Brazo

4 cheese pizza, chicken Gordon bleu, brazo burger, roast beef sandwich, pasta with sardines, 3 mushroom and cream cheese pasta, mushroom soup, pomelo and smoked fish salad and chocolate chip cookies. Almost forgot, we got a complimentary Brazo De Mercedes dessert. My family and I enjoyed every moment of a Truly an unforgettable wonderful experience. Thank you to the Brazo staff. We will be surely coming back for more of your delectable, savoury and mouth watering cuisine. 4 cheese pizza: I really like the thin crust (europen style, we ended up ordering 4). It reminded me of the pizza I had when I was in Italy. The right amount of cheese and tomato sauce. My 8 yrs old son and 5 yrs old daughter had one each (the portion is good for two people). Brazo burger: this made my day better. I love it. Everything about it says perfection. The bun oh so soft. The patty (oh my where do I start), was moist. When i pressed on the burger I knew I was going to bite into a taste of heaven (if paradise taste like someting it would taste like this burger). Juices flowed from the patty, indicating that it was cooked with care not letting the flavourful liguid escape. The bacon inside the burger made it ridiculously better. The country fries were also oh so nice. Cut into wedges, there golden brown. Crunchy on the outside soft and starchy inside. Chicken Gordon blue: the meat was moist (indicating precise cooking techniques) I love the greens complimenting every bite. Yummy Mushroom soup: upon seeing and then tasting the soup you would know that FRESH mushrooms where used to make this soup. Served pipping hot. It is creamy and with the taste of the fresh mushrooms enhance by the cooking. 3 mushroom and cream cheese pasta: I really don't recall any memories that I was wowed by a pasta dish. So I can say, this was my first time to be totally speechless when I took my first taste. The blend of all its ingredients made the Al dentè pasta mouthwatering to the bite :)
