Came to this cafe expecting a light lunch but was surprised to see they have a very wide menu, and a little inconveniently, most of their menu items were family size / for sharing. The place is really nice and well-lit, the decor is nice. The sizzling bulalo is good, the meat was so tender you can cut thru it with a spoon, although I wished they served a little more gravy on the side. Good meal, would come back again.
Verena's Cafe ambiance is cozy. It's spacious and comfy to eat their delish dishes. As for the service, the crew are very friendly, they know how to serve well and give their customers the best dining experience. ♥️
Food is good too. I love their Spanish Sardines Pasta, it's super tasty 😊 the tapa is good too. I just dont like the sisig pizza, it's kinda bland in taste, i think it needed more cheddar than more mozzarella, but for the size, it's bigger than what I expected.
Overall it's a 4/5 for me ♥️

late lunch here at verena's drinks were served fast but the tocino took a little longer than expected, food was good... wait staff knows their specialties and were attentive...
however, our left overs were in plastic bags...🤣
had dinner this time last august 05, 2017, while waiting for our orders, waitstaff poured water in our globlets, all the tables were set in advance, maybe to save time but they should have at least eradicated the flies who were happily flying inside the drinking glasses, landing on the silverware and just about every fly would do... anyway, once the water hit the glass, i had to take a sip since i was rather thirsty, i had to ask the manager (?) if they were using something to flavor their water, nope they weren't. so i had to sheepishly point out to the oily film in my glass of water... i got the other glass on our table (we were seated at the table for 4) and same thing... either the glasses were unwashed or the water... tsk... tsk... tsk... guess what! the glasses were dirty!!! manager apologized but no discount... he might be thinking that we're eating oily food too, so why complain? hahaha
Filipino restaurant located along Don Antonio drive. The ambience was good. The place looks nice and spacious. I especially like the hammock at their al freso area. Service was good. The staff are very attentive, helpful and nice. We ordered their Dinakdakan, Beef Caldereta, Tokwa't Bagnet and Plain Cheese Pizza. Their food was a bit pricey considering the serving was small. The dinakdakan was salty. It's hard to eat without rice. The Caldereta was good although the carrots and potato seems undercooked. The Tokwa't bagnet taste good. Their pugon baked cheese pizza was perfect. Definitely the star of our dinner.

Dropped in one afternoon to escape from heat. The interiors didn't really make any sense, but the place looked clean and spacious.
Tried the Kare kare and the Caldereta. The Caldereta looked and felt a little too oily, but that could just be me because my friends didn't seem to mind so much.
No one said anything about how good the food was, so I took it that it wasn't bad, but wasn't very good either.
The food was a little on the pricey side considering the area, the interior, and the serving size.
I appreciated that they had WiFi since data was pretty slow in the area.
Tip: It's really spacious and should be good for larger groups.
A very nice filipino resto. Kids love the sisig pizza, buffalo wings, bagoong rice and lechon kawali. Place is very clean and very relaxing especially the duyan and greenery at the back. A bit pricey though.

It was past dinner time so my parents were in a bit of hurry in search for a place to eat. While driving around Batasan Hills we noticed Verena's Cafe luckily we were all craving for Filipino Cuisine so we did then stopped by at the place and then dined..
Ambiance - ambiance was great since the place has the modern twist to the interiors it has a large framed quotations about food and stuffs it also has a garden area where you can also dine as well..
Food - we tried their best sellers for the pizza we have selected the Longganisa Pizza with Salted Egg which was great they did a different twist with their pizza. We also ordered their Laing which I liked since it was a bit spicy then their Sinigang na Panga ng Tuna, Mackerel Kinilaw, Binagoongan and Rellenong Bangus..
Price - the prices of the food were affordable the bill reached around 2k for 7 people which I found not bad.. Since it was really worth it.. Trust me!!
Crew - were great and attentive
