Grind And Co

I have always been a burger fan and I was under the impression that it's all the same until I learned about Grind & Co. The place is tiny, but very comfortable. What makes it different from others is that they serve their grinder or the burger with fresh, (I'd like to say it's freshly baked bun) because the moment you take a bite... oh man, call me exaggerated, but its chewiness is just so perfect! I am kind of particular with breads because of my no-rice-diet. So this is really something that made me happy, moreover, my tummy. The thought of biting the chewy bun together with the beefy and juicy patty (I must say it's 100% beef - because you can easily determine there are extenders added if the patty tends to break). I tried almost everything on the menu, and so far I'd suggest you try my favorite: single grinder with fried egg, bacon, jalapeno(if you want a little kick of spiciness), and cheese sauce. Sweet and chili wings. (I wish they would soon include spicy teriyaki in the menu) Nachos with bacon and cheese. All those paired with brewed tea o beer local/imported (depending on my mood - these days beer is best because of the cold weather). I also recommend: Schlubig for sausage/hotdog fan. The price is reasonable enough if you want to taste a real burger. I have been in the resto for about 7 times because it's close to my workplace. I can't wait to take my friends and significant other in this newly-discovered burger haven. I love you, Grind & Co. -Mary
