 in all branches in Metro Manila and Davao City.

And yes, I was able to try it out at the promo's grand launch. I must say that it was worth it. Although there are times that the flesh of the shrimp sticks onto the skin, making it hard to peel off the skin. But with unlimited shrimps at your disposal, who am I to whine about it? As for the sauces, the Garlic Lemon butter is the clear winner of the three. It just goes well with the shrimps that will make you crave for more. They are also offering some Nestle concoctions where you could mix and match your drinks. Out of all the concoctions that they have, their lemonade has a special place in my glass.

Another notable is that they'll be releasing new items on the menu soon. Better keep an eye on that in case you want something different off the usual menu.

So for shrimp fanatics out there, this would be the perfect opportunity to sit and get messy with their #911ShrimpFever promo. Got hyped? Then go get some!

I went to Blue Post Boiling Crabs & Shrimps’ #911ShrimpFever Launch last October 11. Here’s the video on what happened during the launch and a quick first impressions/review on their shrimps which were served in their signature sauces – Sambal, Boiled, and Garlic Lemon Butter. Spoilers from the video review, my favorite out of their 3 signature sauces to have with the shrimp is Boiled. It has a bit of heat in it making you really hungry for more! I enjoyed their Garlic Lemon Butter sauce as well because of its refreshing flavor. While the Sambal has a sweet yet spicy twist to it.

Blue Posts Boiling Crabs and Shrimps is one of Davao's sought-after Seafood restaurants. The overall concept of Blue Posts Boiling tends to become pretty messy and casual. With "It's Fun To Be Messy" Tagline, the inspiration of the interior embodies the look of a fishermen's wharf.

I was invited for the Sneak Peak of Blue Posts Boiling Crabs and Shrimps’ 911 SHRIMP FEVER in O Square located at Greenhills Shopping Mall, San Juan.

911 Shrimp Fever will start on October 30, 2017 in all its branches nationwide.

But wait... what is 911 Shrimp Fever? It’s a month long shrimp feast (UNLIMITED SHRIMPS) at Blue Posts for only Php911.00 for 2. With 3 three signature sauces to choose from - SAMBAL, BOILED and GARLIC LEMON BUTTER.

Here’s everything you need to know about the promo:

• Avail of the 911 SHRIMP FEVER promo for P911, good for two only.

Ive heard lots of good things about this restaurant from Davao, but im not particularly fond of crabs and shrimp because of the hassle to eat the meat. Blue Post changed that for me.

The shrimp with the signature blue post cajun sauce was flavorful and best eaten with a little spice! The shrimps were huge and cooked just right. The shells came off almost instantly and it was juicy too.

Their salted egg crab was insaaaanely good too! In used to the salted egg marinade of a restaurant with the similar concept, but i like this better because the salted egg taste is more prominent. The crab that we got was huge which is good for three diners already. Luckily we got a crab with lots of fat which made our experience more enjoyable.

Will 10/10 go through the hassle of cracking crab shells and peeling shrimp skin for this again :)

P579 for about 15 pcs. of shrimps. I wouldn't say the shrimps were the freshest. Some of the meat is stuck on the skin. The salted egg shrimp tho was quite dry. Good thing they had vinegar. Will try the lemon gaeluc butter next time! :-)

We had the shrimp in sambal sauce and fried garlic crab. I loved both dishes. The shrimp was juicy, medium sized, and even tasted better with the sweet and spicy sambal sauce.

It was my first time trying fried crab and the garlicky twist was surprisingly good. I would prefer though that the live crabs we're kept in water to help retain their freshness. The cooked crab meat was sticking to the shell and a little dry than usual when served.

The table/ eating setting was sanitary and fun for me. Everything was in reach. Service crew was satisfactory.

The major downside of this place is that the shrimp (500+) and esp the crabs are too pricey (180 per 100gms). I think you can get the same quality of food from cheaper places like Dampa. And of course with a big bill, you expect a big charge for service, too. Sulitin na ang mga waiter bago umalis. Haha.

This place is worth a try but is kinda heavy on the budget. :)

Celebrated my brother's birthday at Blue Posts Boiling Crabs and Shrimps or better known as the famous "Boiling Crab" which was originated from Davao, owned by a chinese business man.

The place was well-ventilated, neat and well taken care of (of course, it's a new branch) but the smell while inside can cling on to your clothes afterwards. Looks like they lack exhaust to clear out the kitchen smell but it ain't that bad.

Interiors were flashy. Color choices are elegant and very inviting. Designs are related to the brand name and they have this freedom wall where you can write and express yourselves before, after or while eating. Be creative!

As for the servers, they're really helpful, very knowledgable staff. Doesn't hesitate when you ask and they explain everything well especially for those like us that are first timers. They also recommend good varieties that is best fitted for the dish since there's this "choose your own seafood, sauce and sides" in the menu.

As for the food, we ordered lots! My brother and I are nuts when it comes to seafoods, especially with lobster, crabs and shrimp! Too bad they don't sell lobsters in here, we would've bought one.

Garlic Pork Riblets - Fall off the bone kind of ribs. It had too little garlic contrast to its name and some of it were burnt. Not the strongest dish we ordered but my mom liked it. I found it bland and thought it was too pricey for its serving. Nice presentation though.

Crabs with Corn in Sambal Sauce - A kick of spicy with lots of asian spices. Cravings satisfied! The corn compliments the sauce which gives it a sweet after taste. I didn't find it too spicy though. Best of all the dishes we had!

Shrimps in Salted Egg - Deceived by its name. I thought it was splashed with salted egg sauce but rather they literally put in the salted egg bits in the bag together with the fried shrimps. Smoky fragrance and taste. They also put in generous pieces of salted eggs and fried garlic which also had a kick of spices in it which was delicious.

Cajun King Prawns - I think it was the highlight of the table. Super juicy prawns but I didn't like how they cooked it. Again, because of the burnt garlic pieces that was in the bag, it was a major turn off, we didn't even get to taste the cajun in it. But still, it was one of the best. Meaty and juicy! The heads were raw though, we didn't bother to eat it anymore. Best paired with the crab's sambal sauce. Sarap!!

Overall, we had 8 cups of rice! Just imagine our bill! They also offer their bottomless Nestea Mixology as Buy 1 Get 1 so, we got a steal for the drinks which is a huge help to cut our bill short.

It was a good experience. Loved everything and it was nice that we got to taste a lot of their dishes in just one sitting. Would love to go back for the other items in the menu. I especially love the crabs in sambal, highly recommended.

It had been raining cats and dogs for the past several days in Metro Manila. We need to work and made a pit stop at the Greenhills branch.

Blue Posts Boiling Crab and Shrimps opened their 3rd Metro Manila after SM North EDSA and SM Mall of Asia last May 2017.

The rustic fisherman’s wharf inspired restaurant first have their successful restaurant chain in Davao in 2013 , where the some of the freshest ingredients like crabs, shrimps , pomelo , native chickens are sourced from nearby provinces like Davao, Zamboanga and Surigao.

The restaurant theme and foods were inspired by the flavors and cuisines of Louisiana and the popularity of boiled seafood restaurants in the United States.

Aside from good food, there is also an unlimited supply of DIY Nestle powdered juice station and bottomless pineapple drink courtesy of Dole Philippines. One can also mix juices and form their own flavor ( mixology ) from about half a dozen flavors.

The sitting capacity of the branch is between 140 to 150 persons at any given time. There is a small private room with a capacity of between 30 to 50 people, ideal for small company or team building.

The restaurant management encourages diners to enjoy their dishes with their bare hands. Food-grade wax paper is used as a plate, along with a plastic bib. Which is one of their tag line is “It’s fun to be messy” since diners will definitely get their fill of seafood while eating with their hands.

Boiling Crabs and Shrimps with Corn cobs in three kinds of sauces: Garlic Fried Sauce, Sweet and Spicy Asian Sambal Sauce, and the Savory Boiling Cajun Sauce.

We were also able to taste the fried calamares and its own dipping sauce. It is best eaten hot .

The crabs are big and tasty . My friends and co -workers are happy to have dined-in the restaurants especially this rainy day. Since we are one of the first customers at night, They also allowed us to write some greetings at the wall .

We will surely come back or another round.

Tag: loads of juicy seafood!

The ambiance is casual and relaxed, indeed a good place to eat with your hands.

Starting of with

Calamares: Crispsy and tender at the same time perfect balance of salty and squid flavor just right...nice appetizer

Crabs in Sambal Sauce: Spicy, sweet and quite sweet and of course the fresh crabs that's simply mouth watering

Cajun shrimp: big shrimps grilled to perfection with lemon juice dry and juicy at the same time!

Price wise it's on the high side but worth the try!

I have a love-hate relationship with crabs and shrimps. Though I love eating these delectable sea creatures, I dislike peeling or cracking off the shells. But I simply could not say no to the grand opening of a new seafood joint in Greenhills. . Hello, Blue Posts Boiling Crabs & Shrimps. This well-loved seafood restaurant started in 2013 and was established in Davao city by a group of friends who were looking for a place where they could hang out, relax and have a few drinks. They decided to call the unwinding spot Blue Post. Fast forward to 2017, Blue Post Boiling Crabs & Shrimps have grown and expanded to Manila.

Living in a tropical country, we are home to some of the most beautiful islands and beaches in the world. We are also blessed with the abundance of really delicious seafood. Me and Me-An are really big seafood lovers so we prefer skinning shrimps and crabs over pork at any day. To our joy and delight, we got to sample succulent seafood of Blue Posts Boiling Crab and Shrimps through a special media preview in their newest branch located at Greenhills.

I just recently had an amazing seafood feast, thanks to Blue Posts Boiling Crabs and Shrimps in Greenhills for having me in their restaurant on a sponsored invite. Blue Posts Boiling Crabs and Shrimps originated from Davao. It's a good thing that they're now here in Manila so we can now have an awesome seafood fare and a taste of Davao.

Know that while I am writing this, I am seriously craving for Blue Posts' shrimps in garlic lemon butter sauce. They actually serve the crabs in a bag, which makes it easier for dining customers to eat from. Anyway, the combination of flavors in this dish just blows up your taste buds. They are also available in Blue Posts' signature blend, the Cajun flavored one, which has sambal and salted egg.

I also love their huge garlic fried crabs. These crabs were plump and juicy. They were also cooked just right that their shells crack away easily. This is definitely a plus for us customers as it would take lesser effort on our end to take off the meat from their shells.

I also got to try out Davao’s grilled native chicken. It’s much leaner than the typical ones served in stalls selling grilled chicken. It was flavorful and totally satisfying.

Us members of the media were also served some of Blue Posts' specialties including their delicious fried chicken wings, creamy crab chowder, spicy beef soup, tasty garlic pork belly, and the sweet pomelo cream salad with corn.

Catch Blue Posts Boiling Crabs and Shrimps at the latest mall strip in Greenhills, the O-Square Greenhills Shopping Center. The place is very spacious and you will be accommodated by their nice and friendly staff.
