One of the best, if not the best, vegan/vegetarian food I have ever tasted. The portions are quite good. The food quality has been very consistent. The servers are polite and friendly, plus their prices are competitive. Must try if you are looking for tasty vegetarian/vegan options.
(Our faves are Patatim, Sinigang sa Ube, Sinigang sa Miso, Pancit Habhab, Ginataang Tanigue, Kare kare, Yang chow fried rice)
This is my first vegetarian cuisine experience that the food wasn't dry and boring! Would totally recommend their pesto pasta ravioli, chicken mushroom and walnut and blue cheese salad ;)
I love their Basic ‘chicken’ and spring rolls! Had orderd them for take-out and was not disappointed. 8tables is a welcome addition to my list of healthy vegetarian restaurants.
I went to 8tables only once so far. I liked my first order very much - a sandwich of crispy fish. Unfortunately, I forgot how they call this sandwich. I will definitely go back and try more of their healthy offerings.
Looking for something vegan? 8 Tables offers affordable and delicious plant-based dishes. It is a well-lit restaurant with a cozy, pleasant ambiance. The place is small and it literally has eight tables.
We tried the following chef's favorite and best seller dishes:
Swedish meatballs served with rice
Hickory smoked fried chicken
Truffle pasta with lemon
Spaghetti bolognese
Pesto pasta perfecto
Blueberry cheesecake
It way my first time to eat in a meat-free restaurant and I must say that all their dishes were full of taste and flavor. I am very much satisfied and would definitely visit again.
I went here earlier today unplanned because I had an appointment nearby but I arrived 30minutes early. It’s funny that I didn’t notice at first that this turned out a tiny restaurant because it used to be an electronic shop. So I went to explore and the menu looked interesting, there’s breakfast, snacks, pasta and dessert but I tried to lower my expectation finding out from the server that they just opened 3months ago. I kept my choice safe and opted for tapsilog but not available. I asked if the daing na bangus is boneless and the staff said it’s alternative, and every thing on the menu are meatless. I still decided to dine in finally ordering samosas and swedish meatballs. Because it was a reco, presentation is good, cleanliness is very good, staff are attentive, but taste must be improved. I don’t smell nor taste any indian spice on the samosas but what I appreciate is that it isn’t oily the servings is good for the price. The swedish meatballs are nice and enough for someone who wants a heavy meal, but a bit salty. Lingonberry dipping sauce would be lovely as well as it originally comes with it. I hope this cafe/restaurant will thrive in our neighbourhood.
