My friend recommended me to try, so we went on our last day before flying back to Hong Kong. My husband and myself got seated without waiting (Yay!) The servers here are just wonderful, good ambience and the menu offers a wide selection. We ordered small portions of watermelon sinigang, grilled king prawn, laing, chicken skewers, sizzling bangus belly, crispy chicken wings in caramelized patis sauce, small bowl of rice which is also good for sharing, ube pandan with sago and mango pomelo with sago shake. Everything we ordered are so good. Sadly we have to skip dessert as we are so full already that we decided to do a quick hike returning to our hotel. Manam is now our absolute favorite place to go. #MMcookingdiva
Most of the time, we need to wait in line for dinner. A small rice serves 1 person according to the menu, but for us, 2 people can share it with an order of soup, sisig, etc. You'll definitely need more rice if you get 2 or more viands, but this is how we usually order here: Quick Bite-style. We prefer Pork Sisig over Corned Beef Sisig because we seek crunchy fun! The beef in our soup (with the watermelon) is soft with a very satisfying serving size.
Service and food was beyond excellence. This is so far the best filipino cuisine I have had. I will have to find one in the U.S. but it might be a shot in the dark.
Was initially disappointed with the service but I would like to commend their attending manager, Adrian, for making up for it big time. I really felt his genuine concern for the customers. What he did convinced me to patronize the restaurant more. Their crispy sisig by the way is my new favorite. :D
Although Covid19 is now synonymous with quarantine or staying home, we can still enjoy food from our favorite restaurants thanks to GrabFood , Lalamove or Food Panda . Or so we thought. Tried Grabfood starting at 1030 am . Guess what , our effort is all for nil. Trying to get a driver until 1130 was absolutely frustrating and impossible. We just had to give up and make do with Spam and eggs for lunch.

Manam has been a craze these days when it comes to affordable prizes for delicious Filipino food with quality output and twists. You will actually notice it when you first visit the restaurant - it's rare to find empty seats when you arrive - so you know this is a very popular place.
We tasted the following dishes from our last visit:
1. Ensaladang Pako - it's not popular, but you'll find this interesting since it's healthy salad. The fern is crunchy (no taste), and flavor is complemented by the salted egg and vinaigrette - so you can imagine how these flavors blend. I find this dish underrated since it's uncommon.
2. Sinigang na Beef Short Rib and Watermelon - one of their best sellers, which you'll amaze with the blend of sourness from sinigang and sweetness from watermelon. The beef is soft which you can easily munch.
3. House Crispy Sisig- another of their best sellers... the taste melts great in your mouth with the crunchiness of the sisig
4. Pancit Palabok - another best seller - see how the secret sauce is poured over the crispy pancit and everything becomes a perfect dish!
As mentioned above, the reason people keeps coming back is because of how the price fairs with the quality of the food. I am definitely coming back for more!

We were lucky enough to get in without a line! This has to be one of my fave Filipino restos. The service could be improved though, but the serving sizes were so good!
The food and service was superb! The manager Ms. Charie is very accomodating and friendly. Will definitely eat again. 👍👍👍👍👍

They have small, medium or large serving which is good if you are dining alone, with a friend or with your family.
We tried kare kare, binagoongan and gising gising.Everything tastes fine.Service was good.Mango shake was ok.

Our server mr patrick always served best for us with gis smile and politenes.
I like the food there but have issues with having to wait for available seats. I just hope that this resto will start accepting phone reservations. For a popular restaurant like this, they should also accommodate credit card payments— customers will be encouraged to order more and not be limited to the amount of money in their wallets.

This is the second time I’ve eaten in Manam and what’s important in any branch is the consistency of their food. I believe they have still achieved this one in this branch. I would definitely eat here again. I just think that the branch is smaller compared to the one in Megamall.

As expected, we liked everything we ordered particularly the sizzling corned beef. The only downside that we saw was the service given. I would have preferred them to be more attentive.
Friendly staff and good service. It gets quite crowded and hot because of the sun. Hope they could install blinds. Food 10/10!

Manam has taken modernized Filipino cuisine which (in my opinion) has totally lost traction (such as the renditions of mesa and sarsa) and gave it another lease on life. This daring take on the vernacular may not be for everyone but it adds a certain oomph that I think the cuisine lacks to become more internationally recognized. That being said, when coming here, do get their out of the ordinary dishes. Personally tho i prefer to be safe and go with their laing, sinigang, and sisig.
Manager Charry is very cheerful and accommodating. She would always visit each table and ask how was our food? Is our order complete? She attends to request immediately and sometimes there’s no need to call the staff’s attention since she comes even before you ask for such as water. Me and my dad would usually travel despite the traffic because in here we feel that not only the food were served just right but the service is what we really look forward to. It is under miss Charry’s supervision that all these are achieved. Congratulations and keep up the good work! More power!
Good food and great service from our server, Patrick. This is cozier compared to their Greenbelt branch. It was our first time to try the sizzling corned beef kansi and it did not disappoint!
We ordered their Grilled tiger prawns, House crispy sisig, Crunchy salt and pepper squid rings, and Crispy pancit palabok. First time to try their food and I can really vouch for their food! They’re so good! The place is always packed with people. The inly downside is that their serving size is small for the price but the taste of the food makes up for it. Will definitely come back and try their other dishes!
I wish it wasn't so popular because it takes me an hour or so to get a table. Service is fast, and the food consistently good. The sisig is the best, especially paired with the watermelon sinigang.
I love how they have different serving sizes, which is good when I'm out with family or just myself.
This is a really good Filipino restaurant. Food is consistently cooked well and delicious. My favorites are their kare-kare, gising-gising and sisig. Their ube shake with sago is also a must try. The only thing I don't like here is the long wait just to get seated.
I’ve been dining in Manam, from the year it started, and everything has always been great, except for the long lines, and waiting time, but that is part of a great restaurant. I’m so glad that Moment group decided to put up a Manam store near me, I’d like to commend one of their servers, Ivan for doing such an excellent job in being friendly, prompt and precise. Definitely my favorite branch!
Better than we expected! We thought Manam was just another common Filipino food restaurant, but boy were we wrong.

The Pancit Palabok was quite tasty. It even included squid on it!
The star of the night was the great combination of Sizzling bulalo steak (with tons of gravy!) and the garlic rice. The beef steak was really tender, partnered with a savory serving of gravy on top of the garlic rice -- just perfect!
Between the two sago drinks, I would say go for the Ube one.
Lastly, the salted caramel sans rival is creamy with a capital C! The walnuts are too sweet but when eaten with the whole slice, its sweetness becomes a little more balanced. Perfect with a warm cup of coffee!
Pro-tip:
This particular Manam branch gets packed during dinner time, so be sure to avoid the lines by going to the restaurant before 7 or 8pm!
Had lunch here today. Good food and good service! The food arrived fast even in the middle of lunch hour. Jen our server was very nice and accommodating. Always has a smile on her face 😊

Reychel and jen there are friendly, approachable and very Polite of Manam & Ooma restaurants employees. That's why i always return to threir restaurants to order foods.
Princess is such a very good singer! She made our co-worker's birthday celebration more exciting! Phil and the lady with red hair is also very accommodating. They made a solution so quickly when their dining area is in full pack. They get tables from Ooma just to accommodate us. Thank you for your crispy sisig!
The long line is really overwhelming on weekends . Their famous watermelon sinigang is a must and the palabok. The ambience is nice . The selection is good but can do more. Its a bit pricey though but a must try.
The Beef short rib Sinigang with watermelon is just to die for. Ordered it at their Alabang and MOA outlet and consistency is really the key. I'm eyeing their Palabok on my mext visit.

Dining at any Manam restaurant and cafe is always a good idea!! Their food is, as usual, delicious!! The staff is always attentative. My only issue with this, with any, branch is that the place/space is too small, the tables from other diners are usually placed closeby that sometimes you can't really move around or enjoy a conversation because everyone is talking 😂😂😂
Manam has developed into the best Filipino restaurant chain over the years. Every dish and beverage here is of good quality, well executed and tasty. And they're sure reaping the benefits of that seeing the people queue up on a Sunday evening at their Greenhills outlet.
We had their bestseller beverage Ube + Sago and tried Papaya and black pepper for the first time. Munggo at Chicharon was excellent. Corned Beef Sisig was good too, as was Chicken Inasal Skewers. The fact that they these in Small size enables us to order more variety without getting too full!
Manam is one of our all-time favorite restaurants that serves Filipino dishes with a twist. Their Crispy Sisig is a must-try! I also love their Sizzling Corned Beef, Crispy Beef Tadyang, Caramelized Wings, Crispy Pancit, Bagoong Rice and Ube Sago.
What I love the most in this place is having the option to have a regular or for-sharing size of all their menu items. It gives you an opportunity to try several food items at once. On top of that, the food is actually really good. The modern twist to traditional Filipino meals makes this restaurant all the more interesting. I have been here once and I am yet to come back to try more from their menu.
I will update this review next time with actual food I've tried.

Manam was a great experience! Besides the wait, everything was worth it.
Shakes ( especially the ube one) were quite heavy yet addictive. The watermelon sinigang was a great take on the dish, but dont order the biggest one though. The house pork sisig I must say is one of the best sisigs I have ever had. ( best one is still the sadly now closed laiya in BF homes).
Service was also great despite being very packed.
I was expecting commercialized Filipino food as stepped in the restaurant. Service was so efficient. The place was packed even before 12nn but all our orders (we were a big group - 15 pax) were correctly placed and all arrived within 15 minutes or less. Impressive as anything you requested for from any of the servers was attended to.
Food was good. Favorites were the sisig and their take on the pancit palabok. Frying the palabok first gave the noodles a different chewy texture and a unique presentation - I thought it was quite innovative. The crispy pata was fried to perfection - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Not so impressed with the beef shortribs sinigang with watermelon - it was a bit too sour and too unnaturally thick to enjoy. I loved the kare kare - generous serving with plenty of flavorful kare kare sauce.
Definitely a place worth returning to.
First time to try Manam with my highschool friend. We ordered bulalo, sisig bangus, tinapa fried rice and palabok and bibingka for dessert.
1. Bangus sisig - a bit salty.
2. Tinapa fried rice - tastes like palabok. I dont know if its good or bad, pero that was our observation.
3. Bulalo - for small size, generous serving.
4. Palabok - tasty! A bit salty tho.
5. Bibingka - it says galapong but it doesnt taste galapong, it tasted more of bilo bilo in a cake form.
Service was at par, friendly and attentive staff.
Celebrated my friend's birthday here at Manam on a Saturday lunch. We had to wait for our table as the resto does not accept reservation and full at that time. We knew about Manam due to the crispy pancit palabok being featured by my friends at instagram. We like the food and the soup can be refilled pala. The crispy pata konti lang ang laman.
We didnt get this pero the ube sago looks so good.

The long lines are a good sign of what is to come. Mom was raving about their sisig. So we had to have that, it was crispy which i like. Their beef sinigang with watermelon was also a hit! Sour and sweet. This is also the only Filipino resto that had small dishes, so if you are only two people, you can definitely finish your order and have more viands

Definitely my favorite filipino comfort food restaurant! Such a feel good restaurant, gives you a great experience every time you dine here. Manam has the best sisig served on a sizzling plate. Of course, a Manam experience wouldn’t be complete without one of their famous shakes, the Ube Sago or the Mango Pomelo Shake!
Definitely pricy but my goodness, the food’s to die for! Since everyone was raving about Manam my whole vacation in Manila, I decided to give it a try and I was not disappointed at all. I love the palabok and the sisig was just heavenly. Can’t wait to eat here again when I’m in town!
You better forget about your diet when someone invites you to Manam. Be ready to feast on straight up Pinoy Classics or dishes with a Twist.
The House Crispy Sisig is just sinfully delightful. It will satisfy your pork cravings.
We jumped at the chance to try the Inihaw na Baboy with Aligue. Pork pieces were really thin but the Aligue taste fell short.
We really liked their Gising Gising and the crispy garlic bits on top.
The University Fried Rice was a meal in itself.
We over ordered for our famished group and had the leftovers to go.
After a handful of visits to Manam, I understand why they are always packed and there is a waiting line during peak hours.

No doubt, Manam’s crispy sisig is the best sisig in Manila! Their Greenhills branch was quite small though so we had to wait for almost an hour before we got in. Hoping that they’ll have a branch in North QC!
Way smaller than the BGC branch. Met up with a friend here and was surprised how our 6-7 dishes only cost us no more than 800. We ordered everything in small but didn’t realise how cheap it was until we paid.

2 thumbs up for Manam. I didn't expect it to be that good. There are lots of restaurants which caters Filipino Cuisine but what makes Manam different? You can choose the size of your order thus you can order many dishes. In fact we ordered 3. Laing, Crunchy Sisig and Beef Kansi with Bone Marrow. All are very good. Will really be back soon to try their other dishes. Their Laing is a must try by the way.
This branch is really small and we had to wait before we were given a table for 10 last week. That’s the deal breaker. My expectations were high, having visited their Mall of Asia, Greenbelt, and BGC branches, this newest branch did not level with them. Food is still very good and service on point. Try the crispy sisig, overly garlicky adobo, watermelon sinigang, tinapa rice, kare kare. This visit i got to try the corned beef and gising gising which were both okay.

One of our go-to for quick and affordable yet delicious Filipino food. It’s nice how they have different sizes for each dish so people can dine solo or in big groups. You can mix and match the sizes for example get small sized dishes so you can order more variety or order big sized dishes for those tried-tested like the Sisig (of course! the best!) while the solo sizes for new ones that you’re just about to try.
Not everything in Manam is a fave of mine though like the Sizzling Bulalo which wasn’t impressive, I could think of another place where it’s more tender and tastier and same case for their baby squid which was not bad though not amazing since it was a bit too salty and the baby squid pieces were really very very very small even moreso when compared to the other restaurant where we love ordering the same (or similar) dish. But majority of other dishes aside from the sisig are good like the prawns with aligue, chicharon bulaklak with pork floss and the crispy palabok among others. Kudos to the Manam team for being creative and inventive with the twists they put in the traditional Filipino dishes while still also offering the classics (you’ll notice this in the menu where it is segregated into the 2 categories. Nice one! 👏🏼)
I am sure there will be long lines again in this newly opened Greenhills branch! 😊 I actually had early dinner here at 5pm and when we left at around 630pm, on the way out we could see that there were lots of people already waiting to be seated as soon as tables become vacant.
Same consistency with the other stores, food is always great! Glad they’re in Greenhills now, since this is my go to place to watch movies.

Both the food and service here were great! We had to wait for a while because it’s the weekend but it was worth it.
We had the kansi, pusit tinta, pako salad , bangus belly sisig and garlic rice. They had one order wrong but they replaced it without a fuss.

Late lunch with friends at “Filipino food with a twist” restaurant, Manam. The food here is really good. You have the option of going classic style or twist style with your orders. We did a bit of both today and we are super satisfied. I personally love their sizzling Sisig. It’s crunchy and tasty. Their Sinigang with Watermelon is also a hit! I love how the sweetness of the Watermelon works well with the sourness of the soup. It’s a dish we always order. This is a new branch, but they are consistent with their food and service. Another great lunch in the books!
I vsited this Restaurant for the first time and so far i enjoyed my stay even though their aircondition is not really working well. The best crispy sisig I've ever tasted. Cheerful and friendly bartender. Kudos to jess for his genuinely greetings. Good vibes! All the staffs are accommodating and welcoming. Good job!
Family and friends try the new resto @greenhills San Juan the place were the cod before..name manam we eat there with my mommy and daddy..it’s yummy specially the sisig and the crispy palabok its wow really..then the staff are friendly and active or attentive rather..look for Robin his accommodating is absolutely awesome his the one who recommend the food we order..drop by if u have tym..

Dined in their new branch in GH. We had the kansi, binagoongan, and bicol express lumpia. The kansi was the best among the three. The lumpia was good however I didn't really taste much of the 'bicol express' in the filling. Staff were friendly, and place was new and clean. Will come back to try their other dishes. Cheers!

Very amazing food, everything is so fresh and full of flavour, great place to take balikbayans or have a meal with family.
Just be warned about the wait times, as it's a small-scale space so be prepared to wait up to an hour or so, or show up during off times.

A lot of Filipino restaurants try their hand at Sisig, a dish featuring bits of crispy pork, onions and chili served on a sizzling plate. Some add in mayonnaise to give it a rich and creamy body, while others use pig's brain to get the same effect.
Here in Manam, they take it up a notch by topping theirs with crunchy bits of chicharon. Trust me, it's hard to find Sisig this good anywhere else. Theirs is a good balance of savory flavors that is rich and oh so filling.
Don't forget to splash in some calamansi before digging in— the sourness adds a refreshing touch to it. ❤️
I like that they add twist on filipino dishes, having 3 sizes are unique too although the small serving is really small.
Bone marrow kansi, sisig and crispy palabok is a must try! Food came out quick, staff was so accommodating and friendly.
It's my first time to try their breakfast menu, and guess what? I still went for their House Crispy Sisig! 😆 In fact, I initially ordered it's "silog" form, but eventually got myself a "small" portion! It's really my favorite! It's literally the best sisig in the city for me. The usual Crispy Pancit Palabok, and Gising-Gising were also present.
