I love their unique flavor selections. No other ice cream shop offers the exact flavor selections. Their staff is accommodating to suggest must-try ice cream and they let me try at least three flavors every visit.

Happy to note they have another branch I can go to aside from Podium. The mall has dedicated parking which is a plus. Staff was friendly they let me try as much as I want. But at the end of the day, I still go to the same Once in a Blue Moon. Blue cheese ice cream with walnuts and honey. Believe me and try it!

This is one of the best homemade ice cream 👍👍 lots of variants and they surprise us with new menus almost every week ! That's so special 🙂
Unique Filipino ice cream flavors which capture the actual food (eg: sapin sapin, green mango with bagoong, champorado at dilis). Personal favorites are the red velvet and chocolate chip cookie dough chilly burgers.
Quickie stopover to Sebastians after UP Town Center. He wanted ice cream to wash off all the flavors from Silantro lingering on our tastebuds. No parking space as expected, he gave his full trust and asked me to select the flavor.
The dive bar looks interesting, got one salted butter and one white chocolate raspberry fruitcicle.
The caramel coating is sprinkled with sea salt, the ice cream filling is creamy, not overly sweet but extremely addicting. After the first bite, we said in unison, Butterball! (The former is a popular candy back in the day). We felt a sudden rush of nostalgia during and after devouring this wicked treat.
The fruitcicle is a cheesecake in a stick. It tastes exactly like cheesecake. The bottom part is the cake crust, the middle part is the cheesecake filling drizzled with raspberry syrup. This got me giddy for x number of minutes.
Ian Carandang is a friggin genius, he deserves a Nobel Peace Prize for making the best feel-good ice cream flavors. Even the most horrible person will change after tasting one of his creations, each bite will remind you that there is still good in this world.
Sebastian's is a bold order. They started as a small stall in The Podium. That already upgraded to a typical cafe size. Now they have two more buzzing artisan ice cream locations. Watch out foreign franchises! This local has much potential to go big.
Creativity brought them here. With out of the box flavors like Manga with Bagoong, multi colored Sapin Sapin and Champorado with Dilis, they just simply built a name. My friend and I visited to try out their Christmas offerings. Too bad, their Dark Chocolate Peppermint Crunch is out of stock. Mint is my thing!
Anyway got to indulge on their rendition of Puto Bumbong. It's kakanin ice cream with grated coconut and muscovado sugar for different sweet addition. It's ube and a lot more. Its creamy and with the right balance of sweetness. Queso de Bola is the other, loved it, cheesy with real presence of Marca de Puna Queso de Bola cheese.
My friend loved the Macademia White (white chocolate ice cream with macademia) while I found it too simple. I guess I was here to try their bold picks. It does have a charm to it- light, milky and nutty.
A nice dive bar is what we shared. Hazelnut presence was there with a tease of salt from its outer shell. The crunch on the outside and their signature creamy feel makes it a nice bite every time.
Unique flavors. Very yummy. Love the chilly burgers! I've tried a lot of their flavors. Worth recommending to all my family and friends. Will definitely go back for their ice cream again!
One of my go-to places for dessert. They have a wide selection of Ice Cream and Ice pops, from fruity, to chocolatey, to out of this world flavors. Love their pride month specials, The Woof Bear Pop!

Sebastian's is my favorite place in Katipunan to get ice cream when I feel like splurging. Their ice cream is so rich, smooth & lip-smacking good! Their flavors are also always interesting & it's great that they let you taste the ice cream when you're undecided with what to order.
I usually order their champorado ice cream because aside from it being really really good, it brings back memories of when I was a kid enjoying a hot bowl of champorado. The flavor is spot on. They also usually have other Pinoy-themed flavors such as Sapin-Sapin, Bibingka, and even Green Mango with Bagoong! I also enjoy ordering their super indulgent ice cream sandwiches & milkshakes.
For this visit, I ordered my favorite brownie milkshake. It was heavenly as usual! They use their dark chocolate ice cream as the base & they blend in brownie pieces as well. It was nicely thick & well worth the P120 I spent.
Sebastian's is definitely perfect for people who love indulging in ice cream & appreciate unconventional flavors.
The rumors are true: this is one of the best artisanal ice creams in the Metro!
Choosing the best ice cream flavor was one of the biggest struggles. Every flavor I tried, I loved. I remember when I tested my first flavor here, I actually said "Oh my gosh" out loud because it was so good. I got the Green Mango & Bagoong and I can easily say that it is definitely one of the best scoops of ice cream that I have ever had in my entire life.
The Champorado & Tuyo (more like 'dilis' actually) was yummy but the strong 'Tuyo' (dried salted fish) flavor was a bit too overwhelming for my taste. They have friendly service here, and there's limited seating inside. Come here for an amazing sweet treat and if you are a fan of Filipino flavors, this will be your go to spot for the summer.
