Ambience:
We went here during a busy holiday and managed to get good seats outside. It's very cozy to chill here away from other crowds. Tables are given buttons to call for service, which is most convenient for our seats.
Beverages:
Kori-Kohi is the drink to try here. You pour syrup and milk over coffee ice cubes. It's pretty good but a bit pricey so we tried drinking slowly to savor it.
Service:
We're very satisfied! The server gave us a heads-up that waiting time could be longer due to many customers.

Visited your new shop UCC Mentore near Landmark, Makati last night with my girlfriend. Personnel were very courteous. Love that new spot because it is kind of an out of the way place away from the usual throng of Makati crowds. More power to UCC Coffee Shops Philippines and please consider opening up stores somewhere down south of Manila! I live in Laguna. :)
Some items we want to order are not available anymore, they should cross it out to avoid confusion. Still the quality of food, drinks, and service are great. Their carbonara never fails to amaze me. When it comes to ambiance, I think it need some renovation.
the vegetable pesto was very good
the hokkaido toast with bacon egg was good too
crazy prize for the proportion
My friends were so obsessed with this place, and I do see why. The interiors were so classy and the service very warm and responsive. Pity that they ran out of 40% of what we were trying to order. Nonetheless, I was impressed with my seafood salad. The dressing was quite stunning, you're smart if you ask for more. The scallops were very meaty, and the tempura was well-cooked. Overall a pleasant experience.
Coffee and desserts are great here! Staff and baristas are also nice. Lava cake is to die for! Will definitely go back and try other cakes and coffee!
Special blend (coffee) is the best I have ever had. Menu is limited in choice and the food is ok. The place is ideal for a quick break if you work in nearby buildings and want to avoid the mad rush of Starbucks nearby.
The place has a very welcoming atmosphere and we really are served well with a smile. The food is great, just like any other UCC, but even if we are sporadically here, feel at home. #Xylem
Many choices of delicious foods. For breakfast meal, you have option if you want Filipino or Western food. Entrees, pasta, rice meals, coffee and cakes are yummy as well. Downside is the time of serving, they are kinda slow in serving the food. So, dine here if you are not in a hurry! ;)
After an unsuccessful camp to work on a holiday, we moved here. It was far better ambience and colder too. Their internet is totally free as long as you sign in and agree to get marketing stuff from them. Good idea!
I had cold pressed juice which I enjoyed. The refreshing drink had red beet, carrot and orange. I wished had more juice though. It was gone too fast. My friend had a unique salted caramel coffee. It was too salty at first but they kindly replaced it for us. The second try was far better.
If only we weren't stuffed, I normally go for their Japanese Curry and Omurice selections. Always wished there were nearer to where I live.
I rarely dine at UCC, partly due to the prices of meals and beverages and also the fact that CBTL and Starbucks first come to mind when it comes to coffee. Access is another thing as I can only think of two branches close to my place of work and residence as I write this. It just pleased me when they featured a dish called Chicken Galantina this season. My boyfriend and I had lunch on December 24 and chose to upgrade it with cold-pressed juices. We got to try the two best-sellers (a Spinach concoction for me and Carrot for him).
My love affair with UCC started when we had to evacuate to a family friend's house in north edsa because of typhoon Ondoy. I thought I just liked their coffee because I was stressed out that time. So I tried UCC again after a couple of months. Fortunately, the coffee is still best in town. Service is fast and most of the crew is polite. Coffee and drinks are affordable but if you're on a budget, you might want to go somewhere else. Sandwich and breakfast meals are priced from 300 to 400 pesos. But if you feel like splurging for a plate of clubhouse sandwich. Then go ahead. Must try is their halo halo and halo halo cake. Very sinful but yummy!!
