My family’s go-to place since we were young! Staff is always friendly and attentive, never had any problem whatsover. Ample parking space as well and ambience is quiet and family-oriented.

Never had a complaint with any of their food yet! Proud to be a patron of this branch since I was a child.

This branch can get busy at times thus service a bit slow. During our last visit, we ordered fish rolls, tapa, salisbury steak and chicken with spaghetti. It was our first time to try the fish rolls and it was surprisingly good. The chicken that night looked pale but it tastes good.

Rice and Shine (more puns? 😂) with great food from Pancake House! ❤️ Today’s spread features Tocino on the left side and Longganisa on the right with essential breakfast elements of Garlic rice, Egg and their tangy sour salsa. Portions are generous though admittedly, this is the most rice I’ve ever eaten. 😅 it’s made better though with heaps of KNORR Seasoning Sauce for extra taste.

If I were to choose out of the two, I’d prefer the Tocino— sweet cured bits of meat made even better when cooked for a long time so the sugar caramelizes. 🤤 Totally recommending you to ask for more of the little bits than the large strips of meat. That’s the sweetest part there is. ❤️

Don’t get me wrong though. The Longganisa is also great. It’s leaner than most variants, and sweet too. But not as sweet as the Tocino, which this sweet tooth really really appreciates. 👌🏻

I’m no stranger to Pancake House. Throughout the years, we’ve had a love-hate relationship that depended entirely on my last order and their last service. Got to try their different dishes throughout my time such as their breakfast meals (e.g. Arroz A La Cubana, Tapsilog, Tocilog, Bangus Silog) and their pastas and regular meals such as Salisbury Steak.

This time around, I ordered their Spaghetti and Chicken, Special Salisbury Steak, and their House Special Set. We tried exchanging the iced tea for regular water but they don’t do that. Slightly disappointed at their lack of flexibility and customizing of orders but I can’t fault the waiters for that. Their menu definitely changed from the last time I came, it is now shorter and with less variety. The orders I used to remember is no longer there and the others are just part of their promo set, such as their Spaghetti and Chicken.

They need to renovate. Their toilets are tiny. They could use a lot of natural light that would help the ambience improve. The branch is spacious and large, definitely larger than order branches I’ve been to, but the lighting is insufficient. They created a drowsy atmosphere with their sparse and warm lighting.

Their Spaghetti was more flavorful than I remembered, so yay. But it was quite salty. The chicken, which they are known for, is juicy and moist, but oily. The garlic bread was good, not like those useless garlic bread that have no taste.

The Special Salisbury Steak comes with some corn and carrots. Could use more seasoning and butter. The Salisbury Steak was a great surprise! Tender and perfectly seasoned and moist. Delicious!

Another classic!

We took advantage of their promo wherein you can choose any two of their featured dishes for P350... I had my favorite spaghetti and while my fiance had their salisbury steak... Very consistent taste between branches.

I still love their pancakes! Especially their choco marble and corn pancakes.💚

At present, they have a new promo ongoing, but the dishes you can choose from are different...

An okay branch of Pancake House, you pretty much know what to expect at this point. Though the last time I ate the tapa here it didn't seem as good as in the other branches. The service can get a bit scarce too, as there are a lot of customers here typically.

This is definitely my fave pancake place because of their soft and fluffy pancakes, price is a bit expensive though considering pancakes are not that big. I came here recently for lunch and ordered the salisbury steak and tacos. I really loved the taco shell because it wasn't the usual corn taco shell that was really hard and the fillings didn't lack in flavor as well, the meat though had a slight bitter taste to it. For the salisbury steak, it was good but a bit salty (tolerable though so I still got to finish it). I got to try their fried chicken as well and found that one too bland (didn't taste the skin because I'm not a fan of chicken skin), the actual meat really lacked on flavor though.

This is the Pancake House branch nearest St. Luke's Hospital in Quezon City. Several customers like us come from the hospital. We all want comfort food, and Pancake House offers it.

The ever-reliable pancakes come soft and fluffy, with whipped butter. The last time I went I tried their Warm Bacon and Potato Salad (not on the menu above); it was comforting all right, served warm, rich with melted butter, topped with a lot of bacon bits. A tuna sandwich may be a tuna sandwich, but Pancake House's version doesn't overdo it with the relish, and the bread is ok.

Pancake House has upped the game with fancier dishes, which I didn't think they'd need, but okay... Well, I don't really order them; I'd rather stick to what they're best known for: their pancakes and country sausages, the pan-roasted chicken, their spaghetti.

Ask for directions if you're walking from the hospital towards this place, and they'll point to a side road from within the complex with steps leading down to the side of the restaurant, out on E. Rodriguez. Warning though: it doesn't feel safe walking there at night.

Pancake House and I go a long way back. I remember retreating to one of their earlier branches at the Greenhills Shopping Center after catching a movie. They've since added branches and more items to the menu.

One such branch is the E. Rodriguez one which accommodates around 120 people. The restaurant is above ground as the lower level is dedicated to parking. A plus, definitely, as finding a parking space is quite difficult in Quezon City. Access to the restaurant are via stairs and a small lift for persons with disability. There are separate restrooms for men, women and persons with disability and a common wash area.

WiFi access and newspapers are available.

Similar to other Pancake House outlets, the branch is decorated predominantly in orange with movie posters displayed in its walls.

There's something in the menu for everyone. All day breakfast, healthy options, kid's meal, desserts. You name it, they have it.

Then and now, one of my favorites is the Classic Pan Chicken (PHP186, 2 pieces). Pancake House simply makes the best fried chicken. The chicken is tender and juicy yet the skin is very crispy.

There's a lot to love at Pancake House. My other favorites being the Blueberry Pancakes, Salisbury Steak, Beef Tapa, Smoked Golden Tinapa, etc. The list just goes on and on.
