If you are looking for an Inasal that is a bit close to the one in Bacolod, this is the place to be. Never dare to compare this to the leading Inasal Chain 'coz its not the same at all.
The Chicken is really well-marinated, sweetness is not overwhelming and the juiciness is there. Also, the chicken oil that they have is really good to be mixed in rice. In terms of service, they are doing well too and the staff are pretty attentive.

Both Pecho and Paa Chicken Inasal had amazing marinade. It does not need any levelling up through sauce as the flavor hits the spot. I am not a fan of dinuguan but what I saw is the serving. It can be good for 2-3. Not bad at all. Pork sisig is also really good. It is really yummy when paired with rice but, you can really taste the flavor without the rice so ratio should be 2:1. Their Kansi is unique. It has the 15% sourness of a Sinigang and the 75% meatiness of Bulalo or nilagang Baka. Would definitely order it again.
You'll never want to try Mang Inasal again once you've tried JT's Chicken Inasal. There's no unli rice nor unli soup that comes with the meal but the chicken itself, paired with garlic rice is oh so good.
very good . i love the isaws and inihaw na bulaklak. a must visit when your in the area. Also the halo halo is a must try as well as the leche flan
I love the amount of serving vs the price. Authentic ang pagkalasa ng Chicken pakpak na inorder ko. Loved the banana leaf covering when the food was delivered to me by Food Panda. I like you atsara too.
I thought Mang Inasal is the best inasal in town but when JT came it somehow changes. I love the taste of sourness in the chicken since Im a person who loves "maasim" like sinigang etc. I also love their Corazon which is very tasty for the sisig we find it a bit under season so we request a seasoning and mix it on our own . Over All my colleague and I had a great time. JT has a great spot in Eton Centris, we're expecting to eat here often since my office is close to this branch. I just hope JT will have a free soup and unli rice too. đź‘Ś
Looking for an authetic Chicken Inasal? Visit JT’s Manukan Grille, it’s sooooo good. Favorite ko din ang kakaiba nilang atchara na beans and carrots instead yung usual na papaya. Masarap din ang liempo nila with atchar pero medyo dry lang ang sisig nila nung natry ko. But overall JT’s Manukan is my place to be when I’m craving for inasal.
Basically Mang Inasal before they were bought by Jollibee. Pretty usual menu for Bacolod-themed food places. Chicken Inasal was ok and so was the Bangus.
